Ok but not for all

If you want good vegan, alkaline food, this is the place to go on the west coast. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Would love to have this instead of any fast food place be open 24hours

Very good menu - international cuisine, reasonably priced, and the food tastes great. I patronize this restaurant quite often.

Such a great little hidden gem. There are very few vegan and vegetarian places on the island so always great to find another option. We had the enchiladas which were very tasty and made fresh. Menu can vary but otherwise i great getaway from the same old kfc and cheffettes. Hoping they add some vegetarian fishcakes soon!

Stephen offers food that delights the eyes and the pallet. Often times when eating vegan the proteins are incomplete but not here. This food is well seasoned and not overcooked. It is cooked outdoors right in front of you. Portion sizes are great. I could go on and on, but you need to check it out for yourselves. I am not vegan, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal .

Food was cooked in front of us and smelt delicious. It tasted as good as it smelt especially the okra cakes. It has a variety of good filling vegan food and health tonics. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Amazing place with brilliant food and better service than I've had anywhere in a long long time! Steven the chef is a magician! Brilliant value for money, and delicious desserts. Essentially if you are in barbados go get some food here you won't regret it.

This was a happy find. The owner is pleasant and offered us his dish of the day, a lentil enchilada, 100% vegan. We also had his Kombucha which was away better than other kombucha I have had. Delicious and nutritious. We took it to go and had a picnic by the beach.

First visit to Lion's Share today and we were just over-the-top delighted with the experience. First of all, the owner, Steven, is just incredibly warm and welcoming, and he provided his gentle recommendations before going off to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for us. Barbados is decently vegan-friendly (we've been coming here annually since 2017) and Lion's Share is a wonderful and much-welcomed addition to all that the island and its vegan and ital community has to offer. We'll certainly go back to Lion's Share on a regular basis during our stay in Barbados, and we simply urge others to go enjoy it, as well!

The worst pizza I ever had. I’m on my bed suffering and feeling awful together with my partner, both suffering from nausea after the horrible food we’ve just had. How this place prides themselves one offering pizzas and Italian food is an absolute insult. The pizza was smothered in low quality cheese, the mushrooms were from tins, the chips tasted like they weren’t fried in fresh oil, we will not return and we do not recommend. Don’t waste time, money and compromise your health in this place.

Zaccios has a beautiful setting on a very nice beach, service was excellent ,food was great price excellent, not a huge menu but worth going.

Hadn't been here in about 6 years and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the blackened snapper and sweet potato fries. It came quickly, the fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the fries were delicious!

Kombucha tea is very and tasty Also they Egyptian loaf is pack with health grains and not sweet at all try them out for yourself.

Don’t be put off by the shabby appearance- we thought it was shut/derelict- but a friendly guy popped out of the kitchen and made us the most delicious burritos.

The service was impeccable, the atmosphere homey and warm, and the food was one of the best we had in Barbados!

A coworker had lost her phone and not only did they answer when we called but they charged it for her and stayed open so we could come get it. Credit cards and everything were still in the case. Good people do still exist and these guys have new customers 🙂

Theres a lot of nice places to eat on the island, some with great views, however, if you just want the best flavours and overall amazing tasting food go here. The fact it's vegan is just a bonus, fantastic lunch. Also check out the drink 'black juice', won't taste anything quite like it. Like a mint tea rehydration extravaganza.

Top class food. Was not expecting a bunch of vegetables to have so much FLAVOUR. Bare seasoning all around and the stewed soursop was fantastic. Black bean burger special was pretty filling.

Amazing vegan place - one of the few on the island. A must go if you’re visiting Barbados, vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise! Stephen cooked us a delicious sweet potato, veggie, lentil-pea patty, and green banana plate with a natural Red Velvet Cake on top of that! Everything was superb, cannot recommend enough - my favorite meal during vacation.

You have to have an open mind , the food there is all vegan and super tasty. The staff are extremely friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal after a day at the beach. On the menu were veggie enchiladas and sweet potatoes. They were so full of spices and flavors. The sorrel kombucha was perfect. Our kind server even sent us home with a quarter of a watermelon for dessert! Such a wholesome and healthy meal by the side of the road. They even had fresh produce to purchase. We will be back!

Dropped in for a quick dinner before the cinema. Was not so sure when we walked in, but we were very surprised by one the quality of the food and two the excellent service. Great views out to sun, and all our dishes (went with our teenager kids) were great. I had the Baracuda, stunning, kids burger with blue cheese to die for and tuna tacos just lovely. Happy hour includes the soft drinks as well so a bonus. Will return.

Pretty whack pizza. The dough is cardboard, the toppings are sparse. I'm not usually picky about pizza, but you could get one frozen from the grocery store that might be better. The staff were super nice though.

The worst pizza I've ever had in my life from a restaurant. I can't believe the reviews are close to 5 stars.

Ambiance was fine, food couldve been better, there wasnt anything stood out i had a seafood basket, truffle fries(just tasted like parmesan fries) and a pepperoni pizza(sauce was generic and the cheese wasnt the best quality) but the staff were very pleasant and helpful!

I really wanted to like this place. I was going with two stars but the food was good and the waiter apologetic. There was no parking when we arrived which complicated things but we recognize that is a commodity here in Barbados so parked at Just Grillin and walked over. We were a bit early and so had a drink at the bar which was nice. Shortly thereafter we were sat at a nice table next to water and greeted by what I think was a waiter. He never returned so not sure what happened. We flagged down another person but I guess we weren’t in his area and after several minutes another waiter came. He was very nice and professional and we weren’t in a rush so no big deal. He took another drink order and our food but again he disappeared as well. The food came about 20 minutes later but no drink still. We asked the lady who brought food for the drink and she said she find our waiter. He came back and was very apologetic and went to get our drink. He came back a few minutes later as he couldn’t remember what we ordered. The rest of the meal went well. The waiter tried to make up for it and gave me a drink for free and so I threw in another star (yes I can be bought). Food as I said was good. Overpriced for what it was but such is the case on the beach (5 coconut shrimp and a side salad was $60). In summary. We will go again as we heard it is supposed to be quite good and in hopes it was a fluke. I even threw in an extra 10% tip since it’s hard times with COVID and the waiter tried to make things right.

Currently the most important thing is that Zaccios is taking the Covid 19 protocols seriously and so has become one of my bars of choice. Great drinks at an affordable price, good food try the reasonably priced flying fish cutter and friendly and efficient service.

It was my first time and a great experience. Front entrance to exit was well orchestrated. Thanks to the team especially Jemma and Claire.

Was looking forward to the pizza as I usually hear that it's one of the best, but was greatly disappointing in the look and how plain it tasted. Hopefully it was just and off night. The service was great though, servers were very attentive.

We enjoyed dinner here on Monday night and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal. Our table overlooked the beach and the staff provided excellent and attentive service throughout the evening. Well recommended.

Great tasting vegan food was hard to come by in Barbados. I'm really happy that I found this place, found it too late unfortunately but it will definitely be my go-to for vegan food on my next visit. Customer service was exceptional!

Best vegan food in Barbados. We arrived at a weird time and there was one thing on the menu - these enchiladas and coconut-moringa quinoa. We polished off our food and felt amazing afterward. More food like this everywhere please and thank you. If you want your tastebuds and tummy to be grateful - come and eat at Lions Share. My only regret is that we didn't come here sooner.
