Food was very tasty however I didn't feel like it was enough especially for the money. I did takeaway and the portions were extremely small...I was still pretty hungry after I finished. A lamb curry (very little meat but lots of curry) with white rice and a naan cost $75. I consider that a lot of money to still not be full. The staff at the bar were very friendly and helpful though. Probably wouldn't visit again based on value for money but if money ain't a thing for you, it's definitely some good Indian food!

Heard great things about Asian Spice over the last few years. Unfortunately we must have caught them on a cataclysmically 'off day' as the service was the worst. 1.5hrs for a starter to arrive, 2hrs for the mains to arrive. No apologies, no suggestion of any complimentary drinks/discount off the bill. No manager to be seen. US$70 per head for tiny portions is also a disgrace. The upside was that it was delicious when it eventually made it out of the kitchen.... Too angry to appreciate it by that time. Never coming back.

Did not expect such an amazing taste in Barbados! The taste the freshness felt as if we were so close to home! Amazing Indian food and an awesome service! Being an Indian this is amazing food !

Food 5., Venue, 3. Service 4. Really good Indian food in a so-so location. Staff are great and friendly but the food service is a little slow. Having said that, I went back and will again.

This place is really beautiful; the server was very nice, but the food is not good. Being an Indian, I would say that the food is not authentic Indian at all. Who puts sugar/honey in daal makhani? If you're really craving Indian food, you can go. But if you are looking for real Indian food, then this is not the place. Having said that, I do have to say that the service is good and probably that's the best Indian food you can get in Barbados.

Just had the most amazing curry ever...this is a hidden treasure not to be missed..the food melts in your mouth..again,amazing,good value for money too

The Worst Restaurant in Barbados Yet. This place should really close down and rethink what it's doing. The food was overwhelmingly poor. The butter paneer was cooked in ketchup, and tasted just like it. The bread was dry and thin. The seekh kebab grainy, dry and crumbled. The palak chicken was fluorescent green, probably from coloring that shouldn't have been there. Just plan all around awful. The waiters tried their best, but would forget to give us napkins and would forget about us for long periods of time.

Ordered takeaway. It took an hour. Shambolic and massively overpriced

Great service, brilliant menu depth and top class flavours. Certainly worth a visit.

Food was OK. Lamb vindaloo, chicken kadai, daal makhani, paneer. Lamb was very VERY oily. Too oily. Lamb was cooked well aside that. Chicken was good also. Wanted naan ideally but restaurant doesn't do naan. Nor kebabs. Raita was blah. Rice was just OK. It was VERY over priced. Surprisingly overpriced for the amount of food. Hence 3 stars as its not worth the amount, no way. The other indian restaurant opposite lime Grove shopping centre is way way better for the price 100%. Deserving of 2.5 stars at most. Anyone stating otherwise is either used to paying over the odds, or choosing from a small selection menu or has simply not tasted real good Indian food

Delicious curries!!! The garlic naan is also soooo good 😋 we get take out from here often and always love it! Highly recommend!

Very good Indian at what I considered a reasonable price for food in barbados. I've eaten a lot of Indian all over and this was up there with the best and definitely better than the other Indian in holetown (which was ok). Very similar dishes to other Indian and same sort of price .

Really overpriced for terrible food. The only good thing was the naan breads. Our lamb curry was like the lamb had been boiled separately and dumped in after. The rice was cold AND undercooked, I sent it back and it came back out hot but still undercooked. You can get much better food elsewhere for less money. We left about 3/4 of the food there. Really disappointed with peoples good reviews that we based our visit off. I’m from London and may just be used to good quality Indian food….

We tried another one on Island but this restaurants food was just incredibly delicious. Flavours were like the food we ate in India. We ate here 3 times during our stay and loved it every time! Will definately be coming back on next visit to Barbados!

I ordered a take out from Asian Spice whilst staying at the hotel. I ordered butter chicken but was given Tandoori Chicken. I went along with it as I don’t mind a Tandoori Sauce. It turned out to be the worst Asian meal I have ever eaten (and I have had hundreds). The chicken was so tough to be inedible. Any half decent chef should know that when chicken is cooked over a certain temperature it toughens up and becomes inedible. We’re still at the hotel until the 18th February but will not be eating there again! I did not complain to the hostess at the time as the restaurant was so busy with a number of customers and a cricket touring group.

Nice setting, pleasant staff. We waited 1/2 hour for our appetizers, the food was good but mild and the portions were small especially the fish curry which was more tomato base than curry.

Delicious food with good spices and well-cooked, tender meats. Paneer curries were more generous with protein than meat ones, but all of us were full, and had wonderful dishes. The service was top - friendly and helpful, without being overbearing and constantly checking up on us. The restaurant is beautiful, although it doesn't really match the bar and the rest of the hotel. The view of the pool includes the sound of running water, which really makes for a relaxing evening.

Small out of the way place. Beer very reasonably priced. Prices for food are kind of out of line. When ordering nothing comes with the meal not even the rice and its a oriental restaurant. Food was well prepared and the portions were moderate.

Visited Barbados and was craving some good Indian food. Asian Spice has a great selection of dishes that are comforting and authentic, plus the staff was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Food is great, spicy if needed, and the bar mixes some killer cocktails.

Although a little difficult to find (no problem with sat-nav), this Indian restaurant is well worth the trip! The staff are attentive (but not too attentive; in a good way, if you know what I mean) and the food is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is it is co-joined with a hotel, and thus the adjacent bar is sometimes (not often) noisy if a large group are staying at the hotel and are there to party. From my own personal experience, and from my friend's shared experiences, this is rarely a problem. I have eaten here at least half a dozen times (and have "taken away" at least as often), and I have never been disappointed.

The food is amazing, full of flavor and good portions. Every time I leave there I am more than full. Sometimes the service can take quite a while though, but the staff is extremely courteous.

My family and I were looking for an Indian restaurant during our vacation in Barbados, and thankfully came across this place. Best Indian food on the island (maybe even the Caribbean!!) Try the kebabs -- mouth watering! And the dessert.... I think I would go back to the island just for that.

Good food at the prices you expect around here. Carry out ready in 30 mins as promised. Could have done with some dipping sauce for the bajis and samosas. I'll go back.
