We didn't stay at this hotel, but have had the best interaction with them. We were out at the local bars that night and were followed by two men. They drove ahead and parked waiting for us to walk by. Happened to notice that Infinity on the Beach Hotel had their door open. We squeezed in, and there was an amazing gentleman at the front whom waited by the door to check if we were safe. Walked down the road to check, and even watched up run back to our hotel. The hospitality here speaks loudly. I highly recommend that anyone reserve here. 10/10 Thank you, sincerely two young women.

We did not stay at the Infinity however, we decided to stop in the restaurant to have dinner. It was one of the best meals we had since being on the Island. The beach view was beautiful and peaceful. The woman Mary was so courteous and treated us like family. We stayed in the restaurant longer than planned because of the treatment we were given. The staff were all kind and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this spot.

Really very impressive. It’s not flash or particularly classy but it does everything well. Easy reception with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Location on Dover Beach is superb. Bar functional and restaurant (I only had breakfast there) was good. And one of the best breakfast views you can have. All in all very good basic hotel.

    - Good location, truly beach-front with meals served overlooking the ocean. - Dover Beach is stunning, smaller than others and very quite, tranquille and clean, along with the possibility to do some jet skiing and street food vendors nearby. Generally more tourists at this beach than locals -my room was at ground floor, spacious enough for 2 but a little dark with no natural light and the decoration could've been a little more inviting, and the wardrobe was very small for 2 people on holiday - it's a small intimate adults-only hotel, so great for those seeking a smaller quiter atmosphere - it's located at the end of the St Lawrence Gap so about a 5 minute walk to reach bars and music - they also had 24/7 security on duty so I felt safe having had my room on ground floor

It was alright for our first trip to Barbados. Amazing location, Amazing Beach. The refrigerator was way too small in the room. Curtains were hard to open and close, Service was good as soon as you got service, but to ask anyone for something they'd give you a look like you're bugging them, except at the front desk and the security officers. Getting towels and beach towels was a mission as well, you either had to wait a long while, or they just wouldn't be available.

Ok is me being nice. The rooms are more run down than the photos show. Also the staff are not the nicest and are very laissez-faire in their approach. Ensure that you get housekeeping to attend to your room. Breakfast is not the best I recommend the flying fish cutter. Not generous portions or ability for juice or tea refills. Plus side is the hotel is right on the beach! Dover beach is not the calmest but its safe enough. Also the Gap has all the restaurants ,nightlife Also but this is limited as the curfew is now 9pm weekends and 5pm Sunday.

We had a great time at Infinity, we stayed for over 3 weeks at the hotel and felt at home throughout our stay. The rooms are ample size for 2 people and have great amenities. The hotel is based in a really good location with the beautiful Dover Beach just to the back of the hotel. The price was really reasonable for what we were getting. St Lawrence Gap was on our doorstep with a huge selection of restaurants. The hotels own restaurant Sea Fans was also delicious. We originally planned to stay for our quarantine only, however we decided to come back and the front desk team (Anika, Camille and Jamal) were able to help us quickly and effortlessly. We were lucky to be staying here when Hurricane Elsa hit, and despite no power or water to the area they came to check on us and brought food, water and communicated well throughout. A special shout out to Ronaldo, the security guard at the front of house. He like all the staff members of the hotel were really kind and welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. The only down side, is that the Gap can get very busy and at night time the noise from the cars revving can wake you up, however we will definitely be returning to Infinity in the future and highly recommend anyone considering visiting Barbados to stay here.

The rooms was extremely neat and tidy. The pool was relaxing. The service was Excellent all around from the check-in desk to waiters and waitresses, couldn't ask for better persons serve/assist you, very kind and friendly. The lunch was the most delicious meal. Truly recommend infinity on the beach to anyone who wants to have a good time. Would surely be returning 😁😁

Barbados is the best. This condo was spectacular and the magnificent beach is literally just steps away from here. This is my favorite vacation destination ever and we will be back this time next year. Fantastic

This hotel is located directly on a beautiful beach with fine white sand. They have chairs and extra charge umbrellas available. We had an ocean front room, but it needs work. The bathroom faucet barely moved, the shower control also struggled. Furniture was old and worn. That said, the room was very clean and the AC worked very well. No elevator.

3 night pre cruise stay, overall an okay hotel, staff friendly. Room had a musty smell, but we had a balcony so kept the window open when in the room. Hotel could do with updating but any issues did not spoil our stay.

This was only my second visit to Infinity On The Beach, all the staff were very helpful and displayed great customer service. A special shout out to Reann who went above and beyond to make my Mum feel extra special for her birthday. I have worked in hospitality and the travel industry so I have a very good idea about what excellent customer service should look like. I was not disappointed. Thank you. Make sure you head down for a happy hour rum punch and enjoy the views🙂

This resort is really nice and located right in the St Lawrence Gap area of Oistins. Right on the the same street with good restaurants and good nite life. It has a nice beach. Staff are very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on another trip to Barbados. There are rooms that face the beach and also rooms that are across the street from the reception that are around a large pool.

Let me start off by saying that every single staff member was just FANTASTIC!! Felt like family, we were on a first name basis and giving hugs when leaving. Very accommodating, so friendly and fun..the ladies at the front, top notch!! They give a great first impression of what you’ll expect during the stay. We upgraded to the penthouse..so glad we did! Great views, love the 2 balconys and plenty of room to spread out The rooms are clean and satisfied the needs as we spent about 80% of our time outside of the room. The hotel amenities were great. We had bfast, lunch, apps and dinner at the restaurant and everything was well prepared and very tasty. The happy hour was always right on time!! What we like about a smaller hotel is that everything is close.. the restaurants, the beach, the rooms…nothing too far like in a large hotel or resort. We felt safe both on the beach and in the hotel. The proximity from the hotel to restaurants, bars and nightlife is perfect.. walkable.. We loved Barbados, enjoyed our stay very much!! We’ll be back. ,

We have just come back from a 9 night stay and we are missing it already. This was our second stay at the hotel and we were not disappointed. We choose this hotel as the location suits our needs, on Dover beach; beautiful and St Lawrence Gap with plenty of bars and places to eat. A very friendly hotel, small 67 rooms which are located on the beach side and across a small road on the land side overlooking the pool. Although the rooms in some reviews have been described as tired they are clean and spacious. Due to the location it is not a quiet hotel, the sound of the sea, chickens running around happily and the sound of people having a good time all hours of the day and night makes it a wonderful experience of Barbados.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Super nice staff, and that's what made the stay even better. It did get hot and felt like the ac wasn't cooling fast enough. I also had to unplug things to find an outlet to charge my phone, but we made it work. I enjoyed the hospitality and amazing customer service the front desk and restaurant staff showed. It was a super clean and comfortable hotel. Be aware of the music played on the Gap but I was able to sleep even with them playing late into the early morning. The views off the ocean were👌🏽. I would stay here again. Camille, Cynthia and everyone else (I forgot names😏) were super super nice and polite and sweet. Remember to slow down because you're in island time!

This whole experience had ups and downs but thankfully they have staff that take their jobs personally. Thank you Lache always a bright smile and very helpful. Mary made sure breakfast was amazing . Thank you Lache and Mary for the birthday surprise 🎊🎊. Imagine 2days out of 4 saved this weekend from being a total disaster... I was even thinking about extending my stay again and lack of communication just made me book another hotel. However great location. The sunset, water and view. Breakfast was a lil bland....(It was nice to see them serving the 3 ingredient thousand island sauce I made with all my meals during my stay to other guests😂😁) Y'all need to jazzy up breakfast lil bit and work on some sauces to go with meals. Lunch was amazing ( i had mac pie, chicken burger, pizza n the fries are my #1 fav) Entertainment 😏 308 Ocean Side View.

I booked a staycation with Infinity On The Beach. The friendliness from the Front Desk Staff especially definitely made an impact towards the overall experience. The bathroom was nice and the room was lovely as well. The only issue I would have experienced with the room was the stiffness of the curtain rods and the length of time it took for the room to cool after the AC unit was turned off (which honestly is understandable due to the current temperatures). However despite those two minor issues, I will most definitely be booking another staycation in the near future. Thank you Krystal and team for accommodating my request 😊. And I hope that the Front Desk Team continues to be provide this level of exceptional service.

Great customer service from Camille & Rianne. Good room standard and tasty breakfast. Was treated well for birthday stay. Staff even sang 'happy birthday' with fine voices and tambourine!!!! The only drawback late night band music from bar across the road. But I think thats expected with hotels in St Lawrence Gap.

From the first contact I had with Infinity on the Beach, I could tell that a high emphasis is placed on delivering excellent customer service. This was borne out when I had the pleasure of spending the day there. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I do hope to return in future.

Great place right on the beach. Bar with happy hour prices, restaurant, friendly staff. Not a huge mega resort, small and cozy.

Made our last 3 nights of our stay in Barbados memorable. Best beach right behind the hotel.

They charge different prices from one day to another. In my case it was for sunbed and umbrella. Attention!!! Additionally the staff is unfriendly and not cooperativ when confronted. Food is also not that nice. My personal, true and honest opinion Sir Restaurant Manager. Answer to your answer: Anyways, the guy who takes care for umbrellas and sunbed gave me both at the first day, so its not my fault, it's yours. You wanted to charge me double at the second day, thats just a fact nothing else.

Ate at the SeaFans restaurant yesterday. Ordered the Ribs and got food poisoned. I knew something was off as soon as i finished eating. Quality needs to improve..

Told at check in we were ‘upgraded’ but in reality room type smaller, having booked a one bedroom and given a studio, located above bar and next to a loud outdoor music venue playing loud into the night. To add insult to injury, price points for room types exactly same on website when I checked. They sold the seaview as the superior element. We booked oceanview as it was. Unable to solve so endured the noise. Said they would call police to deal with noise pollution but not until midnight. Two hours of hell! Another family today with a severely disabled child also had their day room released, which took several hours to resolve whilst they sat in the heat at the pool awaiting management intervention. We all got off cruise ship early in day. Overall appalling experience. Bitterly disappointed.

Really nice hotel , great with kids big family room, has two pools, hotel is spilt across a quiet road and beach front, big pool to rear and small pool near the beach front. Sun beds are free, you only pay for umbrellas. Breakfast is more then acceptable. Room and hotel are kept cleaned and tidy. The beach is fantastic for the kids .

My wife and I had a 2 week stay at Infinity on the Beach and found it to be a good hotel on the whole. The first day check in went without a hitch and the allocated room was fine, if a little chilly. Once we'd switched off the aircon and opened the doors it was fine. All of the in room facilities were great with a laptop sized safe, great size of bathroom and room and everything including good wifi as advertised. Our only real complaints were the irregular housekeeping schedules, the non-stocking of our tea / coffee and sometimes surly housekeepers. We could not work out the schedule and many times when taking a break from the sun, were not allowed in the room. The breakfast buffet was very limited and very expensive and one of the two pools was not much more than a paddling pool. But... the staff around the hotel were generally cheerful and pleasant and the hotel was right on the beach where you could take your provided towel and lie on the provided sun loungers. A charge was made for sun shades.

Had a really lovely stay. The room was unusually comfortable. Only downside is that there's a wall mounted shower head, which means women will have to stand on their hands to get properly clean. Might be good to consider a more female friendly option next time you do remodeling. But, apart from that it was amazing. They really try to make you feel comfortable and happy here. The beach is beautiful, but unless you're into huge waves swimming won't be comfy. The restaurant buffet on Sunday was extremely expensive for the value, especially considering they were out of 4 of 7 of the warm breakfast food. But, really liked everything else😊

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. As a matter of fact I checked out today. The stay wasn’t terrible but a major course in hospitality and customer service is advised. The room was pretty small, I was placed in garden view even after being told I would be in an ocean view room. No biggie because I’m not fussy. The restaurant on the premise is okay, appears to be short staffed causing longer wait time to be served. The food is okay, but they should look into providing glasses of water without the customer asking for it. Bajan locals aren’t friendly, specifically to black tourists so it didn’t surprise me that the staff wasn’t warm. I do want to recognize the gentle man that helped with our luggage, his name is Yohann and the front desk lady Anneka. They were warm and friendly. The gentlemen that put out the lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach was also nice to us. As a suggestion, make drinks and food deliverable to the beach side where customers are lounging. Most restaurants offer this service, especially when you’re right on the beach. Would I stay here again? I think so. I would get a bigger room though and explore eating off the premises more. I don’t see any improvement in customer service, I think Bajans have gotten by being unengaged and dismissive to black tourists forever.

An enjoyable stay at the Sweetest Dancer room 317 with cooking facilities. Ocean front beach view with breakfast in front of the beach and swimming pool. Just beware seat lounge on the beach is free except for the umbrella which is 10 BBD to use. Spa facilities available by appointment.
