This place is amazing. My children truly enjoyed, even the 11 month old. The guide was truly knowledgeable. This is a go to place. My son didn't want to leave

What a great sanctuary! Not what I expected at all! Not huge place but just the right amount of animals to keep my kids interested. Stefan (our guide)was excellent and very knowledgeable and you could definitely feel his enthusiasm for his job. I would definitely encourage people to go and educate their kids and support this small business.

Not on the 'tourist map' but my friend told me about this place. It's very small and has a good range of animals. I took my grandson and as we arrived the goats decided to come in, which he loved. It's reasonably priced and the staff are very knowledgeable

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very patiently answered all my questions. The animals were a delight to see and hold and seemed to be very well taken care of.

The guide was informative and friendly, made me forgot my first impression of the place from the outside. A must see if only once as part of your tour around the island. Consideration for separate bathroom facilities.

Great place to visit. A member of the team shows you around and tells you some facts about the animals. At the end of that you have the oppourtunity to hold some reptiles if you wish to. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

It's a wonderful experience. A place to take your family especially the children. The host is friendly and very informative about each and every animal you see there. I'll definitely visit again and be more open to holding and petting the few animals you're allowed to that I was scared of .... mainly the snake.

Great experience for the kids, two 8 year olds. They thoroughly enjoyed it, especially holding the snakes and lizards, also feeding the parrots. You do have to call in advance on weekdays and bank holidays to book (I guess for school visits?) - weekends you can just come along. We did not know this, but the Marizayra staff were able to accommodate our family of 5 on a Wednesday, which was kind of them

Went to Maryzyra this afternoon with our granddaughter and we all had a ball. Very interactive zoo they bring out the animals for you to hold and pet them. Small but well worth the visit. The guide that took us around was young but very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it. Good value for money.

We loved it! A small, family run sanctuary with very knowledgeable tour guides. And we got to pat a snake, lizard and hold a bird! Great family outing.

Loved this place. Ryan was so knowledgeable and the kids loved interacting with the animals and birds and reptiles. Small place compared to the Animal Reserve but much more interactive and fun.

Great experience, the tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the different animals. Some of the enclosures are a bit small though. Ashes the cockatiel is the star of the show!
