I would not call this a hotel but self catering apartments with restaurant onsite when it is open. This is run by separate people to the hotel. Rooms are in need upgrading badly. Even though we had booked a room in advance this was not available when we arrived as it had been given to somebody else. Even though this had confirmed this many times. Had to wait several days and move room again. All the management are interested in is making whatever money they can by getting the room booked at that time. No consideration for regular customers. Have to walk through terrible sewerage to get to the hotel when the weather is bad. Reception staff are generally good but it is not the same since Andrea left as she always went out of her way to help and nothing was any problem.

Horrible Stay! Caution! AC is not working - no help! Wifi not working - no help! Rooms small and dirty. Fridge extremely loud. Streets loud! Please never go there. Minus stars!

I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor to myself so i can't complain! Its a great location for anyone who enjoys going to beach and being near the bars as they are both within walking distance.

Staff are very helpful. Room was clean with updated kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to the beach and there are lots of places to dine around.

Lovely room, everything you want. Staff couldn't do enough. Lovely surroundings, great food. I would recommend it. I will definitely be coming back here to stay.

This an affordable option with an attentive and helpful staff. We stayed in courtyard room. Seating area for the four rooms outside by hotel entrance. Cleaned every day. Good wifi. Ok breakfast. Restaurant for lunch every day and dinner Thur-Sat. Room has microwave, freezer,fridge, water kettle and some stuff for easy food. Beds good - pillows a bit to hard. Very central for all main beaches Southside and minibusrs for Town just outside 3.50 Bajan dollars. We recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel at a great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

The room was infested with mosquitoes. I requested insecticide and sprayed the room. When I returned there were dead mosquitoes all over the floor, the bed, sink, toilet bowl and the shower which also had a big dead cockroach!!!! Thank God it was just for one night. Had lunch there and that was not bad at all. Don't think I want to go back there again.

My wife stayed here for her isolation period upon returning from abroad (two days). She had our last two children with her; one, three years and the other five months. Very comfortable room. The quality of the food from the in-house restaurant was superb; the pricing, affordable. I definitely recommend them for short stay overs.

We stayed for 10 nights this January and loved it. Yes the rooms are a little dated (go pay more if you like everything shiny), but this is more than made up for by wonderful staff, daily room cleaning that kept it spotless, beautiful grounds and a variety of wildlife to watch with your morning coffee. Monkeys were my favorite. The facilities in the rooms are really good. There is a stove , fridge, microwave etc that allows the choice of eating in and everything worked perfectly. Location wise you have a choice of Worthing and Rockley beach pretty much on the door step and there are a variety of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. I’d strongly recommend a room with access to outside space if possible. Being able to sit outside made the stay for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had a very productive stay, great spot to work or relax - I mostly worked. They have great staff that will assist with any issues that may arise. I had soft bed and they changed it, I was also allowed an extra 2hrs to checkout with no extra charge.

Fantastic service, friendly and helpful front office and restaurant staff. Great value for money. I would definately recommend staying at Palm Garden hotel.

Have to quarantine at this hotel for a night. The first room I had there were no running water. So they moved me to another room. The bathroom smell like sewage water. Plus there is a storm they closed down everything without any concern for their guest and left. I have no power, water or food!! This is completely unacceptable!!!

To Quarantine here coming from New York was very nice and comfortable. They have great options for food to be delivered to your door 🚪 and also air-conditioned rooms with patio until you wait for second test results.
