We had Dinner at the Culinary School. It was a pleasant evening. The food was great. Watching the soon to be graduates in action gaining confidence in their roles was sometimes nail biting but mostly precious.

A historic building welcomes you as you arrive with a winding driveway and stately grounds. The staff is well trained and very accommodating. The facilities although in need of an minor overhaul pales in the background as the service is excellent. And there is the food! Oh my word! The spread was phenomenal!. Not only was it extremely attractively laid out and amazingly served, but the quality and variety was par excellence! Did I mention it tasted awesome?!! Do take time to make it one of your stops.. well worth it!!

Absolutely lovely stay at PomMarine. The staff were so friendly and professional. Room was spacious for one and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in my room rate and food was nice. Great location as it's close to many restaurants along the broadwalk and easy access to beaches along the coast. Highly recommend this hotel to an solo travellers who are looking for a more budget holiday and don't want to stay in resorts!

Wonderful Hotel with a Community College association to train Barbados youth in the hospitality industry (hotel and restaurant) and prepare them for jobs in the industry. We were fortunate to attend a special dinner by the students.

Very decent place and good service by the staff. Very courteous Wifi excellent Bfast is simple and same basic thing but did it's job. Rooms clean and bathrooms decent. Staff was great at check in and gave me a early checkin around 11 am. Will definitely return once rates are similar to what I got this time. Stayed 3 nights

Stayed nearby. Only stay there if you don't mind being wakened EVERY morning to the grating whine of a leaf bloer. Sunday included cleaning the entire parking lot. Disturbs the entire neighbourhood.

The location is perfect, near beautiful beaches and fun bars-restaurants. The hotel is pretty, and the rooms spacious but could use a renovation. Everyone is very friendly although sometimes not very efficient (we had to ask for a taxi 2ice, they had forgotten; the bathtub was clogged and was never fixed; they changed our room because we had 2 consecutive bookings). All in all goof value for money and recommended.

This is a very clean property, though very dated, and extremely BASIC. There was only a vending machine available on our arrival at 10pm, no bottles of water available. Also it was quite hot and the air-conditioning was not operating on arrival. The hotel knew we were coming, we had reservations, but the AC was off and it took nearly two hours for the room to cool off. By this time apparently all of the hot water, perhaps by solar hot water heaters, was gone, because at midnight when the room finally cooled off, I tried to take a shower, but there was no hot water, the lady at the front desk was polite, perplexed, and unable to fix the hot water. If you decide to choose this property, be aware it is not typically what you would expect, it apparently is a hospitality training hotel, very friendly, but also Very Basic.

Very clean although basic rooms with minimal amenities. No fridge but coffee maker and safe. As a training facility it has the necessary components but one would expect a more of a high end experience. Furthermore, being that it is a hospitality trading school, the food lacks the local flavors and is catered to the European and American tourist, erroneously assuming they travel to get the same food than at home.

Preface: It's a hospitality training institute. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently situated. Breakfast and lunch were good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Service during dining underscored the fact that we dealt with students, but they were courteous and willing to do their best. Overall: A decent experience.

Everyone at the hotel is courteous, especially the students working at the hotel. The gentleman working at the front desk went out of his way to find me a mask that I needed to visit a medical facility for business and helped me with ordering food online. I always look at the good things as well. The breakfast was not great and the pillows were extremity hard and difficult to sleep on. I usually don't write reviews but I was very disappointed that the hotel staff didn't take my health seriously. I woke up in the middle of the night with an asthma attack because the AC filters were very filthy. I'm very sensitive to dust mites and dirty AC filters which I have to deal with when traveling. I figured I would get someone to clean them in the morning and everything would be solved. When I left the hotel at 6:30 am the following morning I asked the front desk if they could have someone clean the filter because I had a difficult night with my asthma and was up the entire night. I returned to the hotel early afternoon and reminded them again that it was important but no one showed and I stayed in my hot room for hours because I didn't want to have an asthma attack again. Before bed time I asked again for the third time and told them to just send someone to take the filters out and I would clean them myself if they couldn't get the maintenance person. I waited for several hours again and then decide to stand on a tall desk to remove the filters on my own in order to get a good night sleep. I will never stay at this hotel again because my health wasn't taken seriously. I must also note that the lampshades and curtains needs a deep cleaning as well. I think if they are teaching students about operating a hotel they should do a better job keeping the rooms cleaner especial the AC filters and hanging fabrics. I must say the rest of the room was well cleaned.
