A dirty toilet? Covid Free?? Images of our all too recent stay at the O2 Beach Club NO Spa ! In fact there was so much lacking! No respect for customers in responding to them prior to their arrival and whilst on site & post visit, potential discrimination LGBT+ community? We were subject to building works above & besides throughout our stay. Not the holiday we had booked with promised facilities. A total disaster. Images here are of the Male toilet in the main restaurant, as the principal restaurant remained unfinished when we were there: hence the noises above till 10pm! Other images are of our fridge after 4 days of staying there! Our fridge door & bathroom floor ! When I had staff visit our room & asked them when they thought the room was last cleaned? Heads held down in shame! I suggested it has never been cleaned properly since people started to stay in the room (when was it opened ? October?) Now November with builders dust on top of the fridge and in the cupboard! Sorry, but this is totally unacceptable! Yes, I went straight to the top manager Elizabeth Alleyne - had a 20 minute chat with her. Illustrated emails misaddressed to us Mr & Mrs … to my male partners name not mine! And no reply to a complaint reply! Nor, further emails addressed to her via the Reception Desk. Ms Alleyne had no knowledge! But still no resolution! And all of that before we even get to guests gripping amongst themselves of second rate food & a total lack of their expectations being realised! So what is there good to say? Comfy beds! Needed… because there was a short window of time out of building works time to appreciate them! Attention of the restaurant staff was impeccable! A veritable training ground with the glitzy restaurant but a dream - unfinished! Loads of staff on site! But, what were they all doing?? Not a lot by all accounts… left beach side dehydrating & crawling to a bar for our own drinks! I am terribly sorry, it’s the hotel that simply doesn’t care about its guests! Simply, is oblivious of what it should be, Simply, a pipe dream : as was our holiday! Not to be realised! Now, just wondering if they will even bother to respond here? Heads held in shame!

Great hotel with a nice concept of all inclusive. It has been recently renovated and the upgrades are beautifully done. There are also units for sale here if you loved the hotel. You can also get a day pass and make an afternoon of it after the spa. Their spa is beautiful with large glass windows looking over the sea. Definitely one of my top options on the south coast.

This place is amazing. I was very lucky to spend a week here. It is all inclusive but unlike other all inclusive places the O2 has this nailed. It is not a constant buffet eating experience, they do a la cart menus and the food is excellent quality. It's was like eating out at a restaurant everyday and having food that you actually wanted to eat. The staff are wonderful and the service is excellent. The hotel itself is spacious, beautiful and delivers the beauty and vibe of Barbados! All in all, wonderful place definitely plan on going back.

I stayed at O2 for New years eve earlier this year and my husband and I went back without the kids to celebrate our anniversary. It was fantastic yet again. The staff is excellent! I have to mention a few who made our stay special, Akeem and Anthony out by the pool, June and Paul in Elements. They really stood out but everyone was fantastic. Brisa is still one of my favourite places in the resort and the tapas are delicious. This time around the new restaurant Oro has opened up and we had a beautiful fine dining meal for our anniversary. Lobster tail and filet mignon! I would definitely say this hotel caters to both adults on their own as well as adults with kids.

Wonderful experience at the O2 Beach Club & Spa!!! The food was great! The service was amazing! The staff were wonderful! The rooms were clean, sharp and modern! I was very impressed with the whole experience and had a fantastic time! Definitely a great all inclusive resort!!!

Superb customer service and excellent massages. They have an awesome crew and I love the views. The locker room is very clean and tidy. Don't forget there is also a steam room.

Great location in Barbados. Waterfront swimming pool, superb beach, spacious apartments / bedrooms. Stayed in 2010 (but wasn't a 5* at the time, if i'm correct). Storm hit us with good body board on the beach.

Beautiful, immaculate, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning food. Never short of finding great food to eat. The staff here want you to have the best chill Time possible. Big thanks to Junior, Akeem, Harrison, Anthony, Tnei, Ninal and Shanice for making our visit so pleasurable.

I can't begin to express myself when it comes to this resort. The food, people, safety, atmosphere, smiles, and let's not forget the drinks! I will give special shoot outs to the people whom touch my heart with their love and their hospitality. Shanice, Phalesta, and Pierre at the front desk area were just the best!!! Smiles every time with a helpful attitude with every question. Jovan was there at every turn. He helped with the planning of my birthday and I was super surprised. He walked with us and took the time to be there for us. Last but certainly not least, Abigail was a true Gem with every request. She was the best with room service and helping us to get what we needed at every step of the way. We truly felt like we were among family. I/WE will be back!! OBTW. The mimi bar was actually full....

On the first night of our stay we realized that there were no blackout curtains in our room, so we had bright lights coming from the corridor. We didn't sleep well, especially my husband, who can sleep only in a totally dark room. We were sleeping in the same bed with our 4 year old son who also slept on and off all night. The day after, we woke up pretty tired and my husband went to mention the incident to the reception, where he was assured that they would switch off the corridor light during the night so that no light would come through the room. We were also informed that there were no extra blackout curtains available. We were happy with the solution and we were looking forward to having a beautiful night sleep in our otherwise very comfortable suite. Before going to sleep we ask the reception to switch off the lights as agreed. First of all, the new guy didn't know anything about it, so not even a note was left in between the shifts. When he came back to us we were told that it was not possible because the lights for the gym were on the same circuit, and the gym needed to remain open 24 hours. At the point we asked for another solution as we didn't have the intention to spend another night like the previous one, but were informed there were none. We asked for eye masks but none were available. We had the second night like the previous one, with very little sleep for the 3 of us, plus the big disappointment for the treatment. I spoke to the manager the day after before leaving and nothing has happened since then. We sent an email and no respond. No even a formal apology. We were left quite disappointed with the treatment in all honesty, and didn't expect anything like this considering the level of the resort.

From the moment you stop by the entrance of Ocean Two Resort, there's the first smile waiting for you to help with your bags and show you the way from there to the main reception. Checking in feels like a breeze while a complimentary chilled towel and a glass of bubbles kick in like a real vacation's start. Checking in starts at 3:00 pm, and it's only 1:30 pm, but that's not a problem. The friendly staff takes you to have lunch in one of their restaurants, Breeze while holding your luggage and preparing your room. At 3:00 pm sharp, somebody is waiting to take you to your room. It's a spacious one-bedroom apartment-style suite with a sofa bed for the kids and a full kitchen. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and you can see the sea and the pool from there. While planning this vacation, I remember emailing many times with all my questions, from activities for the kids to how much sargassum they get during this time of the year. The amazing Caroline from Guest Service happily answered every question within seconds each time. I had never felt more welcome in a hotel before. She approached us when we came down from our room, introduced herself, and asked if I was happy with everything. What a lovely woman! The 4 days and 3 nights went by too quickly for my taste, but we sure enjoyed the food, the music, the view… every detail in O2 has been perfectly thought out for you to have the ultimate experience as a guest. Each staff member doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile if they think that something will make you happy. Anthony at the coffee bar helped me with my tea requests and made sure I always had enough ice in my drinks. I remember a day we were the only ones at the beach, and a girl approached us to see if we wanted anything to drink-all the way to the water. For a moment, I thought we had forgotten something somewhere, but it was authentic caring and service. I remember saying we were fine, and she insisted maybe the kids would like a smoothy, which they did. The hotel is what they call a Boutique Hotel, which I believe made everything very personalized, and everybody remembered what you had the day before. Every experience was unique. The food was fantastic, the attention to detail, and drinks too! We will definitely go back very soon to O2 for more!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. From the time I arrived at O2 up until the time I had to leave, I received nothing but excellent customer service. There is so much to enjoy here from the great staff, beautiful views, and wonderful locals. The time here was enjoyed and the memories will last forever. Thank you O2 for everything and a special shout out to Anthony, Darrian(both of them), Sean, Chris, and Shaq.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed the food 95% of the time. The only thing we wished the resort had was more entertainment- like pool activities- aerobics, dance offs etc and all the music was until 12am. 10pm is too early. Overall amazing experience!

Never actually stayed here but booked for 4 nights in April. I canceled my reservation and per their policy, should have received a refund of my deposit. I emailed them after two weeks asking for my deposit and got no response. Had to file a chargeback with Amex, not cool for a 5 star resort. I get refunds could take a while to reflect on bank statements but ignoring customer enquires is just unprofessional.

Visited as the sister hotel to Sea Breeze House hotel 500m down the beach. Brand new build opened late 2021 with all facilities and beach access. Impressive just needs a more normal season to bed in and mature.

I have traded my timeshare at many islands in the Caribbean and all are nice in their own way. O2 is a small hotel in Barbados on the oceanfront. I am use to places with miles of beach front- most with white sands and single story timeshares accommodations. O2 goes up 9 stories with a small oceanfront. Its vey short so if you love to walk the beach, it is quick! It does have a gorgeous rooftop pool, bar & covered areas with comfy chairs and rockers, bar chairs and tables, round tables and chairs- take your pick to take in the surrounding views and sunsets. There are 4 restaurants which serve great food, 1 being fine dining. There is a full service spa - which is pricey. I opted not to indulge. A great gym, pool swim up bars, several pools, music, dancing & great drinks. The service is amazing from most of the staff- every now and then you get a cranky one. All in all 02 may be small but is well run and I love the bright pink colors! Gift shop wasn't open 2 days in a row when it was suppose to be. Balconies are awesome to sit on when it gets too hot. Kitchenette is fully equipped and bar is stocked.

A luxurious hotel located on a beautiful property. The service is exceptional. The workers let you feel at home. The food is superb. A matter of fact, I had to extend my stay. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend.

This hotel is fabulous!! Fully all inclusive- the range of food, drinks and snacks is great. The staff are all brill- excellent service with a smile.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The service was great, everyone working at the resort was friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely wonderful. There's definitely something for everyone! We loved going to the beach everyday and seeing baby sea turtles was bonus for us and something that we didn't expect. The resort also had floaties and snorkeling gear for us to borrow which made our outside time in the pool or beach much more fun. Both our room and the resort itself was clean and is actively being upkept. It's not a massive resort, which we liked and was an absolute beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed some of the activities they provided (like getting henna done during the Indian buffet night) and enjoyed the night time entertainment. The only thing we had hoped for was more adult only things. We were hoping that either the tapas restaurant or the fine dining was adults only, however all dining was family friendly. However, we did appreciate one lounging area and a pool being adult only. If we could afford to in the future, we would definitely be back!

We got married here in 2014, it was beautiful. Vacationed here for our 1yr in 2015, again it was amazing. Our 10yr is approaching and we're considering O2 again. When we stayed it was Not all inclusive, that may be a deciding factor

I literally can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff is beyond amazing! They are all so genuinely nice I have never experienced this in any hotel I have ever been to. Ivonne from the breakfast welcomes you each morning with a huge smile. The food is absolutely top notch. I have been to so many all inclusive resorts and regular hotels but this place is literally the best one I have ever been to. This is worth every penny. The presentation of the food is immaculate. The attention to detail with every aspect of service is truly amazing. If you go to Barbados you must stay in this hotel.

AMAZING. I loooove Barbados and this hotel is a great place to spend a trip to Barbados. Absolutely amazing. The rooms are fantastic, the beach is drop-dead gorgeous, and food is high-end and ugh I loved it.

O2 Beach Club & Spa offered top notch service. Paradise to another level! The resort clientele geared to be a bit on the middle age to elder side and very quiet. Live musical entertainment every night was a bonus however, if you're looking to be in party mode bring your own party crowd. The Staff were all mazing, each member brought their own personal professional vibrant flow to the resort.

Just came back from a few days staying in this incredible hotel in Barbados and couldn't be happier. I had one of the rooms that lead onto one of the pools and the views were just breathtaking. Not only that. To start, my room was incredibly comfortable and roomy (and the bathroom was fantastic). Then, the service is next level. Everybody was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The only "issue" was that we tried to book a table for dinner on several occasions at their restaurant Oro but bookings always seemed to get mixed up. Other than that, it was a 10. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Not usually a fan of all inclusive, but the O2 was really great. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is warm, the spa is phenomenal, and the food is good - Oro is amazing.

Good news, a group of 25 of us went there, and I was the only one that had any issues. Overall the hotel is fantastic if you're looking for a low key and relaxing vacation. The staff is some of the best in the world. They're friendly, welcoming, and every single team member makes an effort to learn your name and your preferences. 02 Beach Club & Spa is perfect for a romantic vacation with someone special. But it is not a party hotel or atmosphere. Definitely for relaxing and romance though. The entertainment stops each night around 9 or 9:30 I think, and the singers are fantastic. One performed and made it to the final rounds on the Voice. Avoid eating at elements and blue fin as much as you can. The food is overcooked and always a bit off. They're not bad, but not as good as the others. And definitely try food offsite. We had some fantastic meals on the island. The tapas place is fantastic and the crab croquets are to die for. Oro is hit or miss. They cancel reservations without telling you, or change the time (ours by 2 hours) and they didn't give us notice. Only a slip of paper under the door. Overall it is a great hotel for a little romantic get away. You'll enjoy if you want calm days, chill evenings, and early nights.

A nice hotel with some significant core issues Some great aspects to the hotel including nice staff, high quality food, a great location on the beach. However our stay was significantly affected by issues 1. Golf course - the booking includes $550 usd of golf vouchers. We'd spoken to staff about booking this in on Friday in advance, and last minute we were told the course was closed for 5 days. This was disappointing as the golf was a key element of our booking 2. Hot water in room shower not functioning for 4 days. It was eventually fixed 3. Toilet flush in room was not functioning for 4 days. It was eventually fixed 4. Gym in poor condition. No AC, and the treadmill doesn't seem to have worked for 4 months according to reviews here. It's a shame as it has potential to be a fantastic hotel, but these are core issues

I have been to Oceans two three times and plan on coming back again. It’s a great place to escape the Canadian winters. Everything is great, from accommodations, staff, food to entertainment . Highly recommend

I can’t say enough about O2! The staff are attentive and friendly and knew us by name on day 2. The food is second to none, particularly loved Oro, and the liquor top shelf. Always beach chairs and umbrellas and never crowded. Entertainment every night was delightful. Beautiful decor as well. A true five star resort. ❤️

So far the stay has been fantastic, the only downside has been that i had a friend come by and they wanted to charge $300 barbados for her to "enter the premises". Like to come up to the room and change so we could go to the beach off the resort. For the amount this place charges that seemed a total ripoff. Other than this policy the rest of the staff have been amazing!

It’s a four star plus all inclusive aparthotel of medium size comprising two main buildings and 2/4 swimming pools, one of which is adults only. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and new and even had a washing machine and dryer. The beach is semi private and the food is good. Recommended. A few nights should suffice maybe a week

We really enjoyed our week here. The staff was top notch, our room gorgeous facing the sea. Beautiful high end resort. The only thing we missed was no DJ or band in the evening to get up and dance after dinner. They did have a band twice but they packed it in at 9:30. I would suggest keep it going until midnight 💃🎶

Can't recommend highly enough. We spent a week here recently. Staff were amazing and food was phenomenal. Hotel was exceptional - spotless. Barbados is a beautiful island and we were won over.

We have traveled all over the Caribbean and this resort was by far the best for its service as well as amenities. The staff is incredibly accommodating (thank you Anthony!) and you will not want for anything. The rooms were great - we had a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. The only thing to improve would be the number of activities and if it is and having everything organized on time. I also would have loved to have more authentic Caribbean food on property. Otherwise it was truly an amazing experience for our last family vacation of the summer!

This hotel is amazing. However, the vibe is quite and cozy. So it is perfect to relax and meditate. There is never loud music and there was not a lot of people. The service is great and if you have been to Cancun I would say the service is as good. Good is delicious and the beach front breathtaking. If you want to party, this is not the place. The room is average but the view makes it worthwhile.

The location is amazing, directly on the ocean. The food in each venue was excellent but Oro was phenomenal. Great drinks including high end choices. But, the best part of the venue is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Tiara, John, Rolston, Junior, Akeem and Chris.

Dont like how front office set up those big open spaces to rge road without windows shutters is a high security risk making staff vulnerable late In night. Should at least have glass in it

O2 Beach Club and Spa was one of my favourite vacations ever! The clear turquoise water and clean beach, the amazing food at any hour of the day and the service. I have NEVER experienced such warm, welcoming and polite staff at any resort I have ever stayed. I HIGHLY recommend this Beach club!

Such an amazing stay at this hotel.. staff are so unbelievably kind and welcoming.. you can tell they genuinely enjoy working at this hotel and take pride in what they do. Lovely atmosphere, delicious quality (local and international) food and a lovely pool/beach area. The hotel really have put so much effort into all aspects of guests experience. The live music acts were amazing and definitely not your average hotel entertainment.. Special mention to Wesu! Thank you O2, we wish you all the best for the future!
