On
arrival
it
was
a
great
location
and
hotel
is
very
clean
checking
was
simple.
Some
staff
very
polite
and
helpful.
On
our
1st
day
we
sat
at
the
bar
area
with
8
friends
bar
suddenly
closed
at
9pm
with
no
warning,
during
holiday
pool
bar
is
not
open
between
2
and
5
pm.
On
some
occasions
there
was
no
cold
beer
available.
Four
of
the
six
days
breakfast
was
atrocious
we
felt
like
an
inconvenience
some
days
we
waited
up
to
an
hour
for
toast,
recieved
hash
browns
which
were
frozen
in
the
middle,
service
was
poor
only
got
slightly
better
when
our
rep
had
a
meeting.
No
hot
water
in
our
room
on
day
2,
3
and
6.
The
reason
given
was,
the
weather,
leaking
and
they
turned
the
water
off
and
forgot
to
put
it
back
on,
day
9
no
water
at
all.
Our
son
called
the
hotel
from
the
UK
and
asked
to
leave
a
celebratory
bottol
of
champagne
in
our
room
but
was
told
'no'.
Every
time
we
asked
for
beech
towels
we
were
told
sorry
they
are
still
in
the
dryer.
Day
before
check
out
we
recieved
a
letter
stating
we
can
have
a
late
checkout
at
a
price
if
we
book
before
9am
on
the
day,
we
asked
around
8ish
and
was
told
sorry
not
giving
extensions
to
anyone
today.
If
we
were
not
with
a
group
we
would
have
moved
elsewhere.
If
you
want
speedy
service
in
Barbados
forget
it.
