A good, quiet golf resort in a convenient part of the island. Clean, nicely appointed condo units with A/C in bedrooms flow through ventilation, TV, full kitchens a. Units set in townhouse neighborhood style. Each neighborhood has a smallish shared pool and laundry facilities. The laundry facilities are free with resort-provided tokens. Some units have built in laundry. Nice landscaping - not dense, but good use of flowers, leaf colors and textures. Neighborhoods seem to have ample parking - I have never not gotten a spot, but then again I don't think the resort was fully booked at the times I went. There is a decent restaurant on the property that is only open during busier seasons from what I understand. I don't play golf, so I can't speak to the quality of the course, but people seem to like it, it looks pretty good, and golf carts are available. The resort is a 10 minute walk from the main road and bus stops where you will find a wide variety of grocers, restaurants and bars. It is also a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach - not my favorite beach, but nicer beaches are easily accessible from a additional 10 minute walk to 10 minute bus ride away. My suggestions are Brown's Beach, Accra Beach, Dover Beach, or Miami Beach, all of which are within a 10 minute bus ride. The resort is a 20 minute walk or quick drive from the main entertainment district St. Lawrence Gap where there are bars, clubs and restaurants, a popular destination at night. There are also other choices available along the main road. This is not a party resort, it seems to cater to an older crowd, but it is definitely a good spot who wants good bang for their buck, and doesn't necessarily need to stay by the beach, but does want a quality place to pay their head at night and relax during the day .

We've stayed here in 2 separate apartments via Airbnb, and we like it. The apartments are grouped in clusters, each having their own pool, laundry facilities, and bin area. The Golf course is a 9 hole course that you can play twice, with different tee positions for your second 9. We'll definitely return.

Nice and quiet resort. Lots of monkeys. Upstairs rooms recommended with these high roofs and balconies to watch the monkeys. Nice shared pool area. Close to Accra Beach which is lovely white sand nice swimming and the boardwalk with lots of art and chilled water station. Also Chefette where if you don't know about Chefette you need to go. Get a roti! Get a rum raisin ice cream!

Great place to stay in between Bridgetown and St.Lawrence Gap. About a 15min walk to closest restaurants and the beach. Has many pools on site to use. We stayed in the FourSquare cluster which was townhouse style. 3 bedrooms that are air conditioned and lots of space

Though the exterior is a bit dated, the interior of my apartment was recently renovated. The grounds are immaculate and the area is very quiet. The pool area is well maintained. All amenities are less than 5 minutes drive away, and 20 minutes max to the best beaches on the upper West Coast. I would stay here again.

Nice resort but the room we rented was very noisy from green keeping and general maintenance the two weeks we were there. We didn't use the facilities at the resort so can't comment on those. We would opt for a better apartment next time as the living area didn't have ac and wasn't very comfortable. Jusy a view points to consider if booking an Airbnb on the resort.

Really peaceful place to stay only few minutes to walk to beach would defo recommend .accommodation is nice clean great if you want not to expensive holiday in barbados but can get to everything by bus .

Been here for serval games of tennis with friends.. Whereas we had a blast either early mornins or late evenins.. which afterwards head to the restaurant for some ice cold beers and somethin to eat.. Deserves every single star..

Amazing, spent 6 weeks there between 3 visits. Not sure how it is now. That was in the 80s-90s. Lol. But if you find a pool they're looking to clean or repaint ... Amazingly friendly country. Rockley is on the southwest side so the beaches are to kill for. Try Chefette for the chicken. Bert's Bar for the Banana Daiquiris if they're still there. And of course the Carlisle Club for late night dancing by the beach (and maybe a rum punch or two). Not too far but try the east coast while ur there, Crane Beach. Crazy body surfing, but careful of the undertow. Enjoy. Btw service gets 4 stars only cuz we never had to call on them, except to clean the condo. Oopps sorry apparently Berts is closed.

We stayed on thus resort for 10 days as Air B&B and paid about c£100 a night for 1 bed. The apartment was clean and well furnished and there is a swimming pool in each block. Lots of people live here and a lot of returning guests so really friendly and safe and a real community feel. The 9 hole golf course was adequate, the club offers a friendly atmosphere with themed nights and good food. Just a short walk to to beach, restuarants, bars and supermarket. A great place to stay for my first visit to Barbados. We easily hired a car too for a week do we could travel round the island.

Rockley Resort was truly a wonderful experience. Panoramic view of the grounds, easy access to all amenities, well equipped kitchen and clean surroundings.

Just a visit to play golf here but looks like a nice place to stay.

The unit we rented was clean, functional and comfortable. A bit dated, but this gives it a bit of character.

Reasonable facility for golfing. Clubhouse serves good food at reasonable prices. You can book a weeks golf with club hire as a package. Also handy (walking dostance) for local bars.

Stayed at Lemon Arbour, lovely quiet place. Pool was beautiful & everything very clean. Great to watch the monkeys playing in the morning. Gardens & golf course kept immaculate by the ground staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Quite living area.

If you want to play golf or have peace and quiet then this place is ideal. There are a number of pools that you have the use of with plenty of sun loungers available. The whole resort does look slightly tired. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

The Rockley resort was perfect for our getaway. Shopping within walking distance as well as the beach. Beautiful views of the golf course too. If only they could corral the roosters who have no idea what time it is. They crow anytime of the day or night disturbing the peace, quiet and serene environment and ecosystem. All we expected was to hear the sounds of the tree frogs and birds and watch the monkeys romp across the greens and the hummingbirds look for nectar. We were not expecting to see or hear loud and untimely roosters crowing.
