Really impressed with the hotel however we found the majority of the staff rude , rolling their eyes in front of us & behind guests backs … we are a friendly polite & sociable couple but this made no difference to the waiting staff & supervisor at breakfast, lunch & dinner . Destiny ,front of house was amazing & new so I hope she won’t get tarnished by the older staff who clearly don’t respect the clients . We also had a hand written tip added to one of our dinner bills which we forgot to add to …… not impressed. We will not return to to just the attitude of the staff …. Such a shame

From beginning to end, my stay was nothing short of incredible! Visited Barbados for my 30th and this hotel made my stay on the island 10 times better. From the variety of food choices, peaceful scenery, lovely guests, location, the 24hr pool, open late bar and (most importantly) THE STAFF! I truly felt at home and completely welcomed. And it was genuine interactions and culturally dynamic conversations. We were able to engage with Bajan cultures and lifestyle daily. Best cocktails thanks to Rasheed, Odaine, Rashawn and Kyle. Best dining services thanks to Lashonda (Dimples) and Sabrina! Carl, Mark, Sophia, Stefan, Stadia, Armani, and Shane made sure we were good everytime we crossed paths. Security in general were friendly and easy to talk to. Sabrina and Destiny kept us together with taxi's and bookings. And special thanks to my fellow cancerian who welcomed us, took care of us the entire stay and went above and beyond every chance she got, ALANA! Lashonda even took time out her day and made me a birthday message card. Little gestures like that, mean so much! There are so many others who contributed to this incandescent experience! Thank you to Treasure Beach for allowing us to safely and freely explore all that we wanted to experience in Barbados. By far the most authentic country and culture I've come across in my travels. Staying here made my return to this island (AND hotel) a certainty.

Rest relax and food. Best Vacation yet. The staff was wonderful. We Celebrated 25th wedding anniversary, and had a great time. Can't wait to return.

I have been fortunate to travel to many places with my love of travel, I can honestly say that this is possibly one of the best hotels I've been to! I'm still thinking about how good the food actually was. Totally blown away with the friendly service, loaction and of course the food. I almost want to keep this quiet... Enjoy.

Really nice small hotel, the food was incredible, room was just right, staff good if a little stand offish (it felt like they were uncomfortable interacting). The worst thing by far; the attitude of some of the guests. Getting up early to spread towels to reserve sun beds was pretty sad. Made worse when people went out for the day, not enabling anyone else to take advantage. So, my only complaint with the hotel is that they don't clear unoccupied chairs and beds after an hour or so. Otherwise, really lovely. Wonderful location.

First time in Barbados, but it won't be my last. This hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Tracess, Operations Manager, was extraordinary. Her care for us was second to none 👍 Chaderton, the bartender, was also extraordinary nice and welcoming. I'll definitely go back.

Myself and my partner spent 9 days at Treasure Beach and had the greatest time, it's really nice having a boutique hotel with less rooms, the staff know your orders and names after a couple of days. The ground floor pool view room was brillant, it was very spacious having the separate living area and large bathroom as well as the gigantic Bed. Small entertainment every other night was nice to hear over dinner. Saxophone, keyboard players and a singer, really enhanced the evening. All inclusive selection was great, unlimted wines, champagne, beer and cocktails and most importantly the food was at another level, all food is made from order and there chef is brillant - i had some of the best fish i've ever had, lunch menu was good especially Taco Tuesday. Perfect for couples who are wanting to relax and receive the best customer service.

Service was poor initially but improved due to Gail’s and Tracess’ intervention. Having said that staff were nice and friendly. Food generally excellent although quality was compromised by moving breakfast from menu to buffet. Struggled with temperature regulation in shower but rooms excellent and generally well serviced. Hotel is not really geared up for all inclusive in my opinion with a constant dearth of available sunbeds and likewise with tables to facilitate Al fresco dining. Have stayed at TB previously prior to it becoming all inclusive. Love Barbados but will stay somewhere else next time.

Had dinner here. Two options, a/c indoors or poolside. Opted for in doors. Service excellent, as was food quality. A really good experience. Well worth a visit. Rum and rasin ice-cream was fantastic.

Amazing warm welcome by all the Treasure Beach Hotel Family. We are staying in an ocean view room, stunning view not dissapointed. Small lounge with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, sofa & large flat screen tv, patio doors lead to terrace & whicker chairs, bedroom has lots of storage space for clothing, cases etc dressing gown & slippers in the sliding wardrobe. Super kingsize bed, another wall mounted large tv showing cable tv, air con throughout suite. Bathroom separate shower & bath tub, 2 basins, complimentary toileitries. Swimming pool, lots of sunloungers, including on the beach. Drinks will be bought to you on the beach also. Restaurant serves some of the best food on the island. Fresh, tasty & alot of thought has gone into each dish. There is a complimentary water taxi that will take you to 4 of elegant hotels sister hotels throughout the day. This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is ran fantasticly well and loves every customer 5*****

Strolled in off the streets searching for breakfast after a tiresome night from work, security and staff was very pleasant and welcomed us. We followed the protocols and they set up a table for us, food was delectable and I spent a quiet morning. Will visit again

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel ! More a 3 star Location excellent Staff friendly Food excellent Hotel tired needs updating Pool area not cleaned regularly Sun beds poor condition Selection of drinks poor only one type of beer 2 red wine 3 white selection Reception area off putting ! Adult only however young teenagers there not even 16 ! Adult only means adult only Totally Overpriced Beach excellent however no sun beds for Treasure Beach

The service was excellent. The staff was courteous and engaged with us. The menu was limited with 3 starters and 3 entrées. Ambiance and atmosphere is romantic and quite nice. On the downside the kitchen staff could be heard loudly from the restaurant.

Our ocean view suite was very tatty for the price charged. The bathroom was old and the taps were going green. The water pressure was so low that it was impossible to run a bath without the water running down the tiles onto the floor. The water temperature in the shower fluctutated from cold to scalding hot. The towel rail was broken and fell off the wall if you put a towel on it. Bathrobes were not changed in ten days . There were ants in the kitchen area. Service in the restaurant was slow and disjointed despite the staff being pleasant. The food was so poor we went out most evenings and did not take advantage of the all inclusive deal. We will not consider staying at Treasure Beach again

Very much enjoyed our stay here. A small adults only resort. Good service by the young staff which will only get better with experience.
