It's one of the worst hotels I've been to. The service and the food were bad/cold. They don't cater to people with dietary restrictions such as pork. My room flooded, and it took 2 hours for someone to assess the issue. The night manager was useless. I don't want to hear about the other guests shower not leaking when the water went out of the bathroom to the front of the door to my room. The glass from the shower to the tile had no sealant, and all the water was getting on the floor. The entertainment ends at 9;30 PM so you will bored the rest of the night. I will not be returning this place and I advise you shouldn't either.

Recently just stayed here for a couple nights prior to a cruise out of Bridgetown. It was 3 couples total and we booked the 3-Bedroom suite. The rooms were wonderful. Seemed new and fresh. The decor was very clean and welcoming. All the beds were extremely comfortable. For the 3-bedroom option there are two balconies overlooking the ocean which is another perk. Alcohol, drinks, and beer are replenished in the fridge everyday. Big screen TV in the living room area is a perk as well. The check in process was very smooth and the staff were all very accommodating throughout the stay. We were treated great by all the staff. The restaurants were all fantastic for the couple nights and really had some great meals. Gentleman make sure you wear a collared shirt. The outdoor areas were unique and cool, especially the area by the rum bar. Unfortunately the ocean was extremely rough for our weekend so I am not sure what the ocean and beach look like there when it’s not rough. All in all we had a wonderful time here before our cruise and would recommend this resort to anyone.

People running the place are terrible. Starting with overcharging us for a ride from the airport and not picking us up. Tried to charge us $110 for a $45 cab ride. Front desk typically did nothing to help with any issues. Staff working in the resort was better. Restaurants at resort closed early, ran out of food or didn't open at all. Food was not good and seemed to have the same menu daily. Too many flaws to list. Not sure how they had any good reviews. I would not recommend to anyone. Feel bad for the few good people who work there.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze despite the issues with water on our last couple of days which the hotel could have communicated better on. The location of Sea Breeze is on the south coast where the Atlantic Ocean dominates so expect the water to be more choppy. That being said, we went with our 1 year old and had such a great time, the staff were so welcoming and really made an effort to accommodate our son, he even built his own bonds with the staff which was so lovely. Thank you sea breeze staff!

Positives, Hotel has a fantastic location right on the beach. All the staff are friendly and helpful, anything you need they will do for you. Negatives, this is an all inclusive hotel and waiting at all restaurants and having to give your name and room number before being seated-when there is a queue you can be waiting for up-to 10 minutes. No fresh fruit available one morning, at 9am, at 9:30am still none available. Expect a wait of anything between 30 minutes and 1 hour when ordering food at the flying fish. House keeping is good when it happens. Very inconsistent with times, 10am one day, 17:50pm another, just as we were getting ready to go out for the evening. I am sure a few management reviews would soon erase these issues. 3 days in to a 12 night stay, would I stay here again, No, unless there is an improvement for the rest of our expensive holiday.

Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Others acted like we were an inconvenience to them. We were supposed to stay in an ocean view room and wow it was horrible. It was the last and oldest building on the property. Gross trim, dirty floors, could hear a dog barking in the morning directly behind us. I can’t believe we paid more for an ocean view room. Like everyone mentions on here it’s hard to get bottled water. The food options for lunch were very slim. The food at the grill on the beach was the best. The sports bar was pretty gross food. Overall I wouldn’t come back here.

My entire stay this past cropover week was absolutely amazing. The team members were very attentive, caring, loving, efficient, professional and just family oriented! It was so refreshing! The drinks were great, food was great, beach was soooooooooooooooo nice! Pools were really nice! Transportation set up was great for various events we had. Everything ran smoothly! I cant gush enough about the resort! Thank you to the General Manager Leroy Browne for your great leadership!

90% of the staff were excellent, really friendly and very helpful. However, one or two were a little curt, I guess we all have off days. Nice long beach, with some water spots but no snorkeling on site or offered. Food in the restaurants was OK, pretty similar across each location. Also, entertainment options were a bit limited too. Some nights there was a bbq and a band/dj, but it appeared inconsistent. Also, the beach furniture needs an overhaul, much of it is broken which is a problem when people are reserving beds at 7am. In summary, pleasant enough but wouldn't return. I love Barbados, and given previous experience I would probably go back to Sugar Bay.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay here. The food was excellent - across the restaurants were good options, well prepared, with quality ingredients. The Cerulean fine dining restaurant lived up to expectation - note that you need to bring dress clothes/shoes to be able to use this restaurant. The beach is lovely, and the sea water is a perfect temperature for the whole family. There is often a sea breeze (hence the name of the hotel) and some waves to play in. The breeze is quite nice, as opposed to being intrusive in any way. There are 3 pools, one of which is adults only. The pools are clean with a good temperature - you can stay in the water for an hour with no problem. The rooms, facilities and restaurants are very well cleaned and maintained. All the simple things (towels, shampoos, etc) are provided, and even when you check out there are showers etc that you can use during the day if you are on a later flight. The whole resort is all inclusive, so no money required at any time. Alchohol is known brands, and the cocktails are great tasting and freshly prepared. Staff are mostly friendly. The finer points of western service may not always be adhered to (perhaps because Barbados culture is a bit different) but you can see that they put in an effort. I would recommend this hotel, and note that it is very good for couples with small children.

I like this mid size beach hotel. All inclusive meals, there is a pool for kids and one for adults on the quiet end. The food was great, my son enjoyed the pizza and milkshakes. We’ve only stayed for 3 nights and wish we had more time to extend. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Most staff members were extremely pleasant and assisted us along the way. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment as well.

I don’t know where to start about this place, extremely poorly managed. They confirmed my transfer from airport by email from guest services and they never showed up. About 4 hours of our vacation time wasted. We got locked out of our room for 5 hours from 12 midnight till 5am before they could open the room. Lock malfunction, Not even an apology from management for ruining our time. The staff are so laid back that they don’t even care even if you tip them very well, so keep your money because you are not getting service anyways. To me this is a 2 star facility and I will never step into this place in future.

Very nice hotel with a great beach, nice food, clean rooms, and lots of entertainment. When we visited the guest's average age was a bit old! Just saying. Some of the staff were a bit unfriendly but the majority were friendly and smiley. This place could do with some nice music throughout the day at least on one side of the beach so that it satisfies all tastes (perhaps the tipsy bar side). Also, in the evening that bar could be used more to provide nice local and international music to bring a bit of life to the resort. Good value for money. I recommend this place.

My wife booked this hotel and what a wonderful choice it was. The location is stunning, and the hotel and staff are amazing. They go out of their way yo ensure you have an amazing relaxing stay. There are reviews complaining that the service is slow. Compared to where? You are on holiday in Barbados, not out for lunch between work meetings!! Just relax take in the views and your food will come. Do you really have somewhere better to be than on a beach in Barbados? We stayed in room 546 and the view from the room is something I hope never to forget.

Went here for a 2 week holiday 12th may beautiful weather and sea - can’t express how brilliant this hotel is. So much choice in each of the restaurants plated with a full 3 course menu or buffet options, amazing drinks, amazing beach and most of all amazing staff. My girlfriend and I are a young couple (27) and we loved it as we were also close for a 20 - 30 min taxi to some of the lovey bars on the west coast and only a 5 min taxi to Oysters for the fish market Fridays, would recommend ! ( I am not one to write reviews, but this hotel deserves it) thank you for amazing holiday.

HORRIBLE experience!! Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone . We planned for transportation from the airport to the hotel through the hotel by Peggy (manager) they left us at the airport and when we called they said they weren’t coming . They tried to charge us for the ride anyways which is ridiculous. We arrived our group of 10. We checked the rooms and I had a problem with the air conditioner, we went to the front desk and were told they couldn’t make the decision about changing the room we had to wait for that manager . We had to ask 3X before someone even checked the air conditioner in the room . We were blatantly told it was good enough as we were in a lower class room. The manager who spoke with us is Mr. Foustin who told us that and walked away . We have been to so many resorts and have NEVER come across so many people that are so disrespectful and obviously don’t know that meaning of any type of customer service . We were told that everyday we had to make dinner reservations at breakfast for each day , come to find out you can make them for a few days . By the time we figured that out we had to eat every dinner at 830 because the reservations were taken . A couple of the nights we made reservations and the restaurant was closed without any explanation and we were never old until we went in for 830. For a week at this resort we ate at the same restaurant (The Mahogany) almost every night even though they mentioned they have at least 5 restaurants. The food all week was horrible, food was never hot , lunch and dinner took hours to get through. They played by NO MUSIC at all anywhere in the resort . The only things to do were bingo and aqua aerobics . They blamed the people coming from the UK for it being boring . The pools closed at 8, the hot tubs weren’t hot and held on by duct tape , the bars closed very early. There was so much time between meals with nothing to eat . The fire extinguishers are not working and show NO GOOD , the gym equipment is all out of order , the pool cues have no tips . The bartenders were so rude and all of the managers as well , if you asked something they would just walk away. DRUG DEALERS on the beach starting at 5:30 and ask if you want cocaine every day all day doesn’t feel safe. Tons of trash and dishes from other rooms left outside my door all day everyday . Huge lack of customer service at the Sea Breeze Resort I would NEVER come back or recommend to anyone . ( the photos on the website are definitely outdated )

We have just finished our weeks holiday here. Our room had a amazing view over the ocean. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of them looked like they didn't want to be there. The weather was hit and miss but very warm. We thought the entertainment could of been better. The food was just OK. The hotel says it has 5 restaurant's but in reality they have three and one of them was having building work done on it. They say that they have premium drinks but again it's stretching the truth. The beach is amazing but the ocean was very rough. The people in barbados are very friendly and helpful. Overall we would come back to Barbados but unfortunately not to this hotel.

Amazing all-inclusive resort option in Christ Church in a great location and only about a 20-minute drive from the airport, ~15-20 minute walk to Oistins, and easy access to buses. The double room garden view was clean and spacious, only a few steps from the beach. The only downside was that the water was super cold for every shower (tried at different times of the day). All the staff was very friendly and super helpful, especially with coordinating taxis and recommending activities. The food options were great as well with a lot of variety (i.e. not only Bajan food but there were things like sushi, English food, Chinese food, etc.) I'd definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Currently staying at Sea Breeze arrived on Wednesday. The room that I am staying in is beautiful but the service from some of the staff and even the manager is horrible. Some of the staff is great such as Ryesha. Every day we had to wait late into the afternoon to get clean towels. We would constantly have to call or ask the staff to bring clean towels. When they would eventually bring towels they did not bring any face or hand towels so we would have to call again and try to find someone who could bring towels. Today it’s 6:30 pm and still no face and hand towels. This is not acceptable and should not be acceptable by management. I am a very understanding person and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. This is my first time ever writing a review but I was left with no choice. I have spoken with staff and managers and nothing has been done. I have a business degree and my husband has a very successful business so I feel as if we have some knowledge of how a business should be run successfully. When I pay my money there are certain things I expect. There was also issues with the water. We could not flush the commode without taking a bucket of water and pouring it inside the commode. We were told there was a busted pipe. We were only told that after we contacted someone and advised we could not flush the toilet. We were advised that someone would bring us a bucket with water and we had to call several times in order to get it. Again this unacceptable. This is my first and last time staying here. To the management of this Resort, there needs to be some changes.

The staff are wonderful. However, the hotel socks. To many flies, no music, Room service awfully, and again flies everywhere. They need to take action with the flies and provide night life or play music on the resort. Overall, it gets a C- rating.

The hotel was fantastic, the views and cleanliness. The different dishes offered was amazing that took the prize, highly rated. But as a Caricom resident the service level was not the same offered to International folks having paid for the same. You had to ask for things and plead your case to get the vacation expectation promoted. Minus that experience the place was amazing. Take note of your booking time as well, seaweed took away our beachfront experience there.

We stayed here for 5 days for our honeymoon just about 3 weeks ago. While the facility is a little bit tired, we had an amazing time. We were picked up from the airport by Adrian, who ended up becoming our driver for the week, and took us to dinners in town and the local fish fry on Friday. He was great and would highly recommend anyone staying to request him if you need a ride anywhere. He has great insight and recommendations for things to do and places to go (eat) on the island. When we got the hotel, Denico (concierge) showed us to our room, which they had decorated with rose petals and champagne to welcome us. Denico was super attentive and helpful with scheduling outings on and off the resort. From dinner on the beach, to in-room massages, he had us covered. We had an ocean view room, and while some reviews complain about the rooms, we must have gotten a newly renovated one because it was really nice! Would recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t hung up on facilities being slightly dated. The beach was incredible and we honestly spent most of our time there so we have no complaints!

This place sucks! They have no sense of urgency to speak to their guests when they have an issue. The water is not hot, fresh towels takes forever, room service came in to clean our beds, but did not clean the bathroom, or take the trash out, or bothered to remove the food that we had from two days ago off our patio. (this is why I normally don’t like the cleaning crew to come in because I feel like they just snoop through your stuff without actually doing their job). This is UNACCEPTABLE! The food is mediocre. The “mixed” drinks are horrible. Friendly staff is all I can recommend. I would not recommend this place and I will not return.

We traveled as family and I can’t say nothing but great things for this resort. Our ocean view room was beautiful and the food is absolutely amazing especially the desserts! They have a different theme every night at the buffet and the restaurants are superb! My little one fully enjoyed his first trip and he enjoyed the daycare room they have available. The staff is amazing and they’re so friendly with the kids. I can’t forget about the beach!! The water is stunning with powdery white and pink sands! The staff also made our trip memorable. I want to give a special thanks to Sherrie, Noreen, Safari, Malika, Marcia Jacguan, Dennis and to the rest of the staff A special shout out to Lu who’s stationed at the towel area and who’s also a lifeguard I believed. He’s a very nice young man who’s always willing to help and answered all of our questions. He told us a story about saving a man’s life a year or so ago and we were amazed!! Now that’s a great customer service! We hope to see you back next year Lu!!

Absolute NIGHTMARE vacation at the Sea Breeze Beach House Barbados. Arrived on Friday & no running water in room for 3 whole days!!! Couldn’t even flush the toilets a complete Healy & safety disaster. Bucket of water provided on the 3rd day so that we could fill the cistern & start using toilet even that we had to pay a member of housekeeping to get. The hotel Management including the GM are absolutely useless and have a not bothered attitude. Reception staff are absolutely RUDE and we witnessed them laughing in the faces of guests who were complaining. They even had the cheek to remove their name badges when guests were recording the situation as evidence. The complimentary alcohol in the room was topped up with water, this was brought to the attention of management yet they still tried to dismiss the issue. We are extremely lucky we have full video evidence of all the issues we experienced in order to take the issue up with Virgin on our return. Hotel just simply offered 1 nights refund to guests which we declined as many other guests did too. All week we requested to meet with the GM and he didn’t even have the decency to meet us face to face. We leave today and noticed him (the GM) partying on the resort as he has resigned as if today GOOD RIDDENS TO HIM!! Dead fish on the beach, reported to reception in the morning and nothing done about it until after 6pm when numerous guests approached staff at reception, absolutely disgusting and a health hazard with kids around. Too many issues experienced to list here but would like to say **AVOID** this hotel at all cost!!

We just returned to Canada 🇨🇦 after an amazing 7 day stay at Sea Breeze. We had gone to Barbados for a small family reunion. The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. I want to give the biggest shout out to, Charleston. He made our stay the best! The cleaning staff deserves a raise after having to deal with our group..lol. 6 adults and 2 children. The room views were absolutely gorgeous, we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. The room was always clean and clean towels were always available. The kid friendly pool area was my grandsons favorite part, he would spend the entire day in there. The food options were good. We all agreed the flying fish sandwiches were our favorite. We would definitely recommend and will be returning!

My man and I stayed at Sea Breeze Beach House for 5 days for my birthday and we were absolutely pleased with our experience! We were over joyed with the amount of loved we received from the staffing at the resort. Everyone was very pleasant; the food was AMAZING ! There were also many activities offered to us as apart of our all inclusive package which included kayaking , sailing , water aerobics , bingo , mixology and the list of entertainment goes . The location of this resort was perfect for newbies exploring the island. We were literally walking distance from Oistins , chefettes , and local karaoke as well as bars . Many of the staff members were so knowledgeable and literally dropped jewels to us about the island !!! I have so many great things to say ! I genuinely love Barbados and enjoyed Sea Breeze and we will be back !

Ocean Front Rooms were fantastic! Really liked how they accommodated the family with two bedrooms! The hotel employees were great. Honourable mentions of service from Marcie, Dennis, Turik, Melissa and Damien among several others. This is a smaller hotel than bigger US chains, so there are slightly less amenities. But it was clean and delightful with fine dining available.

The hotel is brilliant , fantastic service but unfortunately the Wedding coordination didn’t do what she supposed to. Our wedding was back in September but we still don’t have a proper marriage certificate! It was written with mistakes(what means I can’t register this marriage in my country). Debbie told us she will solve the problem and will send the new cert to us what she did. The fact is we never received it! Wedding coordinator is now ignoring our emails. By law in my country this marriage is not valid! Anyone know what we should do now?

Lovely hotel. Breath taking view, fantastic staff. Food over 3 restaurants they were almost the same every nite in each restaurant. Not much choice. They breakfast was lively

The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. Just a few points, their was alot of stairs to the room would not suit someone with a problem in the classic suites only place that had a lift were the the luxurious collection. Would have liked something apart from water in the fridge, mostly had to refill ourselves. The menu did become a bit repetitive on the 2nd week but the food was excellent. Alot of the umbrellas were broken when your fair skinned like me and being careful was a bit of a problem and when asked if could be fixed I was told no its broken. Little things could make this better. But on the whole I would definately go back, intact looking into that now

We had a great stay at the Sea Breeze at the end of February 2022. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were excellent, the beds really comfortable, and we slept soundly listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The location was great: beautiful sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers, and we explored on foot and by taking the local bus. We were a family of 4 adults (sons of 21 and 19) and we had a very special memorable holiday. The staff looked after us brilliantly. Special thanks to Thea, Tarik and Brian for their friendliness, knowledge and passion for their beautiful island; to Ashleigh-Ann, David, Yusuf and Junior on the waiting staff; and Lou on watersports; and to Shaun for entertaining us and all the jokes about Leeds Utd!! Thank you to you all: we really didn't want to come home.

I've visited for day passes and then did a staycation weekend for my husband birthday. The space is beautiful, nicely decorated restaurants. I love the beach side dinning for lunch. There are 3 pool areas to enjoy. The luxury room was spacious, extremely comfortable and cozy. Huge bathroom, absolutely loved all the space in the room. When we visited it was pretty quiet looking forward to returning when they are functioning at full capacity.

My family had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze for Easter 2022. The hotel is perfect for families with kids- it’s an all-inclusive that’s full of good food and fun activities, so you never really need to leave the resort or plan anything. There’s also a great assortment of activities for all ages- we did an Easter egg hunt, met the Easter bunny, yoga, paint & sip, and aqua aerobics and all were a lot of fun. The food was very good overall, with lots of variety. Dinner at Cerulean was amazing, and we loved hanging out at the Rum Shop and Tipsy (the kebobs there are SO delicious)! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and many of them remembered our names despite being very busy. I also had to do some work while on vacation, and the wifi worked great. My toddler keeps asking when we’re going back to Sea Breeze, and honestly I can’t wait to get back!

Just got back from an 18 night stay at this hotel. Generally, we had a really great stay. Special call out for some excellent customer service, for the following people:- Micheal on Security, Marcia on the egg station, Marcia in the bar area, Raqeem bar/waiter service and finally Peter, taxi service, who does an excellent full island tour (highly recommended). Just a few points which we feel would have made the stay even better…. Aqua Terra, beautiful location, excellent sea views, but the service of this restaurant is below average, and needs improving. This restaurant has so much potential, which is not being utilised. The adult pool needs supervision, at times being used by children and also adults behaving like (idiots)! This should not be left to residents to sort. The gym needs a big upgrade. Equipment all needs upgrading. For example, the running machine was out of action for the full 18 days of our stay. Many Thanks to Sea Breeze 🇧🇧😎

Just back from 10 night stay at Sea Breeze, and can honestly say we had an amazing time, the food, room and amenities were great but the staff were the icing on the cake, most went above and beyond what was expected of them 😊. We also got married while there and we had the most amazing experience, just the two of us, but felt like we were among friends. Debbie and Estlan were fantastic, no request was too much for them, thank you for making it a very happy day for us ❤️🥂

The Service/Staff were beyond 5-star. I cannot say enough about all of them. Just as nice as nice can be and super accommodating. Now, I say that being a person that doesn't have a list of 500 things I need to accommodations for (because I know there are some of you out there) The rooms were meh. I had issues with my tv, toilet and refrigerator. They were always tended to fairly quickly but it was still annoying to have so many issues. By the time i noticed the issue with my fridge, the food in it was warm. NOTE- I was not in the newer building and I didn't know there was one. I booked on Expedia and I only had Ocienview and non-oceanview option so I'm not sure how you get the newer rooms unless u know to ask and even then, maybe if you book directly, you get more options. The location was good but considered to be in the South of Barbados. The west has the best beaches so next time I go, I will stay on the west sied; i.e. the Rihanna and Simon Cowell side of the island 😊 From what I can tell, there's not much of a cost difference. Now, let's be honest, it's the Caribbean and it was still gorgeous but the water is rougher and there's more seaweed in the water and that washes up. The staff typically kept much of that cleaned up...but still. The seaweed can also create a not-so-great smell that I've not experienced before in the Caribbean. Important item, dinner always had to be by reservation, made in the morning at breakfast, and there was a dinner dress code. This is the main reason I'd likely not be back. That was super annoying!! We're at a Caribbean island....really? I dont eant to have to do that toneat dinner the whole, entire time. Maybe a couple of nights but not a requirement to eat dinner. They also had not an inkling of local food on the menus which I didn't like. I go to islands to experience the food and culture. With alllll of that said, these are primarily first-world problems and these are MY opinions and info to share as I see it. Hope it helps someone!!! It's a beautiful island. I will be back. One more thing, lots of Englanders at this resort as well. I was one of maybe 4-6 Americans. It didn't matter to me at all but just wanted to add that as a note of interest.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE WAY YOU TREATED A BRIDE ON HER WEDDING DAY TODAY AND A ROUTINE VISITOR TO THE ISLAND AND YOUR HOTEL!!!! After spending thousaaaaands on your awful package you were disrespectful and to have your staff make her cry is absolutely deplorable. I hope that anyone who has 10k+ to spend understands there are more accommodating and welcoming hotels and resorts in barbados where you'll be respected. DO NOT !!!EVER!!!! BOOK HERE

Have just returned from a 7 night stay. Had a great time. Well maintained hotel with attractive grounds. Situated directly on the beach with three pools. Evening entertainment good but the nightlife seems limited in Barbados so I would have preferred a couple of reggae evenings and the Tipsy Bar would lend itself to this. Overall a very good hotel with many friendly staff (a couple of notable exceptions!) -good food, drinks, beaches.

Forty of us from US and UK for my daughter's wedding attended this place, at 4:30pm I got to the hotel and it took them 4 hours to have my room ready, Manager's respond was "sorry". They put me in a damp room with no A/C, complained to manager and his response was "sorry". My sisters room from US was cockroach infested, took it to the manager and his response was "sorry". Staff defiantly had attitude issues as is you them something to use the facility. my brother was locked out of his room from 12 midnight till 5am before they could open the room, managers response was, "sorry". My American family said no Barbados anymore because of the treatment they received from this facility. I will never go back to this place.

The room is average , as our week progressed,we got fewer towels, no water in the room. And honesty, you just do not feel like asking anymore. The food is average bland, frankly. The staff are sweet but beyond slow. This is clearly a management issue. Beach is nice and clean. And the location is quite good. Value for money is not here. I am not cheap. But I think all-inclusive in this hotel. Is not worth bang for buck. I will come back to Barbados. But not here.

Amazing hotel with great staff; We had the most memorable Christmas and New Year with Sea Breeze! There are plenty of restaurant choices and a rum shop on site which we absolutely loved, the grounds are fabulous and again, the staff are wonderful! We visit Barbados twice a year and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at on the island. Have seen a few reviews about lack of towels etc but if you choose to let a beach towel overlook your whole stay at sea breeze that sounds like a you problem- sorry! Just hang your towel over the balcony to dry and use it again like you would do if you had brought your own beach towel! This is not to say they won’t provide you with fresh towels as whenever we asked, we were given if they had them. Thankyou for a fabulous stay!

The sea breeze was great with a beautiful beach and delicious food. However, the staff at this hotel severely impacted our opinions of the stay and Barbados as a whole. Multiple times a day, we would ask for something menial (a water refill, an extra lime for a drink, an extra chair pulled up to a half empty table when someone unexpectedly joined us for buffet breakfast) and the staff would literally roll their eyes at us. We received pursed lips, genuine scoffs, and silence when asking for reasonable requests that come with average customer service. We got to the point that we would apologize when asking for water because we could tell the staff was so miserable to be helping us. If you are looking for a fun staff that creates the fun Caribbean vibe around your stay/making friends with bartenders/being greeted with smiles, this is not the hotel for you.

Great beach resort. Some staff a little robotic but they were trained well. I would do something about the flies in the buffet area landing on the food. Some food options needed more amplified flavour. Other than those things, the amenities and service options are decent. The quality of the restaurants and hotel rooms are top notched. The beach and sand is awesome and access is easy.

😐 I'll start this review by saying that I've been to a couple of Sandals resorts and have become a fan of the brand. They do provide a high level of service and value but the Royal Barbados and Barbados resorts fall short of my prior experiences. First, the rooms are nice. We stayed in one of the l...
