I don't usually give review but first time in the island and we booked this hotel by looking the previous reviews. We were disappointed on the hotel service. The workers are very friendly and kind. But the management need to look after the need of the hotel guests. We came in for a long stay our room got cleaned after four days. Room service need to be done in the morning not late afternoon. Hotel guests don't have to ask for towel or toilet tissues or soap. The bed sheets was not clean it have funky smell and stain. The room service lady was trying to find us a clean one. Loud music at night. This is so unacceptable when you pay your money we do not consider it as hotel.

Just returned from a 7 night stay, the hotel was everything I wished for, clean, friendly staff, incredible location. Use the viator app to book excursions and you will save a fortune. Joe was a star on our stay, he fixed any issues we had quickly.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Time Out. It’s location is amazing, being right across from the beach and nearby to stores, restaurants, pubs and museums. The staff were super amazing and friendly, and the hotel rooms were clean, well-maintained throughout our stay, and nicely decorated. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Thanks for making our time in Barbados wonderful!!

This hotel needs to step it up. On arrival we found a male t-shirt in the room with is telling me that the room wasn’t clean for our arrival. The toilet wasn’t working well, NO WATER TO TAKE A BATH and when we finally had water it was no hot water.what kind of hotel doesn’t have running water to take a good shower after a long day. To top it off we were told three times before arriving at the hotel that breakfast was included with our take and on arrival I was told we already have the breakfast included. On our first day we got breakfast and after that we were told we had to pay for breakfast, with no explanation of why! It really left a distasteful feeling to our vacation. The only good was the location of this hotel.

We went to listen to great old school bajan music. The musical group did not disappoint and service was attentive and timely. All around a great night of music we can sing along to and dance as well.

The rooms are small but cute and very well kept! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in the busy St. Lawrence Gap, the hotel showcases its own piece of our island paradise.

The room was the best part of the stay, they messed up our check in and check out dates , told us check out was Monday and called us Sunday asking why we haven’t left the hotel yet. That is unacceptable! Breakfast was horrible.. the pancakes were not edible. Egg was tasteless. And might I add that they served Can hot dogs and luncheon meat for breakfast. This was by far my worst experience at a hotel, I had to take atleast 5 bees from the pool. Staff was very unmannerly. We went to the kitchen asking for a knife and a staff member replied to another staff memeber (I tell tan my rashole shift is over) right infront of us. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking to enjoy yourself. Might I add, guest were smoking at the dinner table which had a sign stating no smoking allowed, we said it was bothering us and rather than letting the people know that no smoking is allowed she seemed like it’s just because of us complaining that they shouldn’t be smoking. Worse stay ever. Couldn’t wait to leave

Excellent customer service provided from all staff members. The ambiance of the hotel makes way for a relaxing vacation and the individual rooms are also very cosy to top it off.

The Time Out Hotel is good for a spontaneous weekend getaway. Located in Dover, close to The Gap, this hotel is in the heart of Barbados' night life spots. There was a mini fridge in our room, which was splendid. However, we realized there was no microwave to warm up our food in our room, and we acknowledged there was no kitchenette. However, to rectify this issue, there is a restaurant connected to the hotel. In our package, we had complimentary breakfast, which was okay, I just wish that there was more variety in juices (everyone doesn't drink tea or just pineapple juice), and a bit more variety in the breakfast options. The service is amazing when I needed help I got that help in under 2 minutes from one of the staff. All smiles from the staff which I enjoyed.

Ate in the restaurant last night. After 30 mins food arrived. Fish cakes were my choice of appetizer. Clearly the recipe has changed since there was absolutely no salt fish in any. I was actually enjoying my chicken wrap until a bone ended lodged in my teeth. My whiskey sour was laced with simple syrup and a hint of whiskey. Yep what an awesome experience I had....

So I went on a business trip to Trinidad on Saturday 1st and had to over night in Barbados at Timeout hotel, got there around 11 pm the front desk clerk give me a form to make payment for the stay but decided to let it be done in the morning, mind you the hotel was booked on the Friday the 31st. However slept the night woke up to take a shower and no HOT WATER first problem only cold water to take a shower with at 7am in the morning, went to the front desk to check wait and was told they didn’t not pull the funds for my stay, mind you prior to that I was kinda puzzled because why book an hotel stay and not pull The funds from information given and the customer arrived at the hotel, anyways my stay was paid by the company that I worked with in Trinidad so that was not my expense, low and behold when it’s time for me to leave to catch my flight they are not taking other ppl credit card information and I have to pay with my card or cash, and that Manager Alicia Farmer is very rude and disrespectful, approached me as if we don’t want to pay for my stay and refused to take the information from the person who had to pay the hotel fee, Racism at its highest, you have to be very careful who you treat like their below you, be very careful.

We are still here, after being nice and polite for 3 days about our ac not working we have reached our limit. We ask they say they will sort it but don't bother. Its old and dated supposedly 3 star but definitely not.since being here I have heard complaint after complaint even a poor lady toilet flooded which didn't get sorted. My advice and I'm not fussy all I want is it to be clean, which it isn't ,location good but that's all its got going for it,just don't spend your hard earned cash here

This hotel stole my $160 USD. I booked the hotel for a night as a space to work when my home was undergoing renovations in Barbados. I was in the hotel for a few hours WORKING, and then received a note under my door saying that Internet services would not be available for the next half day. Something that could have been and should have been told to me at check in especially since I was staying only for one night. I immediately went to the front desk and told them it wouldn’t work for me because I booked as a working space. The hotel refused to give me back my money. Eventually after several calls to the desk/ supervisor and them refusing any kind of compensation or refund, eventually they told me they would give me a “deal” of $70 for a day pass since I had been there a few hours. I refused it because I did not take a taxi there and to a new hotel (money spent) or go there for a day pass. If that was the case I would have just gone to an Internet cafe. Their excuse was well, it’s just a one day reservation. Exactly!!!! It’s not like I was there 15 days and it would have been out one day of the 15. I asked the front desk supervisor and attendant if they only just found out about the planned internet upgrade, to which they advised NO. Proactive customer service would have noted that perhaps since the internet would be out for the half day, of a one night reservation, maybe the guest should know that. But apparently this is beyond their level of comprehension. No empathy. No customer focus. My family who lives on island, visits this place regularly and after this ordeal they have all advised they will never be back. Never will I ever visit this hotel again. Had to pay for a second hotel after I was only there for a few hours. Thievery and horrible customer experience. They continue to refuse a refund. Time out, you will reap what you sow. It is a universal law.

I went on a day pass which was quite affordable, the staff I encountered were quite nice and helpful. The pool side was very relaxing as well as the bar. It is a nice hang out spot. Unfortunately I did not eat there so I can't rate the food.

Reception staff and both night security guards are amazing and helpful. Only bad thing is the entertainment is to loud and it’s unfair to those people who want to sleep. On some occasions the entertainment finished at 2am, if it wasn’t for this this hotel would be much better.

Very freindly staff, we were on honeymoon and was made to feel very special. The attached restaurant has basic food at good prices, everywhere else seems to be charging double for the lost covid business. Great beaches nearby, very peaceful

Time Out is great for your pocket. It's in an amazing location, the staff are soooooo friendly and the overall experience is comfortable and calm. I'd definitely go back, especially because the customer service is so great.

Lovely staff happy to help no issue with the hotel at all. My only issue is the extra loud music from the restaurant next door they do not have a volume control. I would not stay again.

It was lovely, staff was friendly and pleasant. The rooms were nice but there was no microwave in the room. That was my main peeve about this hotel. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included.

I really enjoyed my stay at Time Out Hotel. The breakfast was really tasty, the rooms were really clean when we arrived and the location was perfect for getting around the island and seeing the sights. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the lack of regular housekeeping during our stay. It was the first time I stayed at a hotel where no one came by to tidy up, change the sheets or even just the towels. Also, I get the ambience but the room could be a bit more brightly lit. Outside of those easily fixable issues, Time Out is great and I'd definitely revisit.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with a warm, neutral tone and the beds were comfortable. There was complimentary water and coffee with creamer. A mini fridge was just behind the closet doors and was useful for storing our leftovers. (The microwave was downstairs in the lobby.) The room came with a lovely view outside, however, the door to the balcony was somehow obstructed so we just kept the curtains open. The hotel, which has a lovely pool and lounging area, is conveniently located near Dover Beach and numerous eateries.

This hotel is horrible!!!! My travel agency accidentally booked two hotel rooms and they wouldn’t refund it once I got there and charged me for BOTH ROOMS even though I clearly denied one. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Didn't stay at the hotel, we ate at the restaurant, food was ok, the side salad was expensive for what we got.

Spent 2 nights in quarantine, reception staff friendly and welcoming, room nice, but service generally is terrible. Had to keep calling for things, Dinner came wrapped in cling film, dry cold and small portions. Breakfast took 3 hours!! And our 2 meals came on one plate. Not what you need after a very long day travelling.

First, paid for a deluxe room that did not offer toiletries, soap, an iron, blowdryer, wash clothes, blankets per request, or any delux amenities. There was nothing deluxe about it. Sadly!

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who stayed there for 2 nights. The receptionist and staff were excellent and treated my father very well assisting him whilst he waited for his test results. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who visits the island and would definitely stay there myself. Keep up the great customer service Timeout 👍👏👌😀

Great Hotel, clean and quiet. Very nice staff, constant cleaning. No loud noises so sleep was great. Huge rooms with lots of space and a good size balcony, loved my stay.
