I can only speak for the room that I stayed in. It was very filthy and smelled awful. If I could post the photos I took of the place , I would. The bathroom was dirty, with hard water build up on the faucets. Towels were dingy, doors were very dirty. Roaches in the closet. The overall look and feel of the room was scornful. The staff was very pleasant, especially the female security guard.

Beware this hotel has a bad name for double booking. They double booked me for the first 5 days of my holiday and sent me to very second rate accommodation 3miles away and not on the beach nor even a sea view. When I finally got into Divi Beach found a very tired apartment with various maintenance issues.

My room was in disrepair, unclean and did not have any hot water. The appliances desperately needed servicing and the Wi-Fi was unusable. The staff were pleasant when you saw them. Also, it supposed to be an adults only premise but I saw some young children on the property.

It's clean and well maintained, pleasant staff. No pool on the actual property but access to the one next door. View of the beach but sometimes very rough

Great boutique resort with large rooms and peace and quiet in abundance if you're looking to get away from it all. I usually stay at the larger DIVI Southwinds but this was a nice change of pace and allowed me to unwind considerably.

Room smelled "shut-in" - slightly like mold, definitely dusty and triggered major allergies. I wouldn't recommend or return.

My room was nice but the room lacked any shower or kitchen mats. Made wet floors very annoying
