This place is lovely. An unknown gem. The grounds are well kept, the staff friendly. The rooms are great. A big and well equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV, and an inside veranda with a dining room table and chairs overlooking the Caribbean. A great place to sit and see the sunset. The main bedroom has a small veranda with chairs outside also overlooking the sea. There are 3 pools but a great beach is right across the road. Restaurant food is great but you can shop and bring your own things in to cook. As I said..an unknown gem.

Our second visit to this hotel / Villa. We have stayed both times in a KING room. It’s functional, clean, comfortable and offers both self catering or hotel options. We’ve stayed both times by the upper pool level in the newest part. The rooms are large, spacious and very clean (serviced daily). The balcony is fab too! I do yoga outside and mediate fab every morning. The cafe is friendly and offers a good range of meals. This is a family run hotel by Robin and his wife and kids. He’s totally hands on all hours! The staff are all friendly and wonderful. The people who tend to stay are all fab and even made some great friends here. It’s a great location and the buses are right outside too every couple of minutes! We stayed 17 nights! It’s across the road to the most inviting beaches so only 2 mins to her there! Given the other resorts and prices this is so much affordable and we could have stayed way longer than anywhere else…! Didn’t want to leave! We will return (again!)

Airbnb 309 with "perfect host" Rodney Arthur, is the best. The hotel is well appointed, 3 pools, small gym, and across the road from arguably Barbados' best restaurant, The Cliff

Just what I needed - clean spacious suite, great view, comfortable bed and a sense of security. Having the pre-ordered bottles of water, fruit and cheese board and wine in the fridge was a plus, since I got in very late at night.

Our stay was perfect and loved the location. We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa Ying Yang: it's a two-story garden villa. On the ground level you'll find your private terrace, living room, kitchen and half bathroom. Upper level is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It was really spacious for just the two of us. The grounds are so well kept with lush gardens. Loved that this property was eco friendly (offered reusable shopping bags, potable tap drinking water, glass water bottles, recycling program and had an a/c control system). Bravo! It also offers an infinity pool with a cafe for snacks and drinks. All is very tasty. We recommend taking part Bajan Buffet dinner it has delicious food and drinks plus great live music. The Paynes Bay beach is just a short walk. We had a car rental and really enjoyed exploring the island. We're so glad we found this place!

Made to feel welcome by Robin and his staff, beautiful villas , modern and well kept. Will be definitely staying again.
