UPDATE #2- 4 failed transfers in total. Would be moving on with a new clinic. UPDATE: 3 failed transfers I have had 3 transfers with BFC and unfortunately still not pregnant. Not a slight against the clinic but with at least 2 embryos which were tested euploid and assuming the first one was also is very difficult. 3 failed transfers is very hard to deal with. I want to say a big thank you to Barbados fertility clinic. Dr Skinner was really helpful and despite not being in Barbados she went thoroughly through my medical history. Dionne was also a really lovely coordinator and kept us updated throughout the whole process. It also helped that Barbados is a beautiful place to visit. We are still waiting to do our pregnancy test and will hopefully update once it is positive.

We had 3 failed rounds of IVF with BFC. 32 eggs over the 3 rounds with no success. That amount of eggs should be an easy 1-2 live births. Extensive testing proved that Male factor was not an issue in our results, nor egg quality. We believe embryo lab conditions were to blame. After our 3rd round failed, I was offered a follow up with Dr. Skinner. At that time I was severely depressed, so I declined. No further follow up, explanation, apology, or resolution was done. A year later we did ONE round of ivf with a different clinic that resulted in 5 highly graded embryos. Our FIRST transfer worked with our new clinic and we now have a beautiful daughter, with 4 embryos remaining for the future. We have connected with many couples through social media that have also had devastating results and feel betrayed by BFC. I urge you to do your homework and hear other people’s experiences before putting all your “eggs” in BFC’s basket.

It took Bryan and I six years to finally meet our precious baby boy. He is everything we dreamed he would be and more. He justifies all of the heartache we had to go through. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Barbados Fertility Center for making us feel relaxed and reassuring each and every step of the way. Nothing was ever a hassle, you always made sure to answer all of our silly questions and make us feel like this was going to be a great adventure. For that we will always be thankful. Thank you for helping us achieve a dream we thought we would never achieve. We will defiantly be back for number two this winter!

BFC is AMAZING! We struggled to find a clinic in the US that felt like they provided personalized care and wouldn’t cost us $30k. After our first phone consultation with Dr. Skinner we knew this was where we were meant to be. IVF is stressful but we spent a majority of our stay on the beach which really helped me relax and one of the reasons I believe our first cycle was a success! I would recommend BFC to anyone struggling with infertility and considering IVF. It seems a bit crazy to go abroad for a medical procedure, but after doing my research and comparing the costs and success rates, it was truly a no brainer! Thanks to BFC we’re expecting twins in June!

The fact of choosing BFC to make our dream come true was the best decision ever. Thanks to them I have my baby, after trying for 8 years in other places without any kind of succes. Since the first moment, before travelling to Barbados, we received fast answers, personalized attention through emails and phone calls. We felt accompanied all the time. They took care of every detail of treatment, flying agency, accomodation and even the suggestions for recreational activities. Once we went throuhg treatment we were very relaxed thanks to wonderful beaches, stores, local people. It was the perfect environment. Concerning the cost of treatment we were really surprised because we coudn't imagine that such a prestigious centre might have so affordable prices. Undoubtedly, we recommend all the couples that are struggling against infertility to get in contact with BFC because they can certainly help you to have your own family as I have it today.

Can't recommend BFC enough! We struggled with infertility for 5 years and were quoted $50,000 for one round in the states (we had some special circumstances). We knew we didn't want to spend that much, and I randomly stumbled across BFC when an Instagram account I follow interviewed them. I got really good vibes and reached out on messenger. Scheduled a consultation for a couple weeks later, and once I talked to Dr. Skinner I knew BFC was the place for us. We could do ivf in paradise at a much more affordable price, and at an amazing clinic where we didn't have to sacrifice quality of care. We had to do more than one round because I have severe DOR, but we now have an almost 3 month old little girl. The staff was really sweet, understanding and patient and everything went pretty smoothly considering we did ivf in another country. The island is absolutely amazing and the clinic runs so efficiently that most of your time is spent relaxing on the beach or exploring the island. We can't wait to take our baby girl back in a year or two And are so grateful for everyone at the clinic Who made our dreams come true.

Our journey toward parenthood took us to BFC for one round of ICSI with my own eggs, and one round with donor eggs. We now have a precious 3 month old son, and we are deeply grateful to the BFC team for helping us get here. They were tenacious about helping to find flights for us when the pandemic meant going to travel plan C. Dr. Corona was clear and compassionate in her explanation of how things were going and what our options were at decision points, and she guided us through a last minute shift so I could stay on for a second round of treatment. Dr. Skinner was able to take my call late one night at 7 weeks when I was bleeding, and helped me know what I might expect. I made some wonderful friends among my fellow patients while I was in Barbados, too - a built in support group. People ask why we went to BFC for care. We say - for the price, the success rates, the compassion, and because they were able to cooperate with our wish not to destroy any embryos, regardless of their prognosis. We plan to go back in hopes of a second child.

Since our initial query in June 2022 the team at Barbados Fertility have been fantastic. They answered our query quickly and it felt so right to pursue the next step of our fertility journey with BFC. From the outset our fertility coordinator, Dionne has been approachable, prompt and clear in her responses and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to meet her in person during a trip from the UK in September prior to our treatment the following March. It just confirmed that we had made the right decision. Everyone we came across each step of the way was friendly and welcoming. From the staff in the clinic, consultation with Dr Skinner and the Counselling session with Dr Herbert was really beneficial, we took away lots of tips & suggestions. On transfer day the staff at the Wellness centre and my acupuncture session was amazing. The Dr, nurses and technicians explained everything really well, were supportive and had a real positive energy. It genuinely felt like everyone was rooting for us! 9 months later back in snowy England our beautiful baby boy was born. We are so happy and grateful to everyone at Barbados Fertility Clinic for helping us make our dream become our reality!

Very long over due but if i hadn't discovered them on my fb feed, I don't think we'd be parents. I was blessed to have them get us started on our parent journey, Vivian was our nurse, Dr Skinner was our dr but the whole staff there was wonderful and answered all our concerns in a timely manner. Made it as easy as it can be to travel with covid restrictions and gave lots of tips being in a different country. We loved that we felt our ivf team was on our side and not just a number. I have an autoimmune disease, pcos and over 35 and with also healthy lifestyle changes, we got preggy 1st time. Very glad to report I gave birth to a healthy baby boy earlier this month. If our cycle didn't work I'd still go back because their care was still above than what I dealt with at local ivf practices. We love you BFC!!

I highly recommend Barbados Fertility Centre because of their high success rates and excellent customer service. The cost of the IVF procedure is reasonable. I am beyond excited that my first IVF attempt was successful, I have a beautiful daughter.

After working with fertility doctors in America all I felt was frustration and stress and that the staff really didn’t care. At one point I had an issue with someone in my doctor’s office and my doctor told me I could find another doctor or deal with it. So I went searching for new options and came across Barbados Fertility. It has been night and day working with this staff and these doctors. They answer all my questions in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours if emailing, they follow up with us instead of us always having to be the ones to make contact and they work as a team to make sure everything is done. Vivian has been my main point of contact and has made us feel cared for and important, as have all of the staff we have worked with for my scans and procedures so far. Crossing my fingers that this experience results in the baby we so desperately want but feeling more hopeful than ever. Being able to relax on a tropical island for the same price we would have spent stressing at home doesn’t hurt either.

This year we will be celebrating our first Christmas with our baby girl, all thanks to BFC. The staff, doctors and nurse are all amazing! I LOVEEEEE this fertility clinic! Their focus on holistic health and how they provide their wellness packages are all worth it! I've gone through other consultations and treatment in the US (1 IUI and 2 IVF). Dr. Juliet Skinner is extremely thorough, sweet, and straight to the point with the consultation and treatment. I appreciate her, Dionne, and everyone at the office! They're all so sweet when I was there. Although my first IVF with them failed I had confidence to return and I'm glad I did because I successfully got pregnant! Fourth time's the charm. I highly recommend this office for so many reasons from finance, wellness, to comfort, and more! They help you every step of the way and they will forever have a place in my heart.

I discovered BFC through a patient vlog and research, because of them I have my miracle baby boy. The treatment process and patient care we experienced with BFC is VERY client centered and Patient driven, they off true personalized care plans coupled with a vacation. I would highly recommend anyone who’s challenged with infertility to take an international trip to BFC, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to visit again for baby #2. The facility is beautiful. The staff is super supportive and the whole team is amazing. Would give more stars if possible. They are passionate about their work and patience is used at every step. Life Changing experience It only takes single entity that thinks outside of the box to really change lives and change world Me , my wife tried for 4 ivf trials in one of the most known centers in east coast , before we decided to give Barbados ivf a chance. From day1 , we knew this place is different, Dr skinner went Above and beyond , she listened to every single detail. She told us the problem and the resolution in our first consultation call with her . Can you believe this !!!!!! Coordinator Vivian is an amazing person , she is super nice , friendly , we consider her part of our family. The trip to barbados was successful and i just met my baby boy yesterday and he is healthy happy baby. People , dont think twice , please call them and you wont regret at all

My experience was quite interesting. After years of scouting, I decided this organisation would be the one to help me with my baby journey as I was soon to emigrate to Barbados. However, I completed the online form and requested a call (to a local Barbados telephone #) but never received that free telephone consultation promised. I did however received email communication, filled out forms and signed up an account on their patient portal etc. I called the office a few times and asked to speak with the Nurse Coordinator which I was assigned but she was always with a patient and I never got a call back. As a result, I had to ask whatever questions I had via email. Maybe my questions were too many- the conversation went COLD. I thought perhaps it was a matter of illness or leave, but with time it became clear that my questions were not going to be answered. So, I reached out on their website again. And once again, I got that very polite email communication offering me a consultation. I had many realisations to say the least.

Where do I begin. In January 2023 my husband and I took a leap offaith and went to the beautiful island of Barbados to Barbados Fertility Clinic with the hopes of conceiving. We chose BFC because we were delighted to know that this clinic right here in the Caribbean is among the worlds best and boy did the experience exceed this expectation. From the very first interaction to the last interaction the process was smooth and easy. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and equally as welcoming and kind. I felt as if I were their only clients. In the short time on the island the staff became our family, guiding and nurturing us step by step. The service alone was exceptional, but to know that the process was also successful, now I look at my beautiful daughter with gratitude that I had the opportunity to go to BFC. Many thanks to Dionne, to my Drs Athanasakis and Dziura, the front desk staff Rhonda, the Wellness Centre - also highly recommend getting an acupuncture. Truly no words will ever be enough to thank them so all I can do is encourage anyone that is struggling to conceive to try BFC I promise you, you will not regret it!!! Going to BFC has hands down become one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!

I can not say enough good things about all the staff at BFC from my coordinator Vivian , Dr Skinner & Dr Dziura to the support staff behind the scenes. We had originally planned to do a fresh transfer but due to over stimulating ( which was caught and managed great by the staff) we had to come back for a second trip a few month later to do a frozen transfer. Vivian has been so supportive and caring though our whole treatment and after, she made us feel like we were her only patients (which I knew we weren't but the feeling was great). I am also happy to say that after our transfer of 2 embryos I am pregnant with TWINS!! If you have not checked out this clinic I highly suggest that you do. The exceeded our expectations by 100%, and who wouldn't want to spend a week or 2 in paradise :). Also check out the wellness center while your there.
