This place deserver no stars. I am a foreigner in this country and I am here at the facility seeking medical attention for a bite that got infected. Now I have been here from 11:00 and it's now 16:00 and I went to the front desk lady twice. First I asked her how long it would be. She started getting irritated and saying she can't answer that question I should go ask the nurse. She also had a bunch of attitude. Now I went back asking for a washroom and she advised me she has already helped me and any other questions I have I should ask a nurse . Does that even make sense and you're working at front desk? The customer service here is just great..... I swear . PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. 🙄

Medical facility....offering various types of health care services. Security personnel is in place..as well as Cctv .Security handles the Covid 19 protocols. Parking is limited and can be challenging. 24 hours service for some departments. Staff is helpful .

Ridiculous clinic My friend went here tonight and the doctor was so rude and uncommunicative. I have an infectious disease diagnosis and when I tried to get specific information about the disease and how to avoid spreading it, I got robotic one word answers. Avoid this place.

Y do they have a operator system that don't work no one answer the phones out they anymore why is it 1o.30 am and no one answering the phone

Imagine having to sit and w8 3 hrs for a health certificate and seeing others coming for the same certificate after you but leaving before you and all the keep saying is you next you next like srsly service really poor and unprofessional I will rather die first b4 returning futher more that one star was a mistake

It's an affordable health care facility for the general public. The doctors and nurses are very helpful and try to be accommodating.

Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist was professional but when she transferred me to the section concerning vaccines, the lady who answered the phone was most rude, unhelpful, curt and dismissive. In 2022, I would have assumed that the polyclinic system would have progressed beyond its well-known unprofessional demeanor. It is sad to see that no improvement has been made. Whilst the treatment is free to patients, there’s absolutely no reason why patients must be treated in such a disgusting manner. Too many years have passed in which people have complained about this behavior. It is time for improvement!

They have cause the cancelation of my girl Fren flight because she couldn't get her covid test results within the schedule time frame...

All the staff in there want training over or dismissed....this place deserves no stars.... No one wants to do anything, Even if it's for a child, especially if its a dressing.....I'm very disappointed and it gave me a headache..not prof at all...might as well stay home and die.

Unprofessional, they chose who is to see doctor first although there's an appointment system. Never able to speak to a supervisor. Service needs to be look at not good at all

Worst experience ever, twice my name was never forwarded from the record to the nurse had to wait 3hrs before i asked if it was done then had to wait another 3hrs and still have not seen doctor yet when i say twice i mean two different days that this ocurred
