10/5. I have nothing but amazing things to write about Dr. Navin Ramchandani and the team at R&R Medical Centre. He is extremely welcoming, very quick to diagnose and very well-versed in his field. I was on a trip to Barbados and had caught Dengue Fever and had called Dr. Ramchandani. He organized appointments with me and provided me with the best advice from start to finish. He is able to conduct blood tests in his office and receive immediate results - something that is very hard to find on the island. Also, his practice is verified with most of the big international insurance companies. You can expect great advice, fast results, a firm diagnosis and a fun, humourous personality with Dr. Ramchandani. I cannot recommend his practice and expertise enough!

Dr. Navin is a one of a kind human being. He is more than a doctor. He is a free spirit and has such a genuine and humanitarian soul. This man truly defines what it means to live life happy, and give back his humor, charm, wit and knowledge back to the entire world. I had the luxury of staying at Rockley resort in Barbados with my girlfriend and the moment we met Dr. Navin he was a friend that we could trust and rely on! I highly recommend this clinic. I am a Canadian doctor in Barbados on vacation and saw Dr Deane. I was diagnosed and treated for a urinary tract infection, ear infection, and blocked ear. I cannot praise Dr Deane more. She was incredibly thorough and comprehensive, taking time to extensively examine and assess me. As a fellow doctor, I can say confidently that she is an excellent clinician. She was also kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental in her care. She demonstrated patience, humour, and empathy throughout the encounter. On a visit from Montreal, Canada visiting Barbados for the holiday break, my 5 year old daughter had a problem with her foot. I asked my hotel if they knew of a good clinic and they highly recommended that I go see Dr. Ramchandani and now I see why. He was able to see us within 45 minutes of my call. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuine and caring. He was fantastic in dealing with my young daughter. He assessed her issue, we picked up the medicine at the pharmacy located conveniently across the road and took the first dose. We went back to his office a few hours later at his request to be sure my daughter was responding to the medicine, and she was. Dr. Ramchandani had a plan B in case strong medications were needed (as we were traveling soon after). This is true professionalism in my opinion. My daughter went from wanting to leave her holiday to go home because of the pain, to begging us to swim at the beach 4 hours later and in a fantastic mood. She probably had her best day of the week we were here. Do not hesitate to go see him. Having world class medical services like R&R available to us while on holiday was a great luxury. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Chelsea Deanne today. I can only say the consultation could not have been better. She was empathetic, empathetic and very professional. Previously I have seen Dr Ramchandani who was also equally professional. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Dr. Deane is very kind, professional and detail oriented doctor. I had unfortunate case of the swimmer ear and she helped me go get better and get our vacation back on track. Highly recommended.

This review should have been written over a year ago however over that period of time our gratitude and thanks has only significantly grown! On just our second day on holiday last year our young 10 month old boy, Dexter, awoke from a nap and was visibly and audibly in distress which was obviously very distressing for us. We called R&R Medical Centre, as they were only around the corner, and they asked us to visit immediately. Dexter was very unresponsive and not his usually jolly self. Chelsea started to examine Dexter and after lots of deliberation decided that there could be an issue with his intestine. We moved next door for a scan and it was decided that Dexter should go to the hospital. At the hospital the support was great too and Dexter made a full recovery. What was amazing was that Chelsea's diagnosis was of Intussusception was spot on and her quick thinking meant that surgery wasn't required! Chelsea and Navin were also checking in on Dexter over the next week and without their expertise and skill our holiday could have been a totally different experience. Thanks again for all that you did and we will pop in and say hi in December 2022!

Amazing experience with Dr. Navin! He was very thorough in his analysis. He was also able to take my blood work in his clinic and get the results in a few hours. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr Navin Ramchandani is truly a great doctor. He makes you feel totally at ease and is extremely thorough in his examinations. He is honest and explains everything as he works so you understand what he is doing and why - what blew my mind was his follow up calls to check on his patients and his genuine concern. While on holiday in January, felt unwell for few days, visited Dr R at the clinic and he quickly diagnosed viral pneumonia and started treatment straight away, visited again after a few days and improvement was vast, great friendly and professional service that allowed me to to continue to enjoy my vacation, also recommended him to someone else in the hotel who was also pleased with the service. I can say nothing but good things about this wonderful doctor, gentleman, friend. We met Navin when he first moved into his office in Rockley and were so impressed with how he dealt with a very worrying situation. After our visit he called on more than one occasion to check on his patient. Later on my husband fell ill again and within minutes Navin diagnosed his problem . Unfortunately within two days Bill passed. Navin spent most of that day with our family. He has cared for my children and grandchildren and is never too busy to answer our calls . For this being my first visit I was very impressed with Dr. Ramchandani. From triage to diagnosis he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I had seen my GP in the UK but after three weeks of the same medication it was still the same. I arrived in Barbados on vacation and a very kind receptionist Janice at South Beach made an appointment for me to see Dr Navin. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. He was so meticulous with great care and attention. He sent testing to the lab and called me the following day with my results and asked me to contact him to let him know how I am feeling in a couple of days. I have experienced that level of care from any private GP in the UK. Great doctor who cares about his patients.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ramchandi and found the experience to be a lot less anxious than expected. For a first time interaction he was able to create an atmosphere where I felt comfortable being frank and open and I found that he reciprocated in kind, in a manner that broke down the walls 🧱 and made me sufficiently comfortable that this Doctor sees me as a person and not as number. I found him to be very knowledgeable on the area of concern and what i love most is that he was more focused on me being able to maintain a healthy and enjoyable standard of living as opposed to trying to see how many different types of medication he could get me subscribed to.

Whilst on holiday I realised I’d forgotten my medication and urgently needed a prescription. Being a tourist I was a bit dubious of contacting a doctor found on google, but the reviews here prompted me to reach out to Dr Navin. I had an appointment within an hour, which is unheard of back in the UK. What started out as a quick appointment for a prescription lead to a deep and informative conversation, as Dr Navin was incredibly attentive and interested in my condition. It was so refreshing and comforting to have such a well informed and understanding medical professional who really took the time to listen. So much so that my partner and I stopped by to say thanks a few days later. I can’t recommend Dr Navin more!!

Here we are in Barbados for a six month stay and looking for a doctor to help Fill prescriptions form England for my Husband and my 96-year-old father-in-law when someone recommended Dr Navin to us. Let me begin by saying how thrilled we are that he saw them on such short notice. He not only fill the prescriptions but took the time to sit with them and talk to them both regarding their health issues before doing so. A week later I became seriously Ill. I Self diagnosed myself with dengue fever I thought I could take care of myself. Well 24 hours later I called Dr. Navin at 8 o’clock at night on a Sunday and he called me back and walked me through the next couple of days before I could be tested. I called him every day and he called me back every day. By the time I got it it’s office I was already so indebted to him. I had not seriously been to a doctor in almost 33 years I have seen him now for the last three days in a row his thoughtfulness and kindness Are far beyond anything I could write about . I am on the mend now and I dedicate my Thanksgivings day to Dr. Navin And yes my family and I highly recommend RNR medical Center THANK YOU !

I really enjoyed Dr. Navin's upbeat and straight to the point attitude when treating me for Dengue Fever recently. He is knowledgeable and uses equipment and techniques for quick results! For these reasons, I would definitely become a repeat patient.

We visited surgery to obtain standard immigration medicals. Seen by Dr Dean, she was very professional, friendly, attentive and very thorough with completing our forms and the required medicals. She was so good that she picked up a very slight heart murmur and we were referred on to cardiologist (Dr B Ramchandani). Dr B Ramchandani was also very thorough and confirmed congenital heart condition (not picked up in 58yrs of many UK hospital visits). My Follow up was also very impressive, Dr N Ramchandani was aware of my situation and provided relevant advice and ongoing health treatment. My husband suffered for MANY years with Cluster Migraines and never got relief from any of the medications prescribed to him by many other doctors. We were fortunate enough to be in Barbados when another set of attack started up and thankfully ended up in Dr. Navin Ramchandani's office. He assessed my husband and gave him several medications. What was usually 6-10 attacks a day over 3-4 months disappeared in under two weeks. I cannot thank you enough. My husband is now pain free and life at home is better than ever.

Amazing service and staff. I called in and someone answered immediately letting me know I could come in right away. There was no wait time, and Dr. Navin assisted me right away and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Navin. When I arrived on holiday on New Years Day struggling to breathe and with a spiking fever I saw him as an emergency patient and was promptly treated for pneumonia. He arrived quickly even though it was his day off and my family and I will be forever grateful for his duty of care. I believe it meant the difference of being able to recuperate and enjoy my family holiday versus being a lot sicker and ending up in hospital. He is highly knowledgable and well educated and has a reassuring manner. His office is well equipped and he was able to start immediate treatment. I was present with my partner and two young children and Dr Navin and his wonderful partner looked after us all so the baby and little one had toys in the waiting room and the tv put on for them while I had treatment. He was also able to call out the pharmacist from the chemist below so that I could take my medicine back to the hotel that same night so we were very grateful to them both for excellent treatment.

I am a NICU Nurse and I am very critical of paediatricians. So when my 7 year old developed a swollen lymph node in front of her ear while we were on holiday, I cringed. My network of trusted doctors was a thousand miles away. Dr. Ramchandani was recommended by a good friend and also by the children's director at the resort. My daughter was able to be seen immediately and I was extremely pleased with the care she received. He was so gentle with her. Dr. Ramchandani even told her he wasn't going to hurt her (she was so nervous!) In 20 years of nursing/15 years with my own kids, I have never heard a paediatrician say that! That's the moment he gained my trust. When we return to this lovely island I know that my family will be well cared for should a medical issue arise.
