Not
only
are
these
people
incompetent
they
are
also
down
right
liars.
Needed
to
see
a
dentist
and
attempted
to
make
an
appointment
to
be
seen
here,
I
was
told
that
Saturdays
operate
on
a
walk
in
basis
only.
So
given
their
opening
time
of
7AM,
I
arrived
at
6:24
and
ultimately
left
at
10:08AM
without
my
issue
being
fully
addressed.
So
now
I
am
out
$140,
and
about
4
hours
of
my
life
with
no
resolution.
This
place
focuses
on
volume
rather
than
attention
to
one
patient
at
a
time,
which
makes
it
very
easy
to
lose
a
patient.
This
was
my
case,
initial
intake
of
like
3
minutes
with
the
dentist
who
ordered
X-rays,
then
sent
back
into
the
waiting
room,
then
to
the
X-Ray
Tech,
waited
a
bit
more,
went
back
in
with
the
dentist
who
reviewed
the
X-Rays
and
determined
the
issue
may
be
with
the
gum
and
that
I
should
see
the
Hygienist,
and
she'll
put
me
on
the
schedule....but
I'd
have
to
wait
45
minutes
to
an
hour.
I
agreed
to
this
wait.
This
wait
was
to
accommodate
those
persons
with
appointments....the
same
ones
that
they
don't
have
on
Saturdays.
After
waiting
a
while
over
the
informed
time
I
asked
the
receptionist
a
question,
to
find
out
that
the
doctor
never
actually
put
me
on
the
schedule
and
I
was
just
wasting
my
time
in
the
waiting
area.
Recognising
this
oversight
the
receptionist
was
at
least
reactive
enough
to
speak
with
the
Hygienist
and
put
me
on
the
schedule.
However
this
incompetence
was
inexcusable
and
I
ended
my
visit
at
that
point,
had
the
Xrays
emailed
to
me
as
I
will
now
have
to
find
a
competent
dentist.
Rosedale
is
not
a
place
I
would
visit
or
even
recommend
to
my
dog.
Rosedale
is
like
a
polyclinic,
but
you
pay.
Next
time
I'll
just
pay
the
arm,
leg
and
tooth
for
actual
service
at
an
actual
Dental
Clinic.
