Took my dad who is visually impaired to get his teeth cleaned. The staff were very accommodating, the only issue was not having disabled bathroom, so manovering in the extremely small male bathroom with a walker was a challenge.

On 05 February 2021 I scheduled an appointment at the Rosedale Dental Centre located Upper Collymore Rock Road, Bridgetown, Barbados. I specifically indicated to the receptionist that I wanted a filling for gum recession. The receptionist booked the appointment for the 06 February at 9:15 am. On meeting with the Dentist, she indicated that they cannot perform the procedure due to Covid-19 restrictions and charged me a consultation fee. They knew they could not perform the procedure. The service was not delivered but I paid for their mistake. The true test of a business’s customer service fitness is not when things are going right – but rather what is done when things go wrong POOR SERVICE!

I did a consultation with Dr Gamble he took his time explaining ensure that I understood the diagnosis, treatment options and preventative care. Dr Louis is so patience she also took time also to explain at each step of the process and her hand well just let me say I felt nothing. Amazing service thank you.

They do not take walk ins. Appointment ONLY at this location. NO fit ins what so ever. Travelers are referred to another institution if they are booked

Not only are these people incompetent they are also down right liars. Needed to see a dentist and attempted to make an appointment to be seen here, I was told that Saturdays operate on a walk in basis only. So given their opening time of 7AM, I arrived at 6:24 and ultimately left at 10:08AM without my issue being fully addressed. So now I am out $140, and about 4 hours of my life with no resolution. This place focuses on volume rather than attention to one patient at a time, which makes it very easy to lose a patient. This was my case, initial intake of like 3 minutes with the dentist who ordered X-rays, then sent back into the waiting room, then to the X-Ray Tech, waited a bit more, went back in with the dentist who reviewed the X-Rays and determined the issue may be with the gum and that I should see the Hygienist, and she'll put me on the schedule....but I'd have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. I agreed to this wait. This wait was to accommodate those persons with appointments....the same ones that they don't have on Saturdays. After waiting a while over the informed time I asked the receptionist a question, to find out that the doctor never actually put me on the schedule and I was just wasting my time in the waiting area. Recognising this oversight the receptionist was at least reactive enough to speak with the Hygienist and put me on the schedule. However this incompetence was inexcusable and I ended my visit at that point, had the Xrays emailed to me as I will now have to find a competent dentist. Rosedale is not a place I would visit or even recommend to my dog. Rosedale is like a polyclinic, but you pay. Next time I'll just pay the arm, leg and tooth for actual service at an actual Dental Clinic.

In the midst of a crisis, the receptionist have shown their true colours. I was treated like a burden and a bother. They have the security footage to prove it. I am now disappointed in the reception there. As long as they are there, I will change my dentist because of them. (I was provided great service from the dentist by the way) I wait for the day when I am greeted by a Robot.

I did a consultation and then an extraction with Dr. Louis and I received excellent service. She has a great bedside manner and explained the entire process very detailed and in layman terms. I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Gamble is an exceptional dentist who I highly recommend. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly for my appointment. During my visit, Dr. Gamble took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient and attentive to my concerns, and he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What impressed me the most about Dr. Gamble and the other employees at Rosedale Dental Centre was their attention to detail. I could tell that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible care for their patients. Overall, my experience with Dr. Gamble was excellent. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care make him a standout dentist in my book. If you're looking for a skilled and caring dentist, I highly recommend Rosedale Dental Centre.

Fantastic service! I've had a recurring abscess issue for over 10 years and after many root canals, crowns, etc with other dentists, I found Dr Gamble who took the time to explain my options and finally get this problem sorted. I've had several appointments since, including an extraction and all have been a pleasure! Little personal touches like the follow up calls, complimentary Corsodyl and even business advice (!) are also appreciated. By far the best dentist in BIM.

My dental experiences at Rosedale have always provided me with high quality customer care and professional excellence. Recently, my interactions with Dr. Gamble have impressed and provided me with much insight and advice about my dental health and his patience, congeniality and commendable interpersonal skills are testimony of his passion, knowledge, critical-thinking skills and workmanship. All of these qualities are also characteristic of the friendly staff who work assiduously to build and sustain trusted customer relationships. I opine that Rosedale is a place which is decorated with the required modern technology, the personnel experience and a paradisiacal atmosphere which are all assets that are required for success in this 21st Century environment.
