The
sand
on
the
beach
is
beautiful,
and
lots
of
coral
to
watch
out
for
in
the
water.
The
pathway
is
beautiful,
and
there
are
monkeys
by
the
picnic
area.
They're
shy,
but
they
are
there.
The
manchineel
trees
are
spray
painted
red,
with
warning
signs.
The
manchineel
tree
is
one
of
the
most
toxic
trees
in
the
world,
so
don't
touch
them
or
their
poisonous
fruit
(look
like
green
apples).
They
try
to
rake
them
up,
but
as
long
as
there
are
manchineel
trees,
there
will
be
fruit
and
sap,
which
we
found
out
the
day
after
my
son
was
burned
by
a
manchineel
(at
another
location).
I
have
included
a
picture
of
my
son's
blisters,
which
to
reiterate
was
NOT
from
Batts
Rock,
but
taken
at
Batts
Rock
the
next
day.
