Best coffee in the region by a long way. Fresh roasted with love and intricate care. The names of the different coffee roasts are inspired by the local surf scene. I never realised how important freshness is for roasted coffee until I tried theirs. Turns out that after a few weeks coffee starts to go stale and you lose all the subtleties in the flavour. The difference is day and night, no exaggeration. PS this is not a coffee shop, Wyndham’s is a coffee roasting company and they also sell grinders, brewing equipment, espresso machines, etc. Highly recommended if you like good coffee!

Travelling from Canada, I was looking for good coffee for my stay, and luckily enough I found Wyndhams, a lovely specialty coffee roaster. Run by Dominic and Mandy, Wyndhams is not only pushing the boundaries in the coffee scene in the Caribbean, but in specialty coffee around the world. Their coffee is a must-try while in Barbados! Not only we’re Dominic and Mandy kind enough to give me a tour of their roastery, but with their Bajan hospitality, they offered me and my family and a private tasting. Wyndhams coffee rivals some of my favourite coffee roasters found in North America and I will surely be bringing some of their coffee back to Canada.

Lovely people who really care to understand coffee and train the people who buy the coffee they roast there.

I met the owner and he seriously cares about coffee. It’s a nice surprise, especially coming from a coffee-centric city like Vancouver. I wasn’t expecting to find high end coffee on the Island. Their Ethiopia Sidamo reminded me of the first time I tried naturally processed coffee. A definite must-try for coffee snobs.

Dawn Patrol from Wyndhams is the only coffee I drink regularly by the 1kg bag. I also buy it for all of my relatives in the UK every Christmas and haven’t had a complaint yet. Food scientists and coffee lovers alike! Dom is a truly inspiring and knowledgable coffee man, a trip to Wyndhams is always a great experience. He’s a fantastic host and has given many friends and family members a grand tour, including my sister who’s a food scientist. Although I did get lost when they started discussing coffee in depth...! You’d be a fool to buy from or support anyone else where coffee is concerned in Barbados.

My husband and I really enjoyed visiting Wyndhams! Dominic was so welcoming, passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and we learned so much! The space is absolutely beautiful as well. We also bought some beautiful Bajan made coffee mugs to go along with our bags of coffee. My only regret is not buying more! Thank you Dominic for the lovely tour. We will be back next time we are in Barbados!

Some of the best coffee of my life! I am in love with the Papua New Guinea Purosa - ORGANIC + Ground. Each morning when I open the pack to get my coffee going the fragrant smell is just wonderful. Unfortunately, I only have a french press and not my moka here in Barbados - my home away from home - but with Wyndhams our coffee still comes out delicious! I'm also so glad to get an organic coffee as I'm a fan of the bullet proof movement, although a wet-washed coffee is just as good for this and it doesn't have to be organic, but thank you for making such a great organic coffee anyway Wyndhams <3

Well, the tea was good, but I ordered coffee from them, over a month ago, and got nothing. I've emailed. Nothing. I run a corporation that imports coffee and tea from around the world, and it appears I made a mistake in using this company for my Barbados connection. Because of them, I missed 3 customer orders. Unacceptable. UPDATE: I was personally contacted by the company for the oversight, and they made good on it. I am very happy to return to business as usual, with them, and keep them as a source for the company I'm with, Gray Bird Coffee and Tea.

Really enjoyed my tour with Dominic! I’ve never done a cupping before, and loved how Dominic walked us through the experience. We picked up a few bags to bring home, and we’re really enjoying them (Duppies is our favourite so far!)

This place is a must visit.....either to simply buy the amazing coffee or to take the whole tasting tour! I already loved coffee but since understanding more about the roasting process and the huge range of flavour profiles I'm even more of a fan. Such an interesting, enjoyable and informative tour.....and the tastings blew my mind! The place itself is modern, bright and authentically local and they even have some really unique products such as shoulder bags and cushions made from used coffee bean sacks! Thank you Dominic, loved every minute.

Touring Wyndhams was a highlight of our trip! I really appreciated co-owner Dominic for accommodating us at the last minute after a scheduling snafu. He, along with expert roaster Jalisa, were so generous with their time, knowledge, and coffee! We had some great cups and learned a ton. Thanks a million to all!

Recently read an article on Wyndhams and their Bajan coffee selections. As a Bajan myself living abroad and a novice coffee drinker i Needed to sample what this establishment had to offer. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon and her staff on a last minute notice to get a supply of different flavors. Today i had a wonderful cup of Dawn Patrol and it was very refreshing. I am Looking forward to trying many more in the near future. Thank you and much appreciated, ian

I had a wonderful afternoon with Dominic and his team! The tour was incredibly informative and interesting. He really goes into the nitty gritty details of the coffee roasting process and the different bean varieties. Not to mention, the coffee is delicious! Very happy to have been able to be a part of this small business and now be able to watch it grow! Much love

This is not a cafe, no counter or take away service. It is however a roaster that you can book a tour, perhaps a cupping and buy their swag. Hats, roasted coffee beans, whole/ ground, pour over or chemex brewers are also available to purchase. Dominic was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. 20 years in coffee and it's clearly a passion, he also can double as a bit of a concierge. If you like craft coffee, book a tour and check it out.

I did Wyndhams very interesting coffee tour this morning. The very passionate and knowledgeable Dominic is a great tour guide and very versed about coffee globally. After meeting Jalisa the Master Roaster, we saw her in action we got a very good understanding about the process. After our group did a tasting which is very interesting. I was certainly educated! Even if you are not passionate about coffee this tour is very worth while for visitors and locals. Wyndhams is my go to for fresh roasted beans. Also a great organization to purchase equipment and accessories. Congrats Dominic on providing this attraction and such a magnificent peoduct.!!

Dominic and his lovely wife have a fantastic boutique coffee company here in Barbados. The coffee is outstanding moreso their carefully curated flavours and attention to detail are outstanding. Wyndhams in-stock inventory and knowledge of specialized equipment for us laymen to brew a perfect cup of coffee is above the grade. If you enjoy great coffee and/ or want to begin to brew artisan yummy coffee with strict ( yet simple) methodology - then look no further than Wyndham's. it is a luxury to have such a capable group here in the Caribbean. Thank you, Dominic
