There are few places that approach perfection at what they do. To do so requires a combination of knowledge, experience, passion and an eye for detail. You may wonder how a tea retailer can achieve such excellence, but to ask so is like asking why Google has dominated search engines or BMW luxury vehicles. It is where good becomes great that persons seperate themselves and when the quality of your product is great, then great becomes fantastic. Novelteas is a cultural installation, an edifice to tea culture, an intervention tea enthusiasts the world over can only dream of. The sort of Institution for which a 6th star is necessarily required. May you be so fortunate to enter its confines.

The store is so bloody nice... He always have a chill attitude and always down for a laught... Side note he loves to see first timer's reaction to the popping pearl and I don't blame him. The bubble teas are aaammmmaaaazzziiinnnngg! Nothing more to say.

I visited there four days ago. Service was good. Nice, friendly owner and store was clean and well kept. A good place for socializing with a small group of friends. It is not a big establishment and there are few seats. It can become congested.

A hidden gem on the island.

It's a small place, not meant for sitting and eating really but there are about 4 seats. Great tea selection, really broad selection of smoothies, food is good (sushi, rotis, pasta and some nice deserts) and a nice selection of tea paraphernalia from cups to infuses and tea pots.

Quick and easy place to grab some sushi and iced spice chai frappee.

We had a delicious lunch at Novel Teas today! I had the Mediterranean salad and my husband had the chicken wrap, we couldn’t help it but try one of the chocolate brownies as well, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this as a lunch spot, for a cuppa or smoothie!

Always get excellent service from Raj. Green tea bubble tea is my favorite!

Bit pricey but yummy Boba teas

Amazing tea shop with a lot of variety and bubble teas. Had a Thai tea here and it was delicious. The red cappuccino (made from Rooibos) is also worth trying, so unique. All the customers are friendly and chatty, and the owner Raj makes sure you are having a nice time. Really recommend!

The inside of the shop is very aesthetic and welcoming. Excellent costumer service! He is always patient and polite with you and will give advice if you are bot sure which option to pick. I highly reccomend trying the taro bubble tea but you must be early since it sells out quite quickly

Best Bubble Teas on island! Rahj is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on his products! It's an absolute pleasure everytime I go there. Super polite! Try the Green Tea Matcha with Boba guys, you won't regret it! It's amazing!!!!!

I am such a loyal and happy customer, been there dozens of times. They know my normal order (sushi and mocha Chai frapper with a bit of caramel) and I even call in orders many times to reserve my fresh sushi for the day.

Food was ok but expensive.

Quaint and wonderful. The owner was on had to offer suggestions for tea options and the food, tea and service were exquisite.
