It's a nice supermarket to shop. Staff seem pretty helpful too. Had a wide selection of whatever you need. I love coming here for groceries. Just sometimes they are missing some items. Or, the location of certain items constantly change. Other than that, I'd say, I'll recommend shopping here.

Great parking, great location, always clean, always received good service. I love that they have a pharmacy, home section and garden. This is a mega location where you can find all you need in one stop. There is also banking close by, clothing stores, places to eat and more.

You'll find this type of supermarket in many countries - more expensive, but you're paying for the convenience of its location and for products you probably won't find elsewhere (without mentioning how capitalist exploitation works). Vegan cheeses! *bows head in a moment of silence* It's the only place (I know of) where you can get them. There's also Beyond Meat. (Be willing to sell a kidney at these prices).

Absolutely astonished how this store makes a profit. Poor customer service. No, it’s terrible customer service. The fresh produce isn’t fresh. Too many staff on the aisle, but not helpful. I’ve recently become a customer of Jordan’s. Better organised, helpful and fresh looking vegetables.

massy has the potential to be an amazing supermarket as you can basically find anything there: electronics, food stuff, etc etc. However, their customer service is horrendous. I am unsure as to how their hr department hires but every one including managers needs to be fired!!!from talking through the aisles, rudeness to customers, not being able to help anyone, and very disrespectful staff both in the deli and the supermarket itself. I MEAN WHY WORK THERE WHEN U DONT REALLY WANT TO WORK despicable staff. i no longer shop there!!

Horrible service. Cashier took over 10 minutes to begin cashing for the start of her shift. After being told that a point of sale machine was giving problems she was rude when our Visa Card didn't work twice. Didn't offer a 2nd machine. Spoke to us as if she was upset to be at work.

Good selection of produce. Sells electronics, such as TVs and appliances, also a huge liquor dept. Plenty of vegetables etc. If you fancy some local cuisine head for the restaurant near the entrance. Truly a "one stop shop". Banking facilities, petrol, car showrooms, you name it are all nearby. Just off the Highway and straight road to and from the town centre. Regular public transport available.

My visit at the time was to I Exchange office within the Massy store complex; I got through relatively fast @ I Exchange.

Clean and well organized supermarket. Good parking and lots of carts in both small and large sizes.

Iive masseys but went here on a Sunday. No one hardly on tills and was in a queue of 6 people for 50 mins. Won't be returning, will go to oistins or holetown instead.

It's a bit far from my home, but when in the neighborhood on other business I'm happy to shop here. It's large and has comprehensive stocks. There is. Big parking lot. I'm only taking off a point because due to the fact I am not accustomed to shopping here often, I have difficulty locating items I want because I don't know where to find them.

The staff is great. Exceptional service from Glenda Welch. The store is very spacious and the labeling of each isle makes it easier to find what you are looking for.

The new salad bar is fantastic. Yummy salad choices. However I wish it was a little cheaper as it is sold by weight

Had a really bad experience here last night. Piss-poor customer service. Attitude, disrespect and aggressive behavior by secondary security not the main person at the door. The Manager on duty, Christopher "Chris" Donawa was not understanding at all, very poor attitude and poor customer service. This place advertises that it closes a certain time but the doors are closed before the actual closing time so beware. They also do not care about customers they only care about your money.....not even worthy of one star....The grocery items are also overpriced.

Clean, organize and courteous staff. Can be lines during peak times, but usually moves very quickly.

At massy you can get what ever you want they the supermarket is spacious and the ventilation is great also very clean.

Dropped by for a few items. Always a pleasant experience. However, I only found 1 company of kueriq coffee pods . Also you don't make a small danish package of 4 like Holetown.

Home and Garden brought some garden supplies, they were heavy, I had a trolley to take them out. I realized a gentleman took out a customer items to her car. No body helped me with mine and they were heavy I was disappointed and upset. The cashier was helpful but the after care not pleased.

Great selection of products and friendly service . The only downside was driving there, the access to get in and out was a little complicated but that could have been just me.

I went to the pharmacy and they took ridiculously long. In my opinion I should done business some where else i would have gotten through way faster. That is the first pharmacy i went to that made me stay there 40 minutes . Customer service was wonderful.

One of the best massy's there is. With a wide variety of options to choose from! Experience was great was in and out in no time with just what I needed. Even got a birthday card from the book store. How convenient!
