This was my favorite and only shopping store for years and from day 1.. until I was blocked from their ig page for no reason at all .I find it rude ....Ain't a day I didn't spend...but nice place still for convenient shoppers.. one less follower one less interest ....

This store is awesome affordable, lots of variety, helpful staff, clean and tidy. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because there is a problem with conducting sales with a card. The explanation was that the telephone line constantly gives problems.

Being so far uptown they need to ensure thir card machine is available. It's safer to travel with a plastic card than paper money.

Poor Customer Service from manager Barry straight down to their floor staff! With so many trendy boutiques across the island it makes sense to pay an additional coin to get quality service to match! Such a shame that they have someone outside literally begging you to go into the store and when you get inside you’re met with mediocre service. My family & friends will continue to purchase from Redd Boutique, Jeans Inc, Butterfly Boutique, Day N’ Night and Platinum.... just a few that get it and accept modern day forms of payment!

Inside the store is clean and items on display are properly laid out. Items are competitively priced. Sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful. You need to walk with cash because the Merchant Machine for the processing of Electronic transactions is never working.
