Was promised things at the consultation so signed up. Paid over $12k and they then when I tried to follow up on the equipment I was promised I have had to call 5 times and asked in person 3 times over 4 months and still only got a ‘we’ll call you back’ (and no one ever has). No response to emails either. So I have paid an enormous amount of money and I am still without equipment I was promised that is hindering the treatment I have paid for. The customer service after you have paid is not good. I am really unhappy and would not recommend.
