Exceptional service and facilities. I get very anxious about going to the dentist and the professionals here have always been patient, kind and careful to minimize any discomfort.

Thank you so much for fixing my broken cap at such short notice. The service was excellent, receptionist were very friendly and polite, the Dr and assistant were brilliant!!! Everybody there was brilliant!!! I strongly recommend this dental surgery.. thank you all for making me feel comfortable.. I did visit a few others and they were not helpful or friendly but I'm pleased I went apex...

I'm not a fan of losing teeth; neither am I a fan of needles. So the very thought of receiving injections into my gums, is traumatizing for me. But from the receptionists, down to the very dentist, made me feel so comfortable throughout every procedure I've had there, even calling to check in just to make sure I was okay, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. Compare to the ones I've been previously. Where the prices were too steep, incorrect suggestions and some level of unprofessionalism, scared me from ever wanting to deal with a dentist ever again.

Pleasant staff. Good service. BUT never in the decades have I been coming are they ever on time with their appointments. It’s really atrocious that you’re expected to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen even if you call ahead to ask if they’re running on time. The same way you want patients to be on time, please do your part to be on time for your patients.

Wow 😍, what an experience. Absolute legendary, warming, welcoming Angela 💐 was. I really had a beautiful experience with the hygienist and staff were very good. Price is also reasonable compared to other practices.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, however Dr Lowe and Hygienist Paulette are gentle, kind and put me at ease. Great operation all around!

Omg! Where do I even start? First visit. The service was exceptional, surroundings immaculate, and the air inside was just clean! Met with Dr Lowe after my xray, she was so amazing, bubbly and very upbeat spirit and personality, I literally couldn't not wait for my next visit. On the big day of my extraction, I was nervous, declared I don't do pain well, and when I tell you I was done within 40 mins? In and out!! And she talked me through the entire process !!!! The have a new regular, bet! Thank you Dr Lowe and staff, service was truly exceptional 👏 👌

Appointment at 10:30. Left at 11:30 without being seen. Unacceptable.
