I love this travel agency!! Last month my flight was cancelled which lead me to miss the first night at the hotel I was to stay at. I was so upset. That wasn't a good start to my vacation, but my travel agent saved the day when in the very last moment she worked to get a full refund from the hotel for the night I missed. Travel issues like these that are out of our control happen from time to time and I'm really glad I have Going Places Travel on my side!....special thanks goes out to Petra at the Lower Estate branch for all her dedicated help!

The Travel Advisors truly went above and beyond for my sister after she struggled to find a hotel in Miami after her cruise arrival got delayed due to Hurricane Irma. All the hotels appeared to be fully booked but not only did they find her a hotel, but it was a gorgeous hotel and most importantly she got some peace of mind. Thanks!
