I
particularly
chose
Chic
Nails
because
I
was
seeking
a
locally
owned
business
and
I
wanted
to
test
the
services
of
key
vendors
for
me
to
make
referrals
to
my
network.
After
I
received
my
mani
and
pedi,
a
week
later
I
called
the
owner
to
let
her
know
that
some
of
the
nail
attachments
were
detached.
She
asked
me
“what
I
would
like
her
to
do”.
After
we
agreed
that
I
would
come
in
a
few
days
later
to
fix
them,
on
a
separate
text
thread
the
day
before
I
was
scheduled
to
come
in,
she
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
I
should
not
“play
as
though
she
didn’t
offer
a
good
service”.
I
explained
that
I’d
been
doing
this
nail
service
for
20
years
and
it
was
not
common
for
several
nails
to
fall
off
after
a
week
of
a
full
acrylic
set
.
She
then
said
that
I
should
go
elsewhere
to
get
better
service
that
I’m
accustomed
to
for
“20
years”.
When
I
came
in
for
my
refund,
she
didn’t
even
address
me
or
seek
to
be
courteous
even
though
she
saw
me
walk
in.
She
kept
her
head
down
and
directed
her
associate
to
refund
me.
I
would
not
go
here
or
refer
Chic
Nails
to
any
friends
or
clients
since
the
quality
is
poor
but
more
importantly,
the
owner
didn’t
appear
to
understand
basic
professional
customer
service
on
addressing
a
complaint.
