My second monitor stopped working. I wasn't sure whether it was my mini display port to HDMI cable or whether it was my docking station. Roger gave me two cables to try and let me return the ones that didn't work. I cannot state how happy I was with Roger and OSi computers. They have earned a customer for life and anytime I need computer related items it's the first place I will go.

Great Service! I needed a new tablet and when I got there I was a few dollars short and they allowed me to pay what I had , and I was able to transfer the rest a few days later. Exceptional customer service. They didn't even know me but the fact they took that risks, much appreciated.

Called as a customer to buy a computer part. The guy on the phone tells me to call back he is the only one in the store! so, am i not a customer doing business??? Horrible service, needs training on how to deal with customers. This is how your store gets a bad reputation, for something so simple that it would have only taken one minute of your time. This place will never get my business! I only gave it a star otherwise it would not have let me posted.

OSi did not have the obsolete motherboard I wanted, but those guys called almost every local computer store in they attempt to get me sorted. Looking around while there, I noticed that their hardware products are current, varied and competitively priced.

Had great service on Thursday last when I purchased a laptop.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They advised on the best product to use for our needs. Update: Bought a television today, August 2022. OSI has maintained their standard. In this day when customer service is definitely still on the decline, it is refreshing to find this.
