26th December 2022. Very rude service by staff. Ordered a large pizza. Was told 30 minutes. When we enquired 45 minutes later as to the delay, the pizza wasn't even made yet let alone in the oven. We watched 15 people come after us and leave with sliced pizzas that came out the oven. It took 1.5 hours to get one pizza. And the staff was very rude and aggressive towards the end. Very poor amd rude service. And the pizza was sub par.

I went in tonight about an hour before close, the place had a few people inside waiting for food already. Before I could even greet the attendant she informed me that they were out of pizza. Odd thing for a pizza place to be out of pizza, I mean I could see the pizza rounds on the counter and she couldn't have know what kind of pizza I wanted, but I left anyway. On my way out two locals went in and I decided to wait outside to see if they were served and I'm infuriated to say that they were. I thought at first maybe they called ahead but I watched here ring them through, and when she noticed me outside watching she then attempted to wave me inside out of embarassment. I can't begin to describe how frustrated I am, what difference does it make who you're making the pizza for? or are you just the world's laziest pizza place?

As a local, I’ve never had a problem with them. It was odd to see all of these negative reviews, but I love the pizza, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff. The crust is nice, and although the price is a bit high, the quality of the food is still good.

Pizza is really nice but the staff are incredibly rude! First time we asked to exchange beef in our pizza with another option on the menu and were refused. Second time, having quite a bit of pizza left, my partner asked for a small box to take it away and even offered to pay for it. The staff again refused categorically giving some non-sense excuse. As good as their pizza is, I would not come back as it seems challenging to deal with the staff and have a nice experience.

This place does sell a good pizza and subway style baguettes but on my last visit at 8:30pm they'd ran out of cheese?? How can a pizza place run out of cheese???

WARNING! the medium sized pizza is actually a small pizza with 6 little slices. We paid basically $50 in total for a little amount of toppings. Never again. It was good in flavor but definitely not worth the money.

Located in Quayside plaza.. Not quite New York Pizza but close and just as good. Served by the slice as well as whole, with a pleasant dining patio area. Definately worth a visit.

Absolutely massive pizzas! We got a meat pizza with pepperoni, ground beef and ham. The pizza is super tasty and although it’s expensive it did last 2 meals for 2 people. We ate on the plastic chairs outside. Nothing special there, no sauces or napkins provided. It’s definitely more of a takeaway place. Staff are neutral, not smiley but not unfriendly either. 4 stars are for the taste of the pizza alone. For the price you could probably also eat a pizza in a proper restaurant.

Pizza almost took my life!!!! Bought a gluten free pizza and only the crust was gluten free...the sauce and cheese was filled with gluten...this could be a potential law suit....very inconsiderate and reckless...for that I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Awful

Not worth coming. A slice of cheese is more expensive than NYC (8.50 BDS) and tastes aweful

The staff were rude and totally indifferent when I asked about a gluten free pizza...hardly responded ....Did not order and felt better to leave than to be treated so disrespectfully

Another option for having a pizza meal. I like the thin crust and it is delicious. When the order is placed, and I arrive for collection, it is always completed. There is no long wait.

The pizza is very basic, especially for its price. There is nothing special about it. I'd rather go to Chefette a minute's walk away and get a better tasting pizza for my money.

Best pizza ! Had it everyday . If barstool were to rate this it would be a 9.3!

Over priced and at best served luke warm. Over all not very flavoursome in fact more tasteless. Not a triumph for pizza in Barbados in my opinion.

Delicious REAL New York taste Pizza !!! Being a New Yorker , I am confident to sau that this Pizzeria is top choice in Barbados when it comes to eating delicious Pizza ! They have 3 sizes of Pies and many choices of add-on options and toppings ! Delish !!!

Pizza is good and conveniently located. Not the best pizza you will ever have but is a nice meal following a long day in the sun when you want to stay inside for the night. Price is obviously more than a pizza in the States but so is everything else on the islands

Huge. It arrived cold (yet they are only 5 mins away) by Island Direct delivery in a thin cardboard box with no insulation etc Greasy and bland 1980s cheaper cafe style. Not recommended.

Ordered online, took 40 minutes to let me know they were missing an ingredient (only asked for pepperoni onion and mushroom) and cancelled my order. Ordered a pepperoni pizza immediately after then was notified they were having high volume and cannot take any more orders at this time. Haven't even tried them, but never will.

we went at 12:13 to order subs, however the ovens were just turned on therefore had to wait about 15-30 minutes for them to heat up, for a business that open since morning I find such strange, however the lady working said our food will be ready in 10 minutes (we ordered at 12:33) however upon checking in, was told she would bring the order to us well that 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes 1303 is when we received our food., I ordered a tuna sub which suppose to be cold n it was hot, tasted awful.there was no apology ..not buying again
