If you want to feel like you are on an abandoned island, this is the spot for you. We parked up by the paradise villas and walked down to the beach, along side some abandoned buildings. The beach was super peaceful and there was no one there. We had the beach to ourselves. The water is calm, the beach is large and clean. It was a great find! Best kept secret. 😎

It’s a fantastic bay right in front of the abandoned Four Seasons Resort. Easy to reach with public transports, you can access there from Batts Rock Beach or walking through Paradise Villas. If you need some shade, you must go to one of the sides of the bay. Southern side you find palms and on northern sides there are huge mango trees. Be careful to the manchineel trees, because there poisonous and cause blistering (you can recognise them by a red ring around the trunk or from the small yellow/green apples). On the northern side of the beach, you find a suggestive composition of rock towers.

*THIEVES OPERATING IN THE AREA* Beautiful beach, but leaving one star review to draw attention to this. We were there around sunset yesterday when a young lad jumped out of the bushes running along the beach and snatched my partner’s handbag. He ran into the shrubs, but was somehow persuaded by a plea to return the bag with our mobile phones still in it. He did take most of our cash though. No massive harm done at the end of the day, I think this was just a young kid a bit out of his depth. Exercise extra caution with valuables. Perhaps not the best spot for sunset gazing after all.

Paradise Beach - beautiful soft sands, and a beach perfect for a walk at anytime of the day. We went for the boxing day beach/boat party which was great (my understanding is it changes spots). The abondoned building complex is perfect for exploring and photo opportunities.

Can be a little rocky in some parts but if you go on the right side of the beach that's not an issue. Very quiet and peaceful so it gives you a chance to enjoy "paradise" in an almost completely isolated environment. The seas are consistently clear and blue, which supports an extremely beautiful patch reef that can be reached if one swims a good distance from shore.

Amazing rock status that people build. Playground for the kids. Worth the trip if you have time. Beach is beautiful but nothing special. Nice café and lifeguard present.

Sunset was amazing, and the sand was soft, barely any rocks in the water

Awesome place, one of our favourite beaches on the island. It's also nice for snorkeling.

Great water and beach. Needs to feel safer and offer amenities.

I was there as a child back in the 1970s we stayed at the now abandoned Paradise Beach Club Hotel. It was BEAUTIFUL. Its very sad that The Four Seasons never followed through on re-modeling the Paradise Beach Club Hotel.

Don’t bother going here unless you’re particularly interested in the abandoned hotel - the beach isn’t that nice (compared to others down the coast) and we found it quite dirty.
