This is really a nice place when you go to Barbados. One of nicest beaches is just a few footsteps away. You can hear the waves. Fred the owner is a great guy. Always around and if you have a question he will do anything to help you. The guesthouse has a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Bring your own coffee. Cause coffee is really expensive on Barbados. A supermarket is not 5 minutes away where you can buy anything you need. Several beach bars are around. The people on Barbados are very friendly. Everyone says hello and ask you if everything is ok. You will feel very safe on Barbados. The Caribbean is not cheap. But the Maraval Guesthouse has really good price conditions. Bring your own mosquito net! For me it was the perfect stay on Barbados. So come to Maraval!

Little old house practically on the beach. Kitchen facilities there for use. Bathroom a bit sketchy. Owner Fred is a real nice guy always there to answer any questions.

Affordable and excellent location on the South Coast onniveggente beach

Excelent location: right in front to the beach, walking distance to st laurence gap, bars/pubs, market. Fred and Micaela are very friendly and always available for any need. The house is clean, well equiped and with all the amenities you might need for a budget-friendly stay. It's a good place for a relaxing time and also strategicly close to the places where you can go for partying (gap), or to take a bus (mid way between oistins and bridgetown).

Very nice little guesthouse steps from the beach very close to all you need and the night life at the Gap ! The house is very old the owner said 100 years old , its clean and has a very nice veranda that all the guests can use to chat and gather ! Big kitchen with all essentials if you need anything ask the owner Fred that is always available . Perfect location to reach all sides of the island . If you need surf lessons or water sports ask the owner he will help you !

Perfect location where you can see a lovely beach ! Fred and his team are really nice and very caring ! Highly recommended for chilling and get around easily !

Hands down ! Simple guesthouse very basic BUT with a huge kitchen and the best part right on the beach plus an amazing helpful owner and property manager ! LOCATION LOCATION ! LOCATION !!!!

The place was a real mess and the owner pretended that everything was working when all the appliances were on their last leg. Broken beds and toilets that hardly flushed. The place was overpriced for the conditions the place was in
