This is where the Bajan beauty and world superstar singer was raised. Her old home is still in pristine condition, though under lock and key so you can't wander in. But it has that simple touch with the street itself a short affair adorned by rows of houses and a pub. There is a nice plaque that pays homage to Rihanna and cements her place in this her hometown and country of birth. Hopefully a museum or libray could be a worthy project showcasing her πŸ™ meteoric rise to stardom.

Very nice area of Bridgetown. We walked there from the center of Bridgetown and it took us about 25 minutes. Nice house and very kind people around. We were kindly suprised there was no shops with chip Rihanna's staff and people trying sell you things. Thats a big plus for us! Just a nice area. We had beer at the local bar and walked to the beach.

Nice brief stop off and great tribute to Rihanna, definitely worth seeing if you're in the area. I can't imagine it gets too crowded here, although did see one other tour group passing by. This is a residential street so people must be respectful of the people who live here.

Nicely designed Monument to the 9 time Grammy winning Pop Artist. A Barbadian who attended Combermere Secondary School and now enjoys worldwide fame.

Modest commemorative monument at the entry to the street where Rihanna spent her childhood.

Weird backstreet location. I understand keeping it authentic, but paving the road might be in order. Nice stop on a Bajan road tour otherwise

Stop by Rihanna's house she grew up in! The taxi driver will just drive by slow for a quick picture. Nothing much to see, but now you can say you've seen it.

Pretty cool monument at the start of the street where Rihanna’s childhood home is located. It tells you a bit about Rihanna and her achievements. I liked it!

If you're curious about where Rihanna grew up, take a drive by. You can't go in because this is now someone else's private home, but there is a painted "Rihanna" sign on the ground so you can easily identify it.

We visited this modest neighborhood and house where Rihanna lived and grew up. Walking distance from Bridgetown center. Good to take photos etc if you are a fan of Rihanna (my daughter is πŸ˜€)

Really nice and cute childhood house, nobody is leaving there any more, now the house became a tourist atraction, you do not need any booking to visit.

Took the bus and walked. Heard some strange comments on the walk in the area which had my lady not wanting to go. Took a photo of the house and she was ready to leave right away. The bar here was packed, no women in sight except for a taxi that pulled up to take photos. Probably recommend going by car

Cool place. Wonder what the neighbors think of all the extra traffic at times.

This could be amazing. Very quiet...2 bars at top of road were open...really not been made into something special for such a star that she is. However, lovely to see where she grew up

We went there with a taxi, it was a quiet lane, very easy to get there. Take pictures of the house and in a short walk there’s a monument of Rihanna drive with her picture and her bio there.

It's the bar the Banks bar for me. The nice elder lady made me what is now my favorite drink. White rum & condense milk, don't knock it until you try it.

Monument is beautiful and there’s a nearby sign saying Rihanna drive that’s great for pictures. Theres no indication of which house in the street is Rihanna’s original home is though

Definitely the first stop entering from the sea Port, but a must visit once on the island, the childhood home of our number one world sensation Rhianna.
