Had a fantastic introductory diving day at Eco with Andrew and Mikey. Explained everything and made us all feel very comfortable with it being some of our first dives. Would recommend to anyone thinking of trying diving for the first time.

Outstanding dives. I contacted Andrew earlier this week as was looking to add a last-minute dive to my Barbados holiday. Having dived only a handful of times before and not for a little while, Andrew refreshed my skills before the first dive and once entering the water helped me feel real comfortable and happy in the water. Cannot recommend Andrew, Mikey and Eco Dive enough.

My whole experience with Eco Dive Barbados was amazing, their ethos was made very clear to me with regards to environmentally friendly diving, which I really appreciated. It's scuba diving which respects the sea life while still giving an amazing experience. The instructor Andrew was so thorough, calming, friendly and encouraging. This was the first dive I did after passing my PADI Open Water Dive and I don't think I could have had a better experience, thanks guys!

Andrew was an excellent guide. Very conscientious in terms of making us inspect all of our equipment each day and being environmentally responsible. And I loved having such a small group (on a small boat). He had a couple of "regulars" on our dives, which I found encouraging. I also appreciated Andrew's approach to diving: go slow, look carefully, don't act like a predator (going quickly toward a target) and scare everything away. Let the schools of fish swim all around you. He asked us what we wanted to see, and made it happen: one one dive we kneeled in the sand and stingrays came right by us, and we got pretty close to a green turtle being "cleaned" by fish next to a barrel coral. For our next dive, which had a wreck, he described where an octopus was guarding her eggs inside of a compartment, and all you could see through a hole was her eye and breathing tube. When we got down there, he took me to the spot and sure enough, there she was! Very cool. And on top of all that Andrew's a nice guy as well. Just remember to bring a change of clothes and a towel so that you don't get his truck wet when he drives you back to your hotel!

We had a great morning out with Andrew and Mikey from Eco Dive Barbados. They were friendly and very welcoming. Their focus on small groups and eco friendly practices make this an excellent dive operation. They built the program around the group which made both dives memorable experiences. We saw turtles, rays and big schools of fish. Highly recommended!

Andrew and Mikey made certain we enjoyed a safe and scenic pair of dives. The dive plan was clearly defined and laid out and Andrew took care to provide a needed refresher to us as it had been a few years since we dove. Eco Divers walks the walk with regard to a consciousness about our impact on the natural environment and a clear passion for the delicate and stunning local sea life. We truly felt cared for, safe, and free to enjoy our undersea adventures with Andrew and Mikey’s guidance. Bonus points for Andrew’s wonderful local dining recommendations! Very grateful to have found and dove with Eco Divers, we look forward to doing so again.

We had an excellent couple of dives with Andrew and Mikey today. My experience with Eco Dive was so good compared to all others dive charters I've been on that I have absolutely no reason to consider trying any other dive company in Barbados in my future visits. They were organized, conscientious, and professional, and provided excellent service that left nothing to be desired. In addition to being happy with their customer service, I was also impressed by Andrew's focus on environmental stewardship. He shows his commitment to the environment (no disposables in his operations), does his part to ensure the sustainability of dive tourism (through advocacy and action), and takes the time to tell us (after all is done and people are free to go) how we can help. Eco Dive isn't just a catchy name. It's for real. We'll be back.

Eco Dive is really a fantastic place to find your Dive Home in Barbados. It’s situated right on the waters edge in Bridgetown and it’s run by Andrew and Mikey. All their dives feel personal and boutique and they only take small groups out on the water. They love the ocean and treat it with the love and care it deserves. Andrew is very knowledgable and you won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back very soon

My fiancé and I have done roughly 40 dives in various places around the world. This dive shop provided the absolute best in all areas. Three of us with our AOW did a two tank dives (first location shark reef which was beautiful, second dive was more of a shallower wreck dive). Visability and reef diversity was wonderful. Andrew was perfect as a guide and took some awesome photos of us that he sent us later as well. Two other friends did a discovery dive in the afternoon for their first ever dives and had a fantastic and positive experience learning to dive with this company. Small boat and crew makes for a much more enjoyable experience in my opinion. Thanks for the great day diving!

I wish I was allowed to give more than 5 stars, that is how GOOD a service Andrew and his team provided. Andrew and his team care about the environment and it is made clear during the briefing and during the outline of the Dive Plan for the day activities. My wife who is Scuba Diver certified and is still not 100% comfortable going into the water, Andrew was able to get her into the water for the second dive proving me wrong when I said that she WILL NOT go in again. How he did it was amazing, patience, reasoning, empathy, passion, understanding, I saw all these traits demonstrated by Andrew and I saw my wife entering the water again and stating afterwards that she want to become Open Water Certified and want to come back to ECO Dive to become certified. THANK you Andrew for a GREAT Experience.
