Bake & Shark or Buljol, soooo delicious!! Lovely people. Ackee Tree has been around for a while and widely known for their tasty rotis. Now operating in Worthing Square, come relax and try all of their delicious meals.

Dined here each week at lease twice however enough is enough and I won’t be back. Each time I order the red skin cashier is rude and not friendly, I thought she always had bad days and didn’t pay any attention to it as I should and generally do however tonight is the last time I will continue to support or recommend this business. Horrible customer service for food I can get elsewhere.

Very good rotis. It was full and flavourful, nothing to complain about.

Further to my last review, I went back for more roties, and had a much better experience. I got good service. No complaints from me, so I added more stars.

I had the Bake and Shark (fried bread & mako shark sandwich) with a few Caribe brews which definitely hit the spot. Worthing Square, where Ackee Tree is located spot a nice spot to eat if you’re not sure exactly what you want. There’s plenty of food trucks with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

Very very rude chef. I wanted to order shrimp but it came with fries so asked if I could have rice and peas instead. I was told if I wanted rice I would have to have curried shrimp dish. I asked why couldnt they just swap fries for rice peas and the waitress got the chef. Proceeded to tell me either have this or have that, no other option rather abruptly and walked off. I appreciate the person before me had given them a hard time over the pricing and it may have had a bearing on how I was spoke to?? I just said it doesn't matter and ate elsewhere. Everywhere else in Barbados is very accommodating and polite so this was quite a shock. Would never try this place again.

I love this place ...great Roti, I would think the best on the island, the service is wonderful, the prices are great & the little trailer Hut is so cute ... very Caribbean. Located behind the gas station at the bottom of Rendezvous Hill.

We visited the food truck park last night. We ordered from several places which were all very friendly and helpful. This place was NOT friendly or helpful. I waited 10 minutes to place an order even though I was the only one in line. It took 25 mins to get my order. The biggest reason why I will never revisit is I wanted to check my order status, and they wouldn't open the window to talk to me. Why be in the service industry if you don't want to serve people?

The food was really good. I had beef and potato roti, it was tasty and filling, if a little messy to eat. The entertainment was excellent and would love to go again.

We have eaten here a few times, service and quality have declined. Recently, not great Roti at all. Very runny, little flavour. We ordered one beef and one chicken, so runny it came out of wrapping and a mess to eat both times. No extra napkins so very messy. Also, at 12:30 mid day, no beer available. Service was very slow. We will not be eating here again. Much better when this was located in the house setting up the road.

We had a delicious lunch at Ackee Tree. The lamb was cooked to perfection!

Tried the saltfish combo and with that price I would go for other food trucks (as queried by the owner, let me correct it, the combo I had was ackee + salt fish bowl as shown in my picture).

It is well worth visiting once, but way too crowded for real enjoyment. However the food was well worth the wait.

The food was delicious. We had shark and bake, Ackee and salt fish, coucou with Shrimp creole style. Food came out at the a very good temperature. Location took us a bit to find but it is right behind the Esso gas station across from the Tri supermarket.

A great Trini resto that is serving up some delicious Trini and Bajan food. My family loved it! I enjoy the vegan options. My only suggestion would be to add some pholourie, doubles and vegan fysh cakes made with Jack fruit, banana blossom or soursop as the vegan fysh replacement.

Location is very important me and this location couldn’t have been better to my mind. Worthing square has such great spots! My favourite from Ackee tree is the salt fish and bake and their chicken and potato roti.

Quick food service with an individual buzzer to let you know when your food was ready. Generous portions (we couldn't eat it all) and great prices.

The service was excellent, the curry was tasty. But the roti skin was not great.

So tasty. And you can pay by card. They give you a buzzer for when your food is ready, which is handy. Ive had a few of the veg options and like them all.

Great stuff. Needed a delivery to my hotel and found these guys on hopscotch. All very tasty good food

Waited 40 minutes for my order, but what made it worse is that the owner kept lying about how long it would actually take and kept saying it would just be a few minutes. A better practice would be to give people an expectation on the wait time when they are ordering so they can plan accordingly. It wasn't even crowded. No compensation to make up for the long wait. The grocery store next door has ready to eat rotis that taste better IMO.

Can't beat the one pound rotis at Ackee Tree. Love the bol jol too, especially the bol jol with a difference - shrimp bol jol. Easy atmosphere and good service. Love it every time! Thanks Martyn and Gina

👍 It's a fast food restaurant. It may not cater to everyone's palette how they do their chicken. For me that is what took away from the food. I am not fond of too much seasoning. Other than that is was a good meal to fill my lunchtime hunger.
