Excellent service and delicious food!

A relaxing, clean and comfortable environment with a kind and thoughtful staff team. Plug outlets on the inside with free wifi, no password required. I appreciate that they have lots of beverages, 1.5 liters of water, small snacks, etc in addition to all day breakfast and lots of meal options. I had an almond milk latte with crispy bacon, eggs and fluffy pancakes. Will gladly return.

This visit to Tower Cafe was MY first, and I enjoyed it! The service of all the staff was great! However, that visit resulted in my finding out that I am allergic to olives, which was no one's fault, but I spent the next month very uncomfortable with the reaction from the olives.....I had to interact with the staff since then to know how the salad was prepared and the young lady I spoke to was very understanding and assisted nicely. She gave the type of service that is rarely seen in a situation as such.

Recently opened, replacing another cafe that was at the same location. When I bumped into it, I returned within the week. Great lunch, dessert and coffee options! Seems like it would be a comfortable place to work, during the off-peak hours.

The baguette sandwich was really good. Toasted!! However, the large flat white “to eat in” was very small, served in a tiny glass cup with and inch of foam. Meanwhile those ordering “to go” got 12oz paper cups.

While the food is tasty the service is horrible. Wait time is ridiculous.

Fresh food, nice coffee, pity about the service. Carters staff seem to get preferential treatment compared to the average customer. I queued for 10 mins for a beef patty and a coffee, as I got to the counter, one of the ladies behind the counter gave the last patty to a carters employee who had just walked in and joined the queue behind me to pay. Will go to Coffee Bean in future as they know how to treat their customers.

My husband and I went today for brunch. The food was amazing! Price affordable, staff very friendly and professional and all covid rules and protocols were enforced to keep customers safe. Would definitely visit again

Excellent customer service, the ladies were really friendly and brought my food and drink to me because I was feeding the baby.

Stopped and today and grappled just a slice of delicious lemon cake — it was so good. The staff was very nice — I’ll be back tomorrow for coffee 🙂.

I really loved this cafe. The staff are nice and friendly. And the food was moderately good. However, today I tried a different dish…Alfredo linguine and shrimp… all was going well until it did not. I found a bone and other meat remains in my food. I am incredibly upset because I am pescatarian and I haven’t eaten meat in over 7years. Just disgusted.
