The staff are rude, zero customer service skills. EXTREMELY stingy with the portions. Asked for lite ice, then they proceeded to 3/4 fill the cup with ice 😑.

We visited this location on most days during our stay in Barbados, very disappointed by the customer service and really is a place where service doesn’t come with a smile. Two stars due to consistent tasting drinks but the location lacks atmosphere and the air con wasn’t working upstairs. Positives to this place is the parking and the customers are friendly. Needs some serious customer service improvements.

Although the location is great and the establishment is clean I have one reoccurring problem. They lack consistency. Based on your barista your product flavor changes. If there is suppose to be one formula everyone should know it and follow the instructions to avoid inconsistencies. I ordered a chia tea latte 3 times in one week and every time it was different. Only once did they get it right.

Me and my friends went there yesterday around 11:30am. And the cashier was a lady with braids extensions. She was very rude her customer service was terrible. And we’re tourists just visiting. Never going to another Starbucks here. I’ll wait until I get back to Toronto where everyone is nice and polite.

Like any other starbucks, the coffee was good as well as the service. They did not have a whole lot of options in food area, though.

I definitely need coffee in order to survive! I usually just drove by due to the lines but I got lucky today, no lines... Great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. Got a espresso drink and a treat. In desert heaven now.

Service at Hagget Hall is the only reason I'd think to return. Thank you T for offering a good experience and dessert. The supervisor in the Hastings area was extremely rude and dismissive plus the service was poor. Our beverages tasted milky and were very watery - liquid in texture for matcha frappes and provided this was the second time we visited this location and was disappointed we decided to mention it. This was a mistake. The supervisor was called and the young man was extremely rude. We just threw them away and went to the Hagget Hall location and bought two more. Well ...four as we had other ppl to take home to. But unfortunately it won't make sense looking forward to going back there for treat day when the service can't be consistent everywhere. I was really turned off! Thank you again T at Hagget Hall! My son also loved the caramel shake. And a special thumbs up to Destiny for Always making us smile! Never a bad coffee day with you.

Nice location with plenty of seating upstairs. Drinks were made well, however I found the breakfast bagel a little too greasy, although still tasted pretty good.

One word - Disappointing. My first time buying something from the store and I was forgotten. It wasn't even busy. 😭😪 After several people got their orders. The finally got to me and not even an apology when they finally remembered. I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee drink that wasn't even blended. The best part of the visit was dealing with the person at check out. Will I be back... doubt it.

It was quite good but I have had better in my opinion and a bit pricey but that’s to be expected. Middle of the road for me via Italia coffee house

Wanted a coffee Saturday morning...waited in a line for 15 minutes only to see one coffee order pushed out with 6 people ahead of me and 4 people waiting to collect their orders...I promptly left...when I exited there were 5 more people on the outside waiting as well...no one has the time to stand and watch extremely slow service while waiting in line..also the display looked almost empty with respect to breakfast pastries etc.

A great little Starbucks offering all what you’d expect. The staff a a little friendlier at the other two Starbucks offered on the island but I’d still say it was worth visiting as coffee/food are both good.

Service is slow, the selection of food-underwhelming. Basically just a brand with mediocre coffee at this point. Recommend local coffee shops Buzz Box (West) & Blush Cafe (South).

Cashier got my name wrong twice despite i made two orders within a half hour period. This resulted in me have to wait and additional 5 minutes due to the wrong name on the cup. Surprisingly no apology was offered.

The waiting period to order is way too long. It seems quite complicated for the staff members to take orders and it feels too crowded standing in line. Other part that bothered me is that people get food from the mall across and hang out and eat on the front patio so for Starbucks customers there is no place to sit outside with their coffee.

The drinks here is amazing but the service is a little slow.

This is the worst tasting Starbucks I have ever had! I moved to the states and I understand the quality and standard of Starbucks and this is not it I asked for an oatmilk brown sugar shaken expresso and a walnut banana loaf slice. They didn't have oatmilk, brown sugar syrup not even cinnamon !!! The walnut banana loaf slice was burnt to a crisp and hard ! This is not the standard I am accustomed to! They need to go and try again!

Ordered a Caramel Macchiato & a bagel w/ egg & bacon. Service was good staff polite & greeted us upon entry. The only thing I'd comment on was that they don't have the Starbucks app to pay for purchases...

Can never go wrong with a good Starbies. People there are so welcoming. All the coffees I've had have been great.

It is a lovely idea to have a Starbucks cafe in Barbados, however it comes with less than satisfactory service. Ordering my coffee made me feel as if i was not supposed to be there. The cashier (Kyrara) was not friendly, she had a look of annoyance on her face and would not aknowledge any of my questions (maybe we should just blame it on the partition not allowing her to hear). Not exactly my idea of great service on my first outing the establishment near SkyMall. Coffee was good though.

Great ambience, good location. I was disappointed with the standard as compared to oversees. I ordered a vanilla frescante and instead got a frappuccino, there was no chocolate syrup, I was told that's an additional cost. No powder spice, reserved for particular drinks. Now I expect the same level of service and standard from an international chain. In all I didn't enjoy the drink, for what I paid almost $25 for a drink and slice of cake, I will not be back anytime soon.

I've been to both on the island times, but Haggart Hall more so due to it having been open the longest. Unfortunately, I am frequently disappointed with the lack of availability of items on the menu or a machine not working etc. On top of that is the rather unpleasant customer service than I seem to be greeted with more often than not. I tend to avoid going there but occasionally I have to meet others.

Starbucks Barbados was outstanding from start to finish. Beautiful store, kind employees, and delicious beverages. 🤍

The menu items are limited compared to Starbucks overseas. Unfortunately there aren't any island specific drinks which would have been cool. The cups also didn't have the Starbucks logo on them which I found pretty disappointing. However, the drinks I tried were good (even though they seemed to be a bit sweeter here). The staff was also quite friendly.

I'm deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced at your Haggett location. Despite being a frequent visitor when I'm in the area, my recent encounters have left much to be desired. On one occasion, I ordered a caramel frappuccino and was surprised to find an additional charge for caramel topping, which I believed should have been included. When I brought this up, the response I received was accompanied by a noticeable attitude, which was both unwelcome and unprofessional. Another instance occurred when I requested to have my cookie warmed a bit longer. Unfortunately, it was overcooked, and rather than offering a replacement, the oversight was ignored. This lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable. What baffles me the most is the demeanor of the staff. There was a distinct lack of warmth and friendliness, with no smiles to be found. This is not the standard I expect from a company like Starbucks, especially considering its American roots. It's disheartening to see such a disparity in service quality compared to other locations, such as Worthin (El Sueno), where I have received much better treatment. I urge you to address these issues promptly. Customer service is a cornerstone of any business, and it's essential that all employees uphold the company's standards. Hiring individuals with negative attitudes who seem to dislike their work is detrimental to the customer experience and reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I hope to see improvements in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
