I'm
deeply
disappointed
by
the
level
of
customer
service
I
experienced
at
your
Haggett
location.
Despite
being
a
frequent
visitor
when
I'm
in
the
area,
my
recent
encounters
have
left
much
to
be
desired.
On
one
occasion,
I
ordered
a
caramel
frappuccino
and
was
surprised
to
find
an
additional
charge
for
caramel
topping,
which
I
believed
should
have
been
included.
When
I
brought
this
up,
the
response
I
received
was
accompanied
by
a
noticeable
attitude,
which
was
both
unwelcome
and
unprofessional.
Another
instance
occurred
when
I
requested
to
have
my
cookie
warmed
a
bit
longer.
Unfortunately,
it
was
overcooked,
and
rather
than
offering
a
replacement,
the
oversight
was
ignored.
This
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
customer
care
is
unacceptable.
What
baffles
me
the
most
is
the
demeanor
of
the
staff.
There
was
a
distinct
lack
of
warmth
and
friendliness,
with
no
smiles
to
be
found.
This
is
not
the
standard
I
expect
from
a
company
like
Starbucks,
especially
considering
its
American
roots.
It's
disheartening
to
see
such
a
disparity
in
service
quality
compared
to
other
locations,
such
as
Worthin
(El
Sueno),
where
I
have
received
much
better
treatment.
I
urge
you
to
address
these
issues
promptly.
Customer
service
is
a
cornerstone
of
any
business,
and
it's
essential
that
all
employees
uphold
the
company's
standards.
Hiring
individuals
with
negative
attitudes
who
seem
to
dislike
their
work
is
detrimental
to
the
customer
experience
and
reflects
poorly
on
the
brand
as
a
whole.
I
hope
to
see
improvements
in
the
future,
but
until
then,
I
will
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere.
