Well,
the
reviews
were
all
so
positive,
and
the
cake
was
good,
but
the
owner
had
absolutely
NO
customer
service
skills.
My
husband,
myself,
and
my
parents
went
in
to
this
place
and
bought
cake-
on
one
of
our
first
days
in
Barbados.
The
owner
was
very
short
with
us
on
our
first
experience.
Since
we
like
to
give
people
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
we
figured,
that
perhaps
she
was
just
having
a
bad
day.
We
decided
that
we’d
give
it
another
try.
Well,
needless
to
say,
she
was
even
less
hospitable
on
our
second
visit.
While
the
cake
is
decent,
the
hospitality
sure
is
lacking.
I
would
recommend
that
you
take
your
business
elsewhere,
unless
you
appreciate
being
talked
to
in
a
rude
manner.
If
you’re
in
the
hospitality
industry-
you
should
treat
every
customer
with
respect,
clearly
she
didn’t
get
the
memo.
