It’s a cute and laidback chill spot. I loved how accommodating they were with allowing for substitutions. Would definitely go back. I forgot to mention and the owner has such a lovely personality!!

Picked this for breakfast yesterday morning. The owner is a lovely person. The staff are great and friendly. I got the mediterranean omelette as my meal. Plus the fresh lemonade with ginger. Definitely get the lemonade if you're into drinking normally. I did enjoy the Mediterranean omelette. My only feedback was it uses a lot of eggs..mile 4 eggs if I had to guess. I'd rather less eggs and another side like a piece of toast. I finished it and nothing was wrong with it. I added some salt and pepper to give it some more flavour. The potatoes side was great. Love the rosemary on them. Didn't try the doll cucumber salad. Definitely a better breakfast option if you're staying at the Radisson hotel down the street... don't eat the hotel breakfast.

A very nice, quiet place. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. My mother celebrated her 60th birthday recently and the family had breakfast here. I enjoyed the pancakes, and matcha latte most but everything was lovely. Service was fast despite our big group and everyone left very satisfied. Will definitely be returning!

We LOVED it here. So much so we came back throughout our holiday. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and all the staff made us feel so welcome.

The service is excellent as staff are on hand and greet you as you enter. My breakfast was delightful and tasty. As for coffee, it's one of the best on Island. The restaurant is quaint yet sophisticated. They've done quite a bit with the space which means it can compete with some of the best bistros on Island. Definitely a place to experience the food and ambience with its inimitable Caribbean chic inspired decor.

My wife and I had a lovely breakfast here. I had a delicious Mediterranean omelette with a glass of coconut water. Don't forget to sprinkle some Bajan hot sauce on it. Yum! My wife had Beans on toast even though it was not on the menu. So don't be afraid to ask the staff, they are very accommodating.

The food at Sage Bistro was delicious! I really enjoyed the warm quinoa salad and my husband loved the eggs Benedict. Chocolate chip pancakes were a hit with the 5 year old! Great atmosphere with a cool back outdoor area and lovely staff. The margarita was also excellent. Definitely recommend this place when in Barbados.

Stumbled upon this lovely little spot on our honeymoon. A beautiful space to enjoy lunch with some AMAZING food! I got the fisherman’s delight (mahi-mahi for that day) and my wife got the flying fish sandwich. The staff was so wonderful and kind!!

Honestly blown away by the food and freshness of ingredients at this place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. One of tbe best meal we've had in the Carribean all week. Super friendly and helpful staff with a lovely atmosphere and setup.

When you enter this oasis you immediately feel calm and a smile can't help but spread across your face. Service was very attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. The "Hearty Breakfast" was very well prepared, exactly the way I asked. This gem is tucked away where you would not expect to find it,. You must make the effort and experience their food.

Don't be put off by the outside appearance of this restaurant. The inside is tastefully done. We had breakfast; good portions & great taste. My wife commented that we would come here often if we lived in Barbados.

I spent the day here to study and I really enjoyed my time . The service, food and ambiance was stellar. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I had the avocado toast for breakfast and the fisherman’s delight for lunch and it was a 10/10! The coffee was delicious and mimosa was excellent, it came with a decent bottle of champagne and orange juice which was super nice! I definitely will be going back! Excellent job with the decor and artwork.. very quaint!

Such a gorgeous place. Staff are so friendly greeting you at the door with a wide smile. Rene was fantastic and so welcoming. The venue is spread over a a few areas including a courtyard out back which is picturesque and intimate. The owners small dog sits by the door to welcome you in too. I had the Mediterranean omlette and it was wonderful, came with a side of fried breakfast potatoes and sliced cucumber in a mint yoghurt dressing. Lovely flavours and super healthy. I didn't have a coffee as I needed to sleep so cannot comment, they had all the normal options. Prices were reflective of the quality of the venue and food, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much.

Delicious food - we had breakfast there twice and called in for some homemade cake (amazing!) and coffee.. the perfect place to pop by when enjoying a day at Pebbles Beach. The cafe is also beautifully designed and all of the staff, and the owner, are just lovely. Their little polar bear (dog) was also a delight! :)

Delicious stop for lunch! We started off with their homemade lemonade with ginger, followed by the crispy flying fish burger and the mixed bean patty in pita bread. Both were equally delicious and cannot wait to stop by to try out the rest of the items on the menu.

Wonderful breakfast and lunch place with a great food menu! The atmosphere is very relaxed so it's the perfect place for a gentle wake up. We definitely recommend trying the buljol for a proper Caribbean dish.

A modern, cosy and vibrant bistro very close to Carlisle Bay. A must for anyone looking to enjoy great tasting food. We tried a selection of dishes from Mediterranean omelette to panko fried flying fish, all of which were delicious! It wasn’t just the food that lived up to standards, but also the service and atmosphere. The owners Eddo and Wendy are delightful as well as the waiting staff that we had over the course of last couple weeks from Shaquon, Mario, Jack… they really make it a place you want to come back to. Very warming! Another note, if you are into your alcoholic beverages, they have a great selection. My personal favourite had to be the mojito, go give it a try and thank me later.

Loved this place for breakfast- easy walk from the Hilton, and perfect for a low key start to your morning. Staff was incredibly friendly and food was spectacular- couldn’t ask for more.

From the guys standing like big bros overseeing the parking in a small space, to the accommodation of my intolerances, to the flavorful apple crumble. I truly enjoyed Sage. Small place with a big impact. Our waiter Shak was wonderful. Patient til my friend Kim arrived and made her selection, knowledgeable with his offers & suggestions to get over my intolerances. Professional and courteous. The Fisherman's Delight with cheesy polenta was yummy & moreish and not overpowering of parmesan. I was able to switch up my veggies to something more palatable(personal choice) and Kim's Quinoa with Feta was delicious. Cosy atmosphere, with the most beautiful decor. So quaint and modern all at the same time. An "aaaww" moment of relaxation. You are invited to sit back, eat and chill, from the ambience alone. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

Recommended to try here for breakfast and it was a solid hit for us. The Hearty Breakfast was very good. Good quality ingredients well executed are always a winner. If you want a good breakfast then this place should be on your list.

What an amazing gem. This restaurant is definitely the one to visit while in Barbados. The atmosphere and cosy, yet authentic/modern interior is really making you feel the south Caribbean vibe. Food is great with artistic touch. 5/5 stars

This place is amazing. The decor, the staff, the food. We both had the Caesar salad with fish and it was so fresh and delicious. We went back a second time to have it the day we were leaving. The owners are so friendly and the music and atmosphere is wonderful. Best lunch we had while in Barbados. Just a 5 minute walk from Carlisle Bay/ pebbles beach.

Came here for brunch, what a lovely experience. Such kind and welcoming employees. The blueberry pancakes were excellent, the bacon was nice and crispy but not too burnt and I also loved the crispy calamari even though I had hoped the sauce would be a bit more spicy. My friend and I both had the lemonade with ginger and it wasn't too sweet nor too acid. All in all, excellent service and I would definitely recommend again.

Beautiful place and awesome breakfast! Coffee is delicious and also super friendly staff. I can recommend the banana pancakes with extra bacon... yummy!!! Definetly worth a stop by!!

We'd been looking for a breakfast place as we were getting bored of the hotel food and found this place after walking past it one day. Firstly the service was fantastic and this place has a great atmosphere about it. We had the poached eggs, omelette and granola, all of which were great. I have to say the granola was the winner for me though - it was a good balance of fresh and sweet without being over the top. Loved this place and would definitely come back. The only downside was they didn't take card but that was minor
