Both
pluses
and
minuses.
Breakfast
(not
included)
was
more
than
great
and
at
a
normal
price
for
Barbadian
standards.
Especially
the
chicken
&
waffles
and
the
passion
fruit
smoothie!
The
room
looked
nice
and
the
air
conditioning
works
wonderfully.
The
location
is
very
good,
close
to
beach
and
next
to
the
bus
stop.
Nevertheless,
there
were
a
lot
of
downsides.
Rooms
are
still
being
renovated,
but
because
of
this,
a
lot
was
not
right.
-
On
arrival,
we
were
not
helped
with
heavy
suitcases
to
carry
them
up
stairs,
down
stairs
-
Toilet
seat
was
loose
and
toilet
roll
holder
was
not
complete
so
we
couldn't
use
it
-
Soap
dispenser
in
the
shower
was
there
but
without
soap
(which
was
separate).
-
Soap
next
to
the
sink
was
on
its
own,
as
if
it
came
straight
from
the
factory
-
There
was
a
kettle
for
tea
with
sachets
of
creamer,
but
no
coffee
-
The
whole
place
was
not
very
clean
-
The
shower
had
only
COLD
or
lukewarm
water
so
we
did
not
shower
The
handling
of
my
points
was
also
not
good.
I
reported
it
immediately
after
arrival,
but
nothing
was
done
with
the
complaints
except
explaining
that
I
had
already
booked,
they
are
still
renovating
and
there
was
'nothing
more
they
could
do'.
They
also
didn't
want
to
give
a
discount
because
I
had
apparently
clicked
the
resident
rate,
but
I
paid
547
BBD
(282
USD)
for
2
nights
in
this
room,
I
really
expected
more.
Service
in
Barbados
in
general
is
sometimes
a
bit
less
friendly,
but
this
hotel
is
unfortunately
no
exception.
