place

due
to
my
previous
visit
and
interactions
with
everyone.
Unfortunately
their
customer
service
is
great
when
you
are
spending
money
but
when
you
are
due
a
refund
it
is
absolutely
horrific.
They
have
yet
to
refund
some
of
my
guest
from
a
2020
booking
and
after
several
follow
up
calls,
and
emails,
they
are
now
saying
it
will
be
processed
by
the
end
of
the
year.
Refund
was
requested
March
2021.
They
never
disputed
giving
the
refund,
only
the
timeframe
in
which
the
refund
would
be
processed.
I
understand
that
many
businesses
were
affected
from
the
pandemic
(including
my
own)
but
it
is
totally
unacceptable
for
any
guest
to
wait
this
long
to
receive
a
refund
that
they
are
fully
entitled
to.
I
can
understand
6
months
(which
is
still
a
long
time)
but
having
to
wait
close
to
a
year
for
a
refund
is
absolutely
ridiculous!
To
add
insult
to
injury,
they
can’t
even
simply
refund
the
card
that
was
used
for
purchase,
they
want
you
to
send
in
another
form
with
your
credit
card
information
to
process
the
refund
(which
was
done
months
ago).
Never
heard
of
such
ridiculousness.
If
there
is
even
a
slight
chance
you
will
cancel
your
trip,
please
don’t
book
this
place!
You
will
get
your
refund.
Just
may
take
a
year
or
so.
