I am a Captain with Caribbean Airlines and I am also the Chairman of our Hotel committee. We have used Sun Tours transport as our official crew transport for the last 5 years . Sun Tours gave us a fantastic service - they were timely, reliable and so much fun! Our driver was Richard and we had a music bus tour with about 20 of our friends - Richard was a great host, knew the best places to stop and kept the music pumping. He was very helpful in suggesting some good bars and food after the tour and went out of his was to drop a few guys home. I highly recommend the music bus when next in Barbados!

Thanks for a wonderful day on 7 November on the gardens and abbey tour via the Arcadia ship. Our driver was a perfect host. He made our day just great. Have recommend him and sun tours to fellow cruise passengers. Will use again next year on our longer stay.

Sun Tours provided our airport transfer. We were met with a big smile at the Sun Tours desk and introduced to our driver Derek who gave us a lovely warm welcome to the island. Such great service.

Dario was our Taxi driver. He was amazing. He was very sweet and insightful while driving us. He was a very cool and humble guy who got us where we needed to go and back. Thank you Dario. Edwin was our Safari Off Road Driver. He was very funny and entertaining. He was such a sweet guy and we enjoyed everything he showed us, the whole tour was amazing and the food was great. Would recommend for anyone. Ask for Edwin!!! Finally we had Steve for our SunTour Special Tour, he took us around the island. He was very knowledgeable and sweet. He was a gentlemen and showed he cared. We loved everything he showed us and his 1st class service. The food on this tour was also great. SunTours has the perfect Trifecto. Ask for Dario, Edwin, and Steve!!! They were all amazing!!!!!

This was by far the best tour we have been on.Our tour guide took us around pretty much the whole island during our anniversary vacation! I apologize, we do not remember his name, but he was amazing. He took us to a local spot for lunch -highly recommend ! We stayed at the Hilton and booked through the Sun Tours kiosk in the hotel lobby-excellent!!

I booked transportation with SunTours and I must say it was a very comfortable experience. Our driver Steve, was welcoming and on time. He also gave us some history on Barbados. I would definitely recommend.

Utterly superb service. We have just arrived home from an amazing holiday in Barbados. Sun Tours provided our transfers from the airport to our ship and then back to our hotel and eventually to the airport. Went on the all day safari and lunch with Paul as our tour guide. Learned so much about the island and got to see parts I wouldn’t have went without him taking us there. We loved his humor and friendliness so much that we requested him the next day for the flower cave tour and lunch. He was on time, professional, full of amazing history and most of all you could tell how much he loves what does! Thank you again Paul, you felt like family after just couple days of knowing you.

We had a huge group and Sun Tours really hooked us up with attentive, funny and knowledgeable drivers. We had two buses - one driver was Richard and and the other was Shay/Chey (unsure or spelling). We did a 7 hour tour of the island 🏝️ We got a great history, plenty of breaks for pictures and lunch was provided. Plenty of AC on the bus!

My reservation experience: 1. They rarely answers their landline or business mobile. 2. The prices quoted via email is more than their website, when brought to their attention, they changed their prices on the website after acknowledging it was less on the website. 3. They are not thorough with details or correction of details 4. Customer service is very poor, they are unwilling and dont care I have used their service before and it was the same with the pricing. I hope Management can address this so customers can now feel comfortable

Ricardo does an amazing job! He was our bus driver from Sandals resort to the airport and I really did feel like I was on a tour. He was very funny and very informative. He made me leave Barbados with a smile on my face!

If you want a tour to get your bearing of Barbados with a little history and spectacular views take the Exotic Barbados Tour. Dwayne was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and fun. Van has A/C, clean and comfortable. No extra fees. Lunch was delicious. BTW, my teenagers loved it.

Was helpful and prompt with plenty of time to spare upon arrival at the airport.
