Awful

round.
My
aunt
purchased
a
laptop
for
me
for
work
purposes.
The
first
issue
I
noticed
was
that
the
earphone
jack
wasn't
working
but
I
was
so
excited
and
didn't
want
to
be
a
nuisance
so
I
left
it
be.
After,
the
screen
would
randomly
glitch
and
it
would
blue
screen
pretty
often.
We
took
it
back
and
the
technician
said
they
reinstalled
the
software.
Got
it
back
and
not
even
2
weeks
later
it
was
glitching
again,
randomly
restarting
and
I
still
had
that
blue
screen
issue.
Took
it
back,
requesting
a
new
one
and
the
technician
says
there's
nothing
wrong.
Huh?
Of
course
there's
something
wrong.
They
also
said
the
jack
was
working...what
awesome
timing.
Anyways,
we
got
it
back
and
right
off
the
bat
I
had
a
blue
screen
again.
They
refuse
to
give
us
a
new
one
even
though
we
have
visual
proof
that
there's
something
wrong
with
the
laptop.
We
no
longer
want
anything
more.
We
hope
to
get
a
refund
and
be
done
with
Courts
and
their
awful
service.
