The owner is a very disrespectful and an unpleasant individual. I would not recommend anyone to conduct business or purchase any product and service from this company nor the owners. I will reiterate, the owner is extremely disrespectful and has no respect towards his customers and staff. If I could give half a star, I would. You have been warned.

Billed me for the wrong item then insisting that I be refunded by cheque although they don't accept cheques but want me to take one from them, this was after they lied and said they don't have cash because customers are paying by card and I witnessed a customer pay cash which was more than what I was to be refunded. I paid by card and just wanted the amount credited back to the card. It's sad when a company's 'policy' is so one-sided.

Sleep Rite creates and makes mattresses from high density foam and pillow top mattresses among other varieties including memory foam. We are excited about our order of 8 inch high density foam and 2 inch memory foam mattress.

Would not recommend. I purchased an extra firm bed a few months ago, however, it has now become very uncomfortable to sleep on. The area I sleep on is no longer firm, causing my back to hurt. Even if I turn the bed, it only takes two weeks before the problem reoccurs.
