My husband and I had the most fantastic massages today that we had since moving to DE today. I can compare the skills of Latonya to the ladies at the Elizabeth Arden's Red Door Spa I loved in Montgomery County MD. Latonya has hands of magic. My husband had a knot in his neck for weeks that she got out. I didn't use the spa side. So I can only tell you about the fantastic massages my husband and I received. Just relax and enjoy a wonderful, restful hour, as your muscles melt under the hands of a master. Why did I give her only 4 stars after an awesome experience? It's bc of the bathroom. It had carpet can't be sanitary. Feathers in vases that are dust magnets. Oil in the lotion bottle, which is just what everyone would want on their hands and to get on your clothes. And the fact the owner had me contacted to question the 4 stars. I did say that I didn't use the spa or its services. If I had, you would have gotten 2 stars for reasons I will not list bc I see you are incapable of receiving constructive feedback.

Loretta and her staff are awesome. They are friendly and caring. The atmosphere is great! It is like walking into an oasis. These sisters have it going on. The service was excellent!!! The experience took self care and pampering to another level!!! It is my go to place for self care!❤️

The Mother's Day Spa day was awesome, refreshing, relaxing, the atmosphere was heaven. The staff is professional and caring. I recommend Skincare by Loretta LLC. I will be back real soon ❤️

I've been here twice for the vajacial service and I absolutely LOVE,LOVE LOVE it! The atmosphere is instantly relaxing and the sugar wax used is virtually painless! I love how professional Loretta is and how I'm always comfortable as soon as I walk in. She also accommodated me last minute which is a huge plus because my schedule can be hectic. I definitely recommend this spa for your skincare needs.

Loretta is extremely kind and knowledgeable about her services! This is my second time getting my lashes done and both times she really did that. She takes care of your lashes and doesn't just throw them on to get the job done. She takes into account your general lash health, shedding pattern, etc. Her spa is so relaxing too! I haven't gotten her other services yet but I definitely will in the future.

First of all, let me say that Loretta is such a welcoming and warm person. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed.She answers all questions you may have. She makes sure that you are pleased with the results and if not, she tries to correct it until it suits you( if possible). It’s definitely not my last time coming for her services. Not only is Loretta great at what she does, but the spa has always had an atmosphere of relaxation! The new massage therapist Lynette is magical with her hands! I practically spend hours at a time at the spa utilizing multiple services.

I highly recommend Skincare by Loretta. She now has a Phenomenal Massage Therapist who is absolutely Amazing! If you ever need a massage, ask for Timothy Jones. He’s very knowledgeable and has amazing techniques. Get an hour massage, I guarantee that you will fall asleep on the table like I did.

Very relaxing environment. I got a Brazilian Wax for the first time. Loretta was very comforting and reassuring. She helped me get through and I appreciate her patience soooo much. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The music put me at ease. I will definitely be returning for other services as well.
