Found this place by accident. Glad we did. Quant little corner shop. Seating inside is limited to 1 table and a small hightop bar inside. Most seating is outside next to the water. Sadly it was pouring down rain so we ate inside and didn't get to experience the outdoor seating and water views. However, the staff was very friendly. There was a good amount of take out traffic. My daughter and I both had the Southern Chicken Biscuit with the chorzo gravy. AMAZING!!!! Will definately be going back.

It's a great breakfast spot! The prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. Loved their kids menu!! There's not a lot of indoor space but you can eat outside at the harbor, which is beautiful in summer. This was the first spot, that we visited in a very long time, where you didn't require masks, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt a bit strange without mask though :) Overall we had a great lunch!!

Quick Summary: Decent place next to the water. I came on the cloudy Saturday and it wasn't too crowded. I had very high expectations coming here since it was 5 starts on Yelp. But I do not think it is a 5-star restaurant. Food was decent and so was the view, just not 5-star. There is a lot of street parking at this location. The restaurant itself is café style where you walk in and order food. There are places to sit inside, and much more seating outside. The inside has very minimal seating as it is a small place, one table with 4 seats and a high chair bar areas facing the window with about 7 seats. But, when I went, they had the high chair seating closed since they were preparing a catering meal. The outdoor seating is nice and there is a lot of room, but not rain-proof as there is only one table under the roof. The Burrito (7/10): I got this with both bacon and sausage. I thought it was cool that they made their own sausage here, but in my honest opinion it tasted like regular sausage that you'd buy at a grocery store. The first thing that I really found disappointing was the size of the burrito. I could eat two of these. They had good filling, but was disappointed in the size. I think the taste wasn't too bad. Mine had practically no salsa. There was just nothing really special with this burrito. Chocolate Chip pancakes (7/10): Decent pancakes. They tasted like regular pancakes. They were good but it wasn't something that I'd want to come back here for. And again the sausage was just average. Scone (10/10): Liked the scone a lot, good flavors and was soft. Overall, I think the place was decent. It definitely not a place that I would make a must-go, but it was decent food. If you're in the area, I would recommend this place, but I just wouldn't go too much out of my way to go here. I had very high expectations coming here because of the Yelp score, so maybe your experience will be better.

Today was my first time checking this place out. I love that it's by the water. The food was just "ok" for me. Nothing too fancy but will hit the spot if you're hungry. There's limited seating inside but lots of open sitting outside to give you the waterfront view.

I placed my order over the phone and it was nice to be able to customize it. Very kind and patient staff. The place from inside has 2 tables and an open kitchen and it’s something I like, at the outside it has a unique spot near the waters with many tables and seats outside, with a great view of the parked boats & yachts. The food was really good, flavorful and clean. It’s really a place that you need to check if you are visit qq

I’ve been coming here off and on for the past four years. In the beginning it definitely scored high - great food, priced well, great location. The past three recent visits have made me reconsider this as a go-to spot. Most recent menu item ordered was the Hippy Skillet: Taste: great! flavors are always nice, seasoned well. Value: lacking. The skillet says it comes with shredded potatoes… less than a tablespoon of potato….a very inexpensive ingredient. Great flavor and very enjoyable…but definitely leaving hungry and feeling short-changed…

One of the best breakfast spots in Annapolis! They make an amazing bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and home fries. Always a must-stop in Eastport.

We drove almost two hours to try the lions mane mushroom sandwich. We were not disappointed! Such a cute little spot right in front of a busy marina. The sandwich was delicious, the fries were perfectly crispy but the friendliness of the staff was inspiring. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy hole in the wall on the marina. Food was great, and they even had premade gluten free treats available at the register. There is a limited amount of seating inside and a handful of tables outside. Definitely recommend!

Great vegan options for a meat eater. Vegan Chicken cheese steak was delicious, as well the vegan egg scramble

You can always be sure to get great food here. I tend to get their sandwiches, but the quinoa bowl is pretty great too. I recently tried the oyster mushroom po boy sandwich and thought it was phenomenal. I really like how they offer quite a few vegetarian and vegan options.

I was traveling solo in our Porsche 911 Carrera 4S cabriolet when I stopped in very early on Sunday, September 10, 2023. The views are incredible if you like walking along the waterfront & boats of all sorts & sizes. The service was more than efficient; it was engaging, friendly, personable & pleasant. Great coffee with lots of interesting conversation among the patrons and staff. Even the owner/operator shared her experience in choosing this business of her own vs the military, then corporate, career ladder. The foods were made-to-order, fresh & delicious. I enjoyed my cranberry juice, fruit cup & blueberry pancakes. Afterwards, I walked among the waterfront maze of nooks, crannies, & (still closed- too early Sunday morning) shops with lots of fishing & boating opportunities. Would I like to return to the Bread and Butter, or recommend it to others? Yes, absolutely.

We were visiting Annapolis for the day, and the Bread and Butter Kitchen peaked our interest for lunch based on positive Google reviews. The place is on the first floor of an office building at the Marina. Limited seating inside and about a dozen tables outside with the Marina water views. The BLT on sourdough ($9.49) was good. The bacon was crispy, which is important. The Philly Cheesesteak ($14.29) was also good, but it could have used a bit more cheese and onion. The sandwiches come with choice of kale salad or chips. Chips (about 8-10 chips) were okay, but they did not rank on top of my chips chart. Substitute for fries is an extra $3. The service is friendly and prompt.

Such delicious gluten free options. GF bread, wraps and dessert treats available. They were also really friendly and nice spot with water views.

I love it when my fish is warm... so often it's served at room temp or even cold. When I picked up the Admiral sandwich from the basket, steam was coming out of it. The Russian dressing type of sauce gave it a tangy touch. The potato chips are made in house and the view of the Marina is so calming, even on a rainy cold day.

This was my first time at Bread and Butter Kitchen today and I love it. It was the usual errant nice day in February and my wife and I took the convertible out. I wanted to try a place that I've never been and B&B for the bill. Very quaint not a ton of tables inside but they have a few tables outside overlooking the water. I wanted the oyster Po boy but had to settled for the shrimp Po boy with Kale salad instead... delicious!👍🏾 I'll definitely be back...there's a gyro on the menu👍🏾

Great spot for breakfast or lunch right on the water in Annapolis. Very Vegan and Plant Based friendly. I had the Lions Mane Crab Cake Sandwich. I drove 2 hours just to try it and I would do it again in a heart beat. The owner was super friendly and she was so happy that we made the trip. Looking forward to coming back soon!!!

Home fries are more of a boiled potato that’s smothered with butter to get some color - their fries are frozen store bought. Beans were pretty awful and don’t get me started on the avocado (see pics). This place has a misleadingly high ratings. You want local farm to table goto ingranos. Let’s judge a place based on their food quality and their food quality sucks! And perhaps instead of managing the online responses maybe the owners should manage the kitchen!

Been here a couple times in the past week for breakfast, because I'd heard great things about it. Happy to say it was a great experience! The food is delicious, and much of it (including the amazing sausage and chorizo) is locally made. The portions are reasonably sized (nothing huge), and the prices are exceedingly reasonable. Inside is a little snug, but they use the space well, and the view of the water is great. They have great scones and they partner with some great local artisans for some other sweet treats. It's very clear that the spirit behind this restaurant is one of community—and that clearly shines through in the atmosphere. It isn't a fancy restaurant, but it's real and authentic, and I recommend it highly!

I’ve been here a few times over the last couple of years and they never disappoint! I had their Bahn Mi Burger…….best turkey burger I’ve ever had in my life! Also, they always have fun and tasty treats from local vendors. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

Had the veggie scramble and a scone; food was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, food came out fast, and the outdoor seating gives you a nice view of the marina. Great way to start your day!
