If you're going to come to South Dakota and you like beef, this is the place to come. Where else can you get nearly 2 pounds of Filet Minion for under $40? Our dinner was amazing!!

One of my favorite places! Minimal menu items so you know exactly what you are going there for. Everything is quality and deliciously prepared, and I've NEVER had a bad server. The prices are fair as well. I'll be back again and again.

Hands down one of the best steak houses around! Kristen and crew at the Hartford Steak Co. provide excellent service along with mouth watering steaks, sides and drinks. I would highly recommend this steak house to anyone looking for a reasonably priced steak in the area. Keep up the awesome work!

Excellent food for the value. Service was great. Husband and I stayed the night in Hartford as we were traveling and this is a must stop restuarant! My husband had the hot beef sandwich and swears it's one of the top meals he's had in his life. I had the filet mignon which was very good. The brownie with ice cream was also really good.

Absolutely worth a trip out to Hartford for a yummy steak dinner that won't break the bank. Was a bit surprised with how small the menu was, but it made ordering easy! Our server was great, bar drinks were delicious and the fillets we ordered were cooked and seasoned appropriately and served timely with a smile. It was all so picture perfect stereotypical South Dakota steak and baked potato I'm surprised I didn't see Normal Rockwell in the corner lol. It was all perfect, they do a great job and the building, although unassuming from the outside, is an atmospheric treat when you step through the doors. Not so much on the vegetarian side, but would receive rave reviews from any carnivore!

Amazing small town dining experience here. Loved the simplicity of their menu and the kindness of the staff. Multiple servers greeted us and checked on us throughout the night. The filet prices were incredible and the steak tasted great. Very fun little stop off I90.

Incredible quality and price. The steak was insanely delicious, amazing service and quality drinks. You couldn’t find a better place for steaks.
