A great gym. Its clean, tidy and has fantastic equipment. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my session. Highly recommended! The free parking is great too!

Fantastic gym! It's always clean and tidy with a great atmosphere, plus there is always new equipment constantly being added. Great for heavy weight lifting to cardio training. Members and staff just can't help enough. Hands down the best gym I've joined. Well done to the team at Emp1re!

I'm not exactly a natural gym go-er, but have managed to find somewhere where there's no sense of being self conscious. Anyone who is thinking of a gym/bootcamp, honestly can't recommend Emp1re gym enough.

I have never liked gyms, I have always been too self conscious to go in let alone work out but the atmosphere at Emp1re is different. You are made to feel welcome and you are supported through your training. I have never been to another gym where so many different ages, shapes, sizes and abilities are catered for and encouraged.... not just by the staff but the other members too. It's become a place that instead of feeling uncomfortable when I go, I now feel uncomfortable when I don't. My body has changed, my fitness level has changed, my mental health has improved and to top it off there is the amazing gym dog, Arlo. Genuinely try it! I have introduced many friends to Emp1re and non have regretted it. The team here have definitely created something special and I'm so glad they did.

Staff are incredibly friendly. Sublime equipment with plenty of variety. Cleanliness is very good as staff and members look after the equipment after use. Overall a quality gym, very few out there quite like it.

One of if not the best gym I've been to. Plenty of benches at an amazing standard and constant work being done to keep the gym at the top standard. Very nice.

I can honestly say becoming part of Empire has changed my life. Rhys and the team are engaging and make me want to do better. Ive met some great people who have become good friends. When I first started going to Empire I had no idea what I was doing in the gym but I found if I was stuck there’s always someone to help out and show me the right way. Ive never felt anxious or embarrassed to be there and work out. Rhys is always getting new equipment and makes sure the machines he has are looked after so well. The place is always spotless too. Prior to joining Empire I had been to another bootcamp but got very disengaged as the sessions were so repetitive and I felt like I was never really challenged. Rhys has never missed an opportunity to push me and never lets me get away with slacking. The bootcamp session are always tailored to you as an individual so you’re given weights targets for your strength and any injuries are always taken into account and exercises modified. I can honestly say I’ve never done the same bootcamp twice and I’ve been going for 2 years now. We are all treated as an Empire family and are very proud of the new place to work out (it looks great). I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Empire1. You are truly the best !!!

I'm pretty new here at Emp1re Gym and I have to say I'm really comfortable already. People are friendly, the kits is fab and the facilities are great. Gyms can be intimidating but it's really not like that here, really glad I moved to Emp1re. Plus there's Arlo, the real owner, who is as cute as hell and gives the best welcome there is.

There just isn't a better gym than Empire. It's spotless and it's well equipt with some of the best machines around that you won't find in many other places. But what really makes Empire stand out is the staff and the members. Every single person you find training inside is friendly, supportive and happy to lend a hand without hesitation...that's a rare and precious quality Added extras include free parking, great membership prices and all the protein bars and supplements you can shake a barbell at :)

I joined bootcamp in January after a very overindulgent and immobile Covid lockdown & Christmas and it’s the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Rhys, Nath and all of the members are fantastic; so knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and fun. There is no judgement, which I found so refreshing compared to other gyms. The members range in ages and fitness levels, everyone is catered for and are there for a good time and a great workout. Cannot recommend enough.

Best Gym in the area by far!

I joined 6-8 weeks ago and I'm completely hooked. As a very unfit person I was a bit daunted 'is this only for fit people' but I decided to be brave and I'm so glad I did as I have never met so many welcoming and supportive people in terms of both the trainers and the members. Rhys and Nath are so knowledgeable and manage to push each individual member to their personal limit so all abilities can do the same session with no issues at all. Looking forward to see how hard it gets as I get fitter... Would definitely recommend.

From the moment, I walked in I was made to feel welcome by Rhys and all the Empire family!!!! It’s a lovely clean gym with plenty of choice of machines and equipment for all your exercise regimes. Thanks to Empire I have made friends and feel fitter and healthier both physically and mentally. All it takes is someone to believe in you from the start!!
