Don't go there ever !!! Unles you want your cake worth £60 to be smached by dirty hands and placed like for pigs. Cake was taken to be placed in fridge at the start of the party but then very rude and nasty manager addmited that there were no space in the fridge, so they just left it be somwhere which broke all food hygiene rules and put kids at risk to be infected salmonella. Place will be reported to council and to local news for people to know and avoid this place at any cost !! When we asked them to cover cost of the cake they called on us police lieing that we attacked 15 year old girl who served us. 3 police cars came to deal with cake issue, they doesn't go when people are killed and robbed but came for cake fight. Also how come 15 year old is working with kids? I doubt she even hasCRB check, actually doubt if any of workers has and so called manager is not educated not intelligent, but rude nasty old women who had a nerve to offer free play to cover cake cost, spoiled child's 5th Birthday and stressed children - they cryed that couldn't have a cake. Absolutely void this place, it used to be nice unfortunately it became to be a very dirty place with rude workers who in addition of all mentioned above, smoking in front of place in front of kids. As a regular visitor with my children I can not fault the venue or their staff. All the staff are so friendly and polite and engage with me and my friends in a kind and approachable manner. My children really enjoy attending this soft play. It is always clean and a good open space. The food is always lovely and are good portions. Earlier this year I had my child's 3rd birthday party here, it couldn't of gone better!!! Every member of staff was so accommodating and other parents have commented how good it was and all the children had a great time! Other parents have booked a party following coming to ours. A special mention to Michelle who we see weekly, whom really makes us feel to comfortable and welcome. She is so friendly and she should be recognised for her fantastic customer service.

It is very good to spend time with family. Very large play space. The children are happy with the atmosphere. We come practically every weekend. Those who write reviews about cleanliness should know that, first of all, you must respect cleanliness and then there will be no mess.

Our regular soft play. Absolutely love this place. Very spacious, huge play area, lots of comfortable seating for parents to relax and lovely food! Quiet sessions available Sunday mornings which is a life saver. Polite staff. I'm so happy to be local!

We are childminders and have been coming to spacehoppas for more years than I care to remember, the staff are lovely, can't do enough for you. The children we take know the staff well and look forward to visits. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is lovely

Great soft play for kids. Really good selection of food and drinks. The room is huge and very safe for kids to run around and have fun, with lots of different areas that cater for a variety of ages.

Great place big open space. Big soft play climbing frame Definitely lots of wear and tear on the place. Could do with a massive clean. Very dusty and sticky My little man had a blast tho so that's the main thing

Just had our daughters birthday here .. i must say the staff here are hands on and very helpful Our party host skye was amazing , she honestly went above and beyond made sure I was happy with everything and updated me with everything I needed to know ! The food options are brilliant and the portions were more than enough ! They also provide party bags for the children so you don’t have to fuss with that. Defo recommend !

Spacehoppas was very entertaining for the kids. They had a good choice of play equipment to play on. There's a dining area for you to sit when you've bought something to eat while watching the kids. The staff were very helpful and polite 🙂 😀 👍🏼

Thank you so much for hosting my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. My daughter, family and friends all had a great time. Millie our host was absolutely brilliant and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was smooth and well organised. Booking and any changes was quick and easy, friendly staff, spacious, clean and the food was good. Thank you again Ayla had the best time!

Kids love it here. It's quite large with plenty to do. There's a decent sized car park, but it can be very hard to find a spot during peak times.
