Lovely people. Really make sure you are checked thoroughly and if needed make sure you get more advice and treatment elsewhere. Plus unlike local independent Opticians you get 2 pairs for the price if one. Very handy if you have kids that are very active and their glasses break easily. Stylish too for adults or kids there is always something that they will love. Thank you Specsavers for my early diagnosis x

I visited here maybe 3 times to have new glasses. I am so satisfied with the service. I got a detailed eye examination that I do strongly advise ppl to have an appointment here for a professional eye exam. Price wise, I believe they are one of the best

Bentley Bridge Specsavers Sainsbury's. I had varifocal glasses that were causing me problems. I contacted the store and was given a meeting. The manageress Zoey was brilliant and very caring and understanding of my problems I was experiencing. I was booked straight away for another eye test . I saw Avreet Avlakh who gave me a thorough eye test. Avreet gave me time and explained everything. My glasses were changed and my problem solved The staff at the store are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for your excellent service. Got to mention Temi she was always so helpful with a beautiful smile.

Booked appointment online.. simple and quick.. Had to change my appointment as I wasn't going to be able to make original date booked.. simple and easy to-do online. My eye test was on time.. very thorough and I was more than happy.. optician explained everything.. Selected my new glasses from huge selection to chose from.. Within a week and a half both new pair of glasses were ready.. after a couple of days I wasn't happy with the alignment of one of my frames.. popped back into the store and my glasses were adjusted on the spot. Very friendly & efficient staff.. Recommend this store 5+

Appointments have to be made in advance for eye tests. Friendly , knowledgeable staff, good selection of spectacles, fast delivery time on supply of glasses. Any problems sorted on a pop in basis.

Had nice experience with my eye test and answered any queries I had. Would have been better if I was contacted when my glasses were in store as I didn't get a call and had to ring multiple times as nobody answered or called back.

Absolutely terrible customer service levels and totally unhelpful. Staff member continued to argue and had no interest in helping me and constantly told me they couldn’t do anything. After telling this member how to do her job, indeed she could of done this in the 1st place anyway

I have only recently movend to Ashmore Park in February 2023 and used this Specsavers since then i have been looked after so well Reffered Quickly to Dpamedica to have my Cateract done and a few weeks later had my post check up done and being Reffered with my other one , No Delays At All , prompt Actimg as i have Diabetes .The Optician is Lovely she is so Polite , would reccomemd them to Anyome .

Brilliant experience, friendly knowledgeable staff and service is second to none. My new glasses are perfect for my needs and I will be returning shortly to get a spare pair form this team. Brilliant 👍
