Credit where it’s due to our server, lovely girl (Lucy) but this place is seriously let down by the manager, Dan. His attitude and customer service is appalling and the way he spoke to Lucy when she asked him a simple question is completely out of order. No one should have to work in a place where you’re frightened to open your mouth for the fear of being ‘told off’ for asking a simple question. This man needs to work behind the scenes and not in a customer facing roll. Hats off to Lucy for putting up with that rubbish day in, day out!!

I am addicted to coffee and addicted to Starbucks. There is no more to say lol. The ambience and cleanliness of this particular Starbucks is top notch and spacious. Sensory wise there is a lot of natural light and some low lighting. That being said its a coffee shop so the grinding of the beans and things being put onto metal surfaces can be a lot sensory wise so ear defenders would be recommended. Enjoy!!!

Awful service, ordered two coffee, the staff member got half way through the transaction before answering the phone despite other staff being available. When the coffee was being made the assistant stopped after making one mug to do something else. If I hadn't have paid I would have walked out

I collected a too good to go from Starbucks this evening, the staff are so welcoming and friendly ! The staff member with blonde hair and tape on their glasses was so friendly and chatty (late on the evening with no customers waiting). The place in itself gives off very warm and welcoming vibes. The too good to go bag is absolutely fantastic and will sort me and my partner out for a couple lunches all whilst fighting food waste. I’ve never been a customer before, but now wouldn’t hesitate to pop into this lovely Starbucks for a catch up with a friend or for a coffee break ! Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately there was a hair in my coffee did not realise until I was home, really disappointed as I couldn’t then drink my coffee and I was also disappointed because I regularly buy from here

Very Expensive for GROCE SERVICE . Food coffee & cappuccino has been groce.. very unconfortable and unelegant cappuccino MUGS .. squared like a bucket.. ..employs with no training putting dirty fingers INSIDE the cups where i drink , behaving with ZERO CONCEPT OF HYGIENE.. Even more i've asked to repeat an expresso as long as the guy tooked it into a very dirty cup, throwing it after in my serving cup.. IN THIS WAY CUTTING AWAY ALL CREAMY FOAM OF MY EXPRESSO.. Expensive and Groce.. USE ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.. like a Railway Station Toilet..

Everyone knows Starbucks. Toilets are a bit stupid here. They have 2 doors. So someone goes in a locks the door to the toilet. Then someone else goes in and can only get to the sink, because someone else is locked in the toilet. For them to get out the toilet you have to leave the sink area. Totally useless. What's happened to normal toilets. Also they try and rush you at the till.

“G” and “Ellie” on shift at 3:00 Saturday 22nd were absolute legends. Some technical issues had occurred unexpectedly and did everything they could and beyond to not inconvenience the customers and apologised for an issue out of their control. I work in customer service and could have never expected anything more. G and Ellie you are are doing the company proud! P.S. manager I recon they deserve a reward for dealing with that kind of stress 😉😂
